I have been a customer since I was 16, and 22 years later, I am still a customer. The owner Gary is an amazing guy. He doesn't try and sugar coat things, but he always tells the truth. He will also list in order of importance what needs to be fixed, he knows that people can't afford huge repair bills. One of the other things I really like about Precision is they won't try and swindle you just cause you're a girl. Not to mention the repairs are always done extremely well, they stand by their work, and they go above and beyond for their customers. I will always recommend this repair shop, and I will always be a loyal customer. I had received an estimate at another garage for work on my car a $2500. estimate to be exact. A friend suggested I take it to Precision, they had an excellent reputation for being honest. Precision said my car was in great condition, they found one minor issue, for a total of $160. $160.!!!Thank you Precision for saving me from the Dragons Lair.Service: Auto maintenance

After reading recent negative reviews for the shop in our neighborhood, we decided to try this place out. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and charged exactly what he quoted us despite doing a few extras while he had the car in the back. These guys are the best. They are not the cheapest, but I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for. They stand behind their work. I once had a hard to solve problem, that took several visits to get resolved. There was no additional cost to me, even when upgraded parts were required. Issues that may become a problem in the future are pointed out, with a severaty of the problem explained. This is not up selling, but education.

This is a very rare mechanic they take time to assess your vehicle without ripping you off! They are driven by integrity and are very well operated. They are kind towards their customers and treat them like close friends/family. They are one the best mechanics I ve been too and I m very thankful for this small owned business you don t find places like these any more!!! When my car was having transmission issues they were able to diagnose it! Unlike big names mechanic shops! They ve helped me with my headlight issues, my thermostat problems and other issues! Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!!!

I have been going to Precision Motors for 20 years now. They have the most wonderful and knowledgeable people work there. They have always respected me as a women and explained things where I would understand what is going on with my car. They always give their customers the best deals they can. They are not a company that nickels and dimes you. They truly care about their customers. They remember my name when I walk in and treat me like family. They do high quality work! It s great to know when you take your vehicle there you are getting things done right. There is no other place like this shop. I Highly Recommend !!Thank you to everyone at Precision Motors. I was initially reluctant to bring my Suburban to have an O-Ring replaced. The O-ring is located in the pickup tube which is a major task for any premium mechanic. The entire differential and drive shaft from the four wheel drive must be first removed in order to gain access to the oil pain. I was losing oil pressure near zero and the only way it could be driven was to rev the engine manually in order to maintain oil flow for my 5.3L vortec engine. The Suburban was purchased new a decade ago.A friend of my wife stopped by our home informing us she has taken her vehicle a few times to Precision Motors and had a good experience. In our modern society it is most difficult to find honesty and quality as a package even from most independent privately owned shops. Well, my experience confirmed these folks took good care of me. I worked directly with Gary. Not only was he honest, he was competitive. His prices were not the highest in town nor the lowest. He was in the middle and I took a chance with Precision Motors and glad I did so. I give them a thumbs up and will not hesitate to take my vehicles to their shop.

I'd give them five stars, except that I know a lot of people don't trust reviews from people who give either extreme for stars. I've been taking my car here for six years. The first time I went in, my father was deployed with the Air Force, and my mom and I, clueless about cars, were terrified we'd get screwed over if we took my car in anywhere. This shop was recommended to us, and I've been going ever since. They took us back into the actual workshop and showed me exactly what was wrong, where a crack was in the oil pan, etc. They continue to work with me and be understanding of tight financial situations. My car is at 224,000 miles and still running, thanks to the guys at Precision Motors. My whole family goes to them now, but I have definitely gone to them the most, and I trust them fully.

My family and I have been customers at Precision Motors for about 2 years and are so glad to have finally found a mechanic who knows his stuff! Forest and Gary are great guys who are focused on servicing and repairing your car, unlike other mechanics who push repairs that are really unnecessary. Precision takes me and my budget into consideration! Also, if you have a classic car in need of repairs I highly recommend them as the best place to go. My 1980 Omega Oldsmobile runs better than ever after some repairs at Precision!

