Fantastic experience! I had quite a bit of hail damage to my car, and was taken care of extremely well! They went above and beyond.I had my car back in less than a week which was completely unexpected, and then they worked with me as far as my insurance goes and payment. Will always recommend them.

Pro PDR has done an amazing job fixing both our cars from last year hailing. They were extremely quick to setup an appointment, much faster than any other vendor in the colorado springs area. They also handled the communication and paperwork with the insurance. All we had to do is drop the car and pick it up a few days later. Highly recommended!

Jesse, Melissa and the whole PRO PDR team were amazing! From scheduling, to insurance, and storing my vehicle (I was out of state and they held it for me for an additional 5 days), it was an amazing experience from start to finish. All the interior panels were put back nicely and to factory specs without any damages, and the truck was washed and detailed in the interior! Can t even tell that it had hail damage at all! Great shop full of efficient guys and gals who know their stuff. Brought two of my cars through to get a hefty bill of hail damage repaired from the last big hailstorm we had over the summer here in town. From inspection to pickup, everything was a super smooth and easy process.If you ve been shopping around for a good PDR shop, look no further. Will definitely bring other business to Pro PDR if I m unlucky enough to have physical damage to any of my vehicles in the future!

My Hyundai Santa Fe received a bit of hail damage, particularly on the hood. Pro PDR was great to work with from the initial estimate, to working with my insurance company, and even changing the work plan halfway through the process. The new hood came out looking great, as did the dent removal, and the application of a new clear bra. They were super friendly and uber helpful every step of the way!

With the severe hail damage that both of our cars sustained this summer, Pro PDR did an absolutely fabulous job! They were timely, professional, and kind. Pro PDR kept in contact the entire time and even handled the insurance company without incident! Definitely would recommend.

An absolutely amazing company. Not only did they repair my truck like it never happened, they worked diligently with the insurance company when Statefarm wanted to short the payment. I am beyond impressed with both the excellent customer service and quality-attention to detail work that's done at Professional PDR. I dented my back fender pretty badly right in the line of the car and I was afraid it wasn't fixable. Not only did they repair it in a timely manner but the car looks brand new. I couldn't believe they fixed the dent because you can't even tell it happened. It looks like a brand new part was put on my car. AMAZING! They're also highly recommended on the better business bureau website which is where found them and I'm glad I did! I will be going there for any future work that's needed. Bill is awesome and this is well worth your visit! I can't find enough kind words for this business. I've attached before and after photos of the difference! Thanks again!

Brad, the GM, was amazing and went above and beyond for me and my fiance! They fixed his hail damage quickly and beautifully! They also do vinyl wraps, so they wrapped his emblems. (Brad offered it because he thought it would look good, fiance agreed) They also do detailing and ceramic coating. For my car, I got their silver package ceramic coating. Seriously I do not know why I never got this originally! All water, EVEN ICE, just beads up and it is so easy to clean.Anyways, they also go by Ceramicpro as well; they are worth a visit. PLUS they have an office puppy!!

Took my Challenger hellcat here for extensive hail damage. They repaired the damage and replaced the wrap and the racing stripes, and ot looks brand new. I highly recommend this shop for all your hail damage repairs. They communicated very well and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend them.

Jesse was recommended to me by family and I am very glad we went with him. Our car was hit by two of the hail storms in the area and the result of his work afterwards was incredible. The process of being short a car is always challenging but they were patient with us and kept us updated when the timeline changed. Jesse even went above and beyond by finishing up our car outside his normal business hours just so we wouldn t have to wait an extra weekend. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone with hail damage.

If you want the very BEST for your vehicle this is the place to take yours! When other shops say they can't get your vehicle in for a few weeks or months Professional PDR will start right away and finish it with amazing results.Bill at Professional PDR is one of the most experienced Technicians in Colorado he has other companies contract him out to repair their vehicles with Dents and Auto Hail damage. I could not be more happy with my experience with Professional PDR. Recommending them to everyone I know.

Jessie and crew at Pro PDR were a pleasure to work with. Everyone I interacted with were top-notch professional.Of course my car, damaged by a deer, was fixed absolutely perfect. But I was willing to complete this review also because it was scheduled quickly, completed in 1 1/2 days as promised and avoided a major tear down that traditional repair had suggested. I ve taken my vehicle here before for a door ding and it came out perfect, can t even tell it was there. I recently got caught in a hailstorm. I took it back to Pro PDR because of the great work they do. Jesse, Jadon and the rest of the team at Pro PDR explained the entire hail repair process thoroughly. They were able to save all of the OEM panels on my car and the factory paint! They even detailed it after they finished. I decided to have them do some paint protection film as well to protect my paint and tint to reject some of the Colorado heat. The guys at Pro PDR exceeded my expectations!Jesse and Jordan did an amazing job applying the PPF, window tint, and the ceramic coating on my 2022 Ford F-150.
