Ted is unbelievable, his work is bare none above anyone else's that I've seen. He made several repairs that weren't even included in his original estimate. He is awesome and I will only go to him from now on, I highly recommend Quality Collision to EVEYONE and I rate their work higher than 10 stars!!!!

My experience at Quality Collision & Hail Repair was fantastic. Ted, the shop owner, is a genuine person doing fantastic work at a very reasonable price. He was super easy to communicate with throughout the entire process from initial quote to completion - much better than a few of the other local shops I contacted for quotes. Ted did a minor repair where there was rust, paint matched and put a clear coat on my 16-year old 4Runner tailgate. His work looks as good as the factory paint. I originally painted it myself but wasn't happy with the result. In hindsight, I should have gone directly to Ted and let him work his magic. I'm rather detail oriented and care about my vehicle, and I highly recommend Quality Collision & Hail Repair! There's a reason he has all 5 star reviews on Google and Yelp. I will be taking our other vehicle to Ted for dent repair once hail season is over.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The owner Ted is a remarkable person, his kindness and compassion went unmatched. I recently got my passenger door repaired on a ford focus, not only was Ted open to taking the job on, his prices were incredibly reasonable, he completed the job in a very well timed fashion and it looks incredible! I would highly recommend and will recommend Quality Collision & Hail Repair again, if there ever comes a time where my future cars need cosmetic repair I will be visiting again! He was an absolute pleasure to do business with.

I chose Quality Collision based on their Google reviews and am so happy that I did. I had an excellent experience with this repair shop. They were very honest and fixed my car looking better than before the accident. They were excellent about communicating with the insurance company that was handling the claim. I had a bumper that needed to be replaced from a parking lot accident. Ted was excellent to work with, able to offer the most affordable option. Didn t have to leave my car for any extended time. He order the bumper and painted prior so I only had to leave my car for a few hours for completion. Fair pricing, good customer service and quality work. Would recommend for anyone.

I recently had an accident to my 2008 Subaru Forester causing sever damage to the driver's side front fender. I visited two top rated car body collision repair businesses in the Colorado Springs area including Quality Collision & Repair to get quotes for the repair.The first business gave me a fairly reasonable quote which included a new fender. The business owner told be a new fender was the best approach since in his experience a used fender for a car my age would most likely have experienced some level of hail damage.When I visited Quality Collision and Repair, however, Ted told me that he might be able to find a used fender in good condition that he could install quickly and for very reasonable cost. Two days after me visit with Ted, he called to tell me he had found a used fender in great condition and the exact color as my Subaru. The following day I dropped my car off with Ted, and he called me the next day to tell me the repair was complete. When I picked up my car and to my surprise and utter delight, the repair looked great. More than that cost for the repair was less than half of quote from the first business.What more can I say - Ted Olszewski is not only the most experienced and qualified collision repair expert I've had the pleasure of dealing with, he is also the most reputable. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would certainly do so.Service: Body & Trim

I had a door on my personal car that was damaged. Instead of having to replace it, Ted was able to actually fix it. It looks brand new! He takes a lot of pride in his work and charges a reasonable price. He did a beautiful job so I took my company vehicle to him after a front end collision by one of my employees. Again, he did a fabulous job fixing it. He was able to manipulate the damaged parts so they look new without having to spend a fortune on new parts. Not many shops will take the time to do this. He listened to what I wanted and delivered. I highly recommend quality collision. Would not go anywhere else. Worth waiting for!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a loose piece of shroud and liner come loose that I needed to get put back in place. Happened just before needing to go on a road trip, so it was rather emergent. I called ahead, and the gentleman said to bring it on in, and fixed it back in place for me quick as could be. I am so grateful to have found this place, and will absolutley be back when the time comes for another body repair.Service: Body & Trim

Quality and integrity! Ted @ Quality Collision has worked on a at least a half a dozen cars for my friends and I. His work is always phenomenal and prices are more than fair. Just when I thought you couldn't find a trustworthy body shop... I've lived in Colorado Springs 39 years and have had several cars fixed and/or customized. I will NEVER go anywhere else again! Nice privately owned shop with a meticulous paint booth and an owner who takes pride in his work. Would be pleased to give anyone my honest opinion / reference just email me!

