Quality tech automotive is, in my opinion, the very best automotive repair in Colorado Springs. The shop is run by a husband and wife team who own the business and have the highest of integrity, skill and competence. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has an automobile in need of repair.

We have been going to Tom and Michelle since 2017 they are amazing at what they do and amazing people they are like family there we love them only ones we trust if we have any kind of problems! Will always recommend them to everyone!

Well established, friendly, caring , auto service , mechanic shop, quality and dependability,very nice people awesome technicians,so delivered a fuel tank to the shop , that they were replacing because gas theives drilled a hole through ,the vehicle belonged to a single mom ,I feel like these are awesome people,they don't only do it as a job ,but actually care about people and helping them

Tom and Michelle were incredibly helpful after my Van died while passing through Colorado Springs. Tom was able to repair it and get it back on the road again in a timely manner. Thank you so much for the professionalism and friendly service!

This place is amazing. Brought my jeep there and you could see the passion they all have to help people and do the right thing. Tom even showed me the parts replaced and why they needed replacement. Thank you! Would recommend everyone to come here who wants a honest mechanic. If I could give more stars I would.

Cannot recommend Quality Tech Auto enough! Took my car in for what I thought was a bigger issue, and they diagnosed it finding it was something simple. They didn't charge me an arm and a leg and I was very impressed with their honesty and quick, old fashioned service. Will definitely return next time I need a mechanic.

Amazing service! Michelle, Wayne, and Tom are straight forward and fair. Good mechanics are hard to find, but great ones are rare! Quality Tech is the only place I will EVER take my vehicles !

I decided to check out Quality Tech Automotive based on the positive reviews and my expectations were EXCEEDED! I cannot thank Michelle and Tom enough for their kindness and care.As a solo female road tripping across the country, I wanted to make sure my car was good to withstand the journey. Tom not only did his job to check everything, but taught me how to check my tire pressure and changed my oil without charging double. Michelle not only calmed me with reassurance and great tips on long car travel, but called to check in on me during travel and to make sure I arrived to my destination safely.I truly felt cared for and had no issues with my vehicle in the almost 2000 mile drive! I'm so grateful that I walked into this shop. Good people are priceless. Please do not hesitate to come here for any services, your vehicle will be well taken care of without any predatory practices or nasty attitudes!

I have been using Quality Automotive for over two years now. They have, by far, been the most trustworthy group of mechanics I have ever dealt with. Brandon usually does the work on my cars. When I get my vehicles back, there is never a sign inside that it was being worked on and I never have a concern if it was done right. The owners always great my by name and remain very flexible in the scheduling. I ve had my brakes worked on, suspension, oil and filter, cabin filters, and more. I trust them to keep my family and I safe and on the road. I highly recommend them to anyone! It's an automotive repair shop I trust. When Thomas tells me what the problem is, he explains how the system works and why it's the repair needed. When the repair is done, he shows you the parts he replaced and where they failed.

My husband and I are generally the only people that touch my car. I have heard horror stories about different mechanics over the years and I was really hesitant to take my car anywhere. After trying to work on the air conditioner ourselves, we were unable to fix it and had no other options. We took a chance with Quality Tech Auto and I m sooo glad we did!! Tom was very helpful in educating us about the air conditioning and his wife Machelle was also very welcoming and friendly! Nice to know there are mechanic shops with integrity out there and they have my vote next time my car needs specialty service. I can t say enough good things about this place. I took my new (used) truck in to get a thorough inspection before a road trip. I appreciate the detailed report of what was good and where there are concerns.Then, my son's vehicle was having what sounded like a serious mechanical problem. The problem was found right away and it wasn't nearly as bad as we expected.Tom and Michelle are great! We appreciate how they communicated well with us. Quality Tech is top notch with years of experience!

Tom and Michelle at Quality Tech Auto were great! I took my 1970 Chevy pick up passed down from my grandfather to be repaired. The truck sat in my drive way for eight years. Tom was professional and knowledgeable on what needed to done to get it back on the road. It's nice to have a mechanic you can trust!

I took my car in to Quality Tech Automotive repair after enduring months of horrid screeching/squealing, both when I stopped and also as the wheels started turning with acceleration after a stop. The problem had previously been discussed with a corporate-owned business that told me there was plenty of bake pad left, but we blew out some dirt . Well, the screeching continued and I thought well, it s an older car and there must be something REALLY wrong . When people started looking up and staring when I drove past, I took the advice of true friends and took my car to Quality Tech Auto.Well, I am SO HAPPY that I ve found an auto repair business run with such pride and integrity by very kind and talented people. It s like a warm flash-back to the more trustworthy good old days . ALL squealing and squeaking noises are gone!! Quality Tech Auto cleaned out a HUGE amount of dirt from the wheels, turned the rotors, and resurfaced the brake pads--- all for a very reasonable price! That s all it was for months of noise----tons of dirt that somehow was not noticed (?) by the corporate shop when they supposedly looked at the brakes!!It takes special people, with real talent, and an exceptional business model to make you feel like you ve been a customer for many years. I cannot say enough great things about Tom and Quality Tech! He is an honest mechanic who cares about people and their cars. I ve been taking my cars there for years and referred many friends to him. I have always had the best service, Tom goes above and beyond. The prices are fair and he explains everything.

Excellent service. My SUV was not starting and i suspected a fuel problem. I had it towed and they got on it right away. They found it was indeed the fuel pump and it was replaced and i had it back the same day.The service was great, very friendly family business. They even did a follow-up call a few days later to make sure everything was ok. I will be using them in the future for my auto repair needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Ever since I've moved to this area, I've been happy to do business with these guys every time I have car problems. Very personable and being that I'm not a mechanic, they are great at explaining every process to me and I always enjoy hearing Tom share his expertise. Run by friendly people who are great at what they do.

My car's alternator broke while I was traveling through Colorado Springs. Tom and his team were unbelievable with their customer service through the entire process. They got me fixed up quick and back on the road so that I didn't miss my trip. What a great experience. Excellent costumer service from Tom. I won t take my vehicles anywhere else. Tom take time to explain exactly what the issues are and really checks the vehicle over. Very competitive pricing but the reassurance you get from Tom s mastery of craft is priceless. Tom has worked on all of our vehicles, (old, new, foreign, domestic) and we couldn t be happier.

Tommy, the owner of Quality Tech Automotive is very knowledgeable in the engine diagnostic and troubleshooting of my 2005 Ford Mustang, which had numerious problems, he was able to tackle each issue in an efficient manner. The folks here are exactly what you're looking for in an auto shop. We have taken our vehicles here for years and they have always done high quality work at a reasonable price. More importantly, they are so honest about what is truly necessary AND PRUDENT versus padding the invoice with unnecessary service like other auto shops might do. If you want an honest and dependable mechanic that won't rip you off, this is your shop. Plus, they're incredible people with tremendous heart.

As the owner of an older car I am accustomed to a variety of noises and quirks. When my car started making new noises I thought I'd better get it checked out. Tom was very helpful in helping me understand what needed to be fixed and what didn't. He is very thorough and honest. He is the best mechanic I've dealt with in years!

Michelle was great and got me right in. Tom looked at my car and called me with a diagnosis shortly after and it was alot cheaper than the dealership I had previously gone to. It was fixed and ready to go in hours. I will only be going here now and highly recommend it to anyone who wants honest and hard work!!