This a great place to get your vehicle fixed. The staff knows their stuff. They will call multiple vendors for the best and affordable parts. They are family owned and operated. When you come in they treat you like family . They keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle in a timely manner. If you are looking a reasonable priced repair shop,that does the job right the first time these guys are it. They are there to help keep you and your family safe on the road in your vehicle. Support this family owned business. You won't regret it.

Our family has been customers of Precision for over 4 years, and they have proven themselves to be the best in the business. My old Chevy Nova had some serious warranty engine work that needed to be done and brought our family down to only one car. Forrest and Gary at Precision stood by their work and fixed our engine problems in a timely manner. The problem turned out to be a defective part, and the guys got my car fixed in no time. That kind of old fashioned integrity and service is rare these days, and seeing a family oriented business that focuses on the customers rather than profits is so refreshing. Thank you guys for always getting my car back on the road!

Absolutely amazing service, these guys have been around for a long time, I recommend to always go to these guys, I even get my oil changed here and yes it's a little on the higher side as far as cost for an oil change but they look at everything when they do the work, best place I have found so far

Gary and his team are great! I've been bringing my cars here for about 10 years, and they have never been anything less than honest, reasonable, kind and trustworthy. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. :)

What a relief to have found a great mechanic. These guys have it all. Great service, knowledgeable staff, fair price, comfortable setting, and most important INTEGRITY. I won't take my car anywhere else from now on.

Precision inspected a car I was considering purchasing from Patriot Motors. They did the inspection in a timely manner with no advanced notice. They even gave a considerable discount when the vehicle was found to be in excellent condition and required fewer diagnostics. You might say they delivered 'precisely' the level of service I required.

Highly recommended. Precision worked every angle to help me get my Jeep Wrangler fixed. They went as far as to call my warranty company to try and get them to fix the issues I was having. Work was done in a timely manner in my opinion. It took two weeks to finish, but I feel it was to look at my Jeep from top to bottom to try to find every issue that was wrong with it. When I got it back they had fixed my busted tail light for free and gave me a free oil change for the future. If you are using any other auto shop... you're wrong.

My husband and I came to Precision for a second opinion and I'm glad we did. They saved us from having an extremely costly repair done (Head gasket ($1500-2000 quoted by previous mechanic) that was NOT needed! We have used Precision for over 2yrs now and they never over charge us! Several times when quoted for a repair they ended up charging much less. Forest is very kind and always greets us by name when we walk in the door. Its so relieving to finally have and Honest, fair Mechanic that does amazing work!

Finally an Old School local mechanic who truly believes in Old School customer service and giving customers exactly what they want...Peace of Mind and VALUE!!! I called Gary about a Check Engine light on my 2008 Cadillac Escalade that no one could figure out. He told me he could see me right away and would see what he could do. What he did was fix the problem, it ended up being a small corroded wire next to the transfer case and it took a while to track down. Get this, he charged me $29.00 lower than his original quote did you hear that a mechanic being honest and charging lower than the original quote!!! I am one who tells it like it is and if you want honest work on your investment, talk to Gary at Precision Motors!!!I just looked at his business card...they have been in business since 1958...no wonder why!!!Sincerely,Doug

I got a "full" inspection here, then brought my vehicle to my buddy and he inspected it...this place apparently missed not 1 but 2 oil leaks, a transmission leak, a rear diff leak, and nothing was said about it. Wont be coming back, and wont reccomend this to anyone, also will tell my buddy who DID reccomend this place NOT to come back.

I don't know what happen it doesn't look good.. I told my dad to go over there because Good results with this company! My dad and up spending over $500 in his Jeep still doesn't run right and they don't even acknowledge pretty messed up.. that's the latest time I send somebody down there!!

Best place to go for your car repairs. I've been to a lot of places in Colorado Springs where I got ripped off! Not here these guys are honest and good mechanics!!!

Very thorough, suggested needed repairs. Ranked repairs as to what was needed now & what could wait. They stand behind their work. Excellent Auto repairs. I'll taken 4 vehicles there, very satisfied with all work done

This is one of those classic businesses in town who have continued to persist in excellent service and amazing business practices. If you haven't been to precision, I pray it's because you haven't had car trouble yet. When you do, get there. If you need a tow, make it work.
