I finally got my truck back today on March 4 2019. I gave my truck to Pro Collision and the owner mike roughly August 20th 2018. He had my truck for almost 7 months, I got it back today and the truck is damaged and not even complete. I m going to have to pay $300+ out of pocket for a new windshield. State Farm gave Mike almost 14 grand for repairs and to order parts and he probably did half the work he was required to do and took all the money. I d call it insurance fraud but what do I know?? Oh yeah, Mike also received a DUI, yes DUI in my truck. If you don t believe it I have the police report from October of 2018. Mike is con artist and is a manipulative person. All of his other 5 star reviews are fake. He also did the same thing to my buddy s truck who s comments are in the questions section for reference. His own employee Even admitted to me everything Mike did/didn t do and the way he handled his business. I kept my mouth shut for 7 months to play nice but I don t have to anymore. I won t recommend him to anyone and I d be shocked if he s still in business by Easter and he shouldn t be in this business ever again. Oh yeah, he also cost me about $9,000 in out of pocket rental car fees since I ve had a rental since August because of this guy. He s on friends/employees don t even trust this guy and left the company.

Best body shop in town! I have taken my own vehicle in to mike as well as sent him family and friends cars with all kinds of body damage and paint issues. I was so pleasantly suprised with the price and the amazing quality of materials and the skilled labor that mike put into every car ive sent him. I no longer trust any other body shop. No one will put the time and effort into your car like he did for me and all his customers. I was amazed how fast his turn around times were for so many issues these cars had. If you are looking for an amazing paint and body guy here is the shop you have been looking for!

Pro Collision has done several vehicles for us and all have turned out perfect. The best thing about them is they do not cut corners and they take pride no matter what kid of car you have. Turn around time is greatly faster than many other shops. Highly recommend!!!

Just thought I d add another review in addition to the last one I did. Just paid $290 today for a new winsldshield that mike and pro collision was paid to do by State Farm 6 months ago but failed to do. Also have to spend my weekend putting back on parts that he failed to do ina timely matter and that he was paid to do, again, over 6 months ago. If you wanna go through 6 months of hell this place/guy is the place to go!!!

Great Operation Here. Turn Around Time Was Top Notch (Even On A Holiday Weekend). Backs Up His Work 100% And Delivers As Promised. Had Our Car Back Before We Opened. Will Be Doing All Of Our Business With Michael.
