We ve never used this place before for service on our daughter s car. We had to have my daughter s car towed to this business. Rayne was my main point of contact and she was amazing! They were able to look at my daughter s car one day earlier than they thought they could, kept open lines of communication open with me to let me know diagnosis, costs and options. Their prices were very reasonable. We ll be back for any service on my daughter s car. Thank you!

This is the most technologically advanced shop. The software made the experience stress free and the customer service was superb!They showed photos of and explained everything with line item estimate per repair!Lil Z3 needed work and they actually had the best pricesWe re estactic that we found this shop And then everything wrong was$3K6 months later They fixed the cooling system radiator water pump etc and it THEN it started to leak antifreeze..4 returns to the shop and they never found a leak! Amazing! They said oh it s your block it s $3k to fix SMH Ended up that it was leaking at the supercharger (they had previously made a gasket for it) and from the radiator reservoir (which they had also replaced under warranty..it passed a block test so yeah NO IDK why they couldn t find the leak but WEWEREDONE

I took my GMC Terrain in to have a part installed and the two gentleman that helped me were very patient with my questions and the explanations I requested. There were really comfortable places to sit and refreshing beverages from which to choose while I waited. It was a quiet and calm place without the frenetic energy and crazy pace of some garages and repair places that only seek to get people in & out for the monetary turnover they can generate. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful and I will definitely be coming back if I need any other work done on either of my vehicles.

Cannot say enough positive things about this shop and team!I was laid up with a fuel leak while visiting from out of town recently, and the REAL team absolutely saved my bacon when I needed it the most.From soup to nuts, customer service and professionalism were top notch from Rayne and the team members I had the pleasure of speaking with. They had me back on the long trip home within a few hours of squeezing me into a VERY stacked schedule.Bonus points, they have a plethora of creature comforts to enjoy if you're waiting for work, from hot drinks to a solid wifi network, multiple device charging stations and plenty of other amenities to keep you busy. You might also get to scratch a furry friend behind the ears if you're lucky :D Highly recommended business and professionals.

Great experience with this shop. Excellent communication - shoutout to Sarah who was very helpful. Modern setup that made viewing estimates and photographs easy via text and the web. Work was performed properly and quickly. Price was more than fair and they presented various options that helped me stay on budget. I'll be returning when needed and recommending them to others.

Went to Real Performance after another shop was unable to find the cause of the check engine light on my vehicle. The technician diagnosed and repaired the problem,I also had them perform some needed routine maintenance. Great service Great pricing. Would recommend for all your automotive needs

Was looking for an auto shop in Colorado Springs that my daughter could trust They are a shop that cares about your automotive needs They were thorough and delivered quality service. Totally impressed that they worked with our car warranty company. Prices are a little high (but everything in Colorado Springs is.. right ?). I thought their customer service was first rate. They will now be her go to automotive shop. Would recommend for sure.

Brought my car here for brakes and an oil change. I was super happy with the prices and kindness of the staff. I was first quoted by Christian Bros but they wanted almost 3x the cost to repair my brakes. So glad I found Real Performance because I saved money and they sent me pics so I could see what was going on with my cx5.

Finding a reputable mechanic to fix your vehicles is always tough. It s hard to know how truthful they re being with the repairs needed and how much it should cost.Real Performance is THE MOST up front and transparent repair shop I ve ever been to. They provide photos of the current situation of your vehicle and document everything very well. I also love the way they share this information with the customer and allow us to accept/ deny anything on the quote.On top of all of this, their work is next to none and I m not even considering taking one of my vehicles to another mechanic for anything no matter how small or large the project.Real Performance is your one stop shop for any auto repair you may need!

After what was a nightmare with Emergicanic for months (please do not take your car there), I towed my car to REAL Automotive Performance Shop, not running, and had my car back up and going 2 months after originally taking it in. This team really worked hard and for a while to fix my car. They uncovered many more issues that my car had while it was at the previous shop and fixed them all! Rayne and Sarah were very communicative with me, explained everything about my car in depth, always answered any questions I had and were extremely helpful and patient with me for pay given the circumstances of what I went through with my car. Thank you so much to you guys, I'll never take my car anywhere else again

I took my old Saab 9.3 for service and some help with a noise. The team at Real were helpful, communicated well and returned my car in good order with a plan on next steps. Overall very satisfied and I would recommend.

If you re thinking about bringing your vehicle to get work done here, don t think about it. Just do it. You will get the best work done, for the best price in town with extreme professionalism. I m not usually one to post reviews but this place absolutely deserves it. I ve worked with Raine throughout my entire experience and she has been just absolutely amazing. 10/10

Strongly recommend this shop!I brought my Mercedes S550 in for a full inspection after purchasing it from out of state. I wasn t real confident the selling dealer had delivered me a car as described on line. Han is my mechanic and he found and showed me a few things he recommended be repaired. I had those repairs done and added a couple things I wanted done just for piece of mind.I now have a car in the condition I had hope I had when I purchased it.Thank You Han I m throughly pleased with the service you provided to me

Dropped a mini cooper off, cuz I broke a head bolt in the block, tried everything to extract the bolt, Real auto was able to extract bolt and charge my a minimum of 2 hours, well worth my time and money, absolute MIRACLE workers. All other shops I spoke too throughout the Springs were pansies about extracting bolts. Most said get a new motor. Thank God for this shop, they truly did what they said. Nice to meet people who have character now days.Service: Engine repair

My little fiat 500 abarth. Wouldn't start in my garage. So went online. I came across. Real automotive. Here in Colorado Springs. I looked at there reviews. I couldn't believe all the 5 star reviews. So l called them asked them if they. Worked on fiats.they said yes. So had it towed to real automotive. That was the best move l ever made. They kept me posted on every time there was diag. It was the timing belt. The machnic did a wonderful job. They will work on everything. I highly recommend this shop.

5/5 for this shop! I couldn't be more pleased with everything from the honest diagnostics and reasonable rates to the timeliness and best-in-class customer service from Eric. I brought my Subaru in based on my partner's great experience with his 4Runner and they helped me solve the main problems while helping me plan ahead for the other maintenance I'll need down the road. Don't bother going anywhere else, just call Eric and get your vehicle taken care of.

I recently moved to a different part of town and needed a mechanic that was close by and trustworthy. I found this shop through my research and I m glad that I gave them the chance! I spoke with Erik a few times prior to taking my car in, and he was very knowledgeable and understanding while listening to me describe my car s issues. I had them fix almost all of my car s problems, and I couldn t be happier! I d recommend this shop to anyone looking for a quick turnaround time, great prices, and unmatched customer service. Even if I move across town again, I ll continue to be a customer at Real Performance!

Only place I take my van for repairs and maintenance. Everybody does a great job, gives me updates on the status of the repairs and get it done in a timely manner. Taken my van here 3 or 4 times in the past year and no regrets get everything done for a fair price. New shop is super nice and very cool guest area to hangout in while getting work done. Since having my BMW this is the best shop I have ever taken my vehicle too!! From the owner to the Mechanic they took care of me I told them I had a short time line on what I need due to driving cross country and they made it happen thanks so much very affordable compared to the dealerships Prices Stretch did a great job on my vehicle!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Oil change

I took my 23 Tesla Model Y Performance in for a camber adjustment/wheel alignment and the service was first class. Erik and Donny were responsive to my questions and the overall experience was pleasant. I came across this shop, and I m so glad I did!! It s hard to find a good shop that s willing to work on my Audi. Without hesitation I was able to get my car in and they diagnosed the issues I was having and fixed my vehicle in a timely manner. Staff is very helpful and very responsive!!