Ted did an amazing job with my Pathfinder. I was hit by another driver and had my front Left wheel and quarter panel severely damaged. Totaled by the Insurance company. Ted not only fixed the damage, but for significantly less than I expected! High quality work all around. Only possible issues was time it took to repair, and this is only because Ted is in such demand that he is always busy. I can not recommend Ted enough and plan on bringing him more work as my cars need it in the futureServices: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Ted is amazing! My Subaru was sandwiched in between two big fords on the interstate and he was able to repair it in just over a week. When I called a bigger body shop they wouldn t have even been able to get me in for an estimate until over a month later. Happy we were able to support a small business. He saved us a lot of money without sacrificing quality. I absolutely recommend taking your vehicle here! You won t be disappointed!

My car was less than a year bought when it got severely damaged by a freak hail storm during summer 2020. Because it was considered too new, my insurance company didn't total the car. The auto shops all over town were starting to get booked up because tons of people were affected by the storm, but luckily I came to google reviews and found Ted's shop. Ted is the most hardworking auto repair specialist you'll find in Colorado Springs. He assessed my car, gave me a proper time estimate of how long he'll be working on it (it took around 1.5 months for everything to get fully fixed-- but I appreciated that he told me this upfront), and promised me Honda factory parts to ensure my car looks brand new again. Ted delivered on all his promises and you can't tell at all that my car has ever received hail damage! I felt very comfortable asking Ted a ton of questions throughout the process, and he made sure to call me every few weeks to keep me updated on his progress. Highly, highly recommend checking him out for any of your car needs (and especially if you've experienced hail damage). He takes a lot of pride in his work and will treat your car as if it is his own.

So glad I came across this place to get my car repaired! Long story short, my Rav 4 was having trunk alignment and electronic issues, Toyota was unable to help me with it, referred me to their collusion office they automatically stayed that I needed a whole new trunk without even trying to open it and see what was wrong with it. Took it to Ted's place and he was able to immediately identify what was wrong with it, realigned it and fixed everything without having to replace the whole trunk. His work was quality work, all original brand name Toyota parts, was promptly done and his prices were unbeatable. Great customer service and he has a great sense of humor! I highly recommend thus shop for your auto body repair needs!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Had hail and some other damage repaired on Ram truck. Ted did a great job. Very impressed. Waited about 2 weeks to get in and Ted had the job finished in less than a week. Thought the price was very reasonable but mainly had confidence that Ted would do it right and he did. Ted's a great American!

Hands down...absolutely the best experience I've ever had with any auto related repair. Ted, the business owner, takes pride in his work and is meticulous about his work...down to the detail. Gave me regular updates along the way. Top notch operation. Would recommend his shop to ANYONE. You won't find better. Thank you Ted!!!

I wouldn't go anywhere else for an auto body repair. I got in a fender bender and needed my front bumper and both headlights replaced. Ted understood exactly what I needed and got the job done exactly as I hoped, for under a thousand dollars, and other body shops were quoting 3-4x higher prices.

Ted is the best! He did top of the line work on my 4-runner - it looked brand new when he was done! My dad has since gone to him as well.He was very kind, meticulous with his work, and unbeatable pricing. He has my business for life!

After meeting with Ted, the owner, on 2 occasions, and visiting one of Denver's prodigious body shops, I decided to take the car to Ted. He did a beautiful job, performed work that wasn't a part of the initial proposal, and delivered it all with a great price. He has little or no staff. This means: instead of a disinterested or even potentially apathetic, south of the border or like person actually performing the work, here, an East European craftsman does who owns the shop.

Cant say enough good things about Ted, the man is a master in his craft. There is Literally no other place you should go if you need damage repaired on your vehicle.I have literally seen him perform magic with vehicles and it is mind blowingly amazing!

I had an excellent experience here repairing the side skirt of my vehicle. Cash only but by far the best price in town, and performed very well and in reasonable time. Highly recommend.

Haven't take my Hummer in for repairs yet, but Ted is really great. Lots of info, lots of help and will work with your schedule.
