I brought my 2002 Toyota 4Runner to Phoenix Auto repair because there was a fluid leak at the rear of the car. They diagnosed it quickly (a bad rear differential) and once the part came in they had it installed along with some other repairs in just over 1/2 a day! The price was reasonable, the car runs great again, and they were very thorough in explaining what the issues were with the car. I will definitely use them again!

Seriously the best and quickest experience I ve ever had at an auto repair shop. I typically work on my own vehicle as I have not had great experiences in the past with repair shops, but recently I didn t have the time or ability to do all the repair work needed on my truck so I took it to Phoenix Auto Repair after being referred. I have found a shop that I will always take my truck to when needed. Ryan and his crew truly excel at their profession and it was evident from the awards they have received such as best repair shop in the Springs 2023 Gold medal. I have a feeling they will again win gold in 2024 with the way in which they are still operating. Thank you Phoenix Auto Repair.

These guys did a great job on fixing an issue with my truck another shop couldn t figure out. They test drove my truck 10 miles in order to replicate the issue I was experiencing. I really appreciate how in the invoice and estimates they explain in detail their findings. Without a doubt I will be returning for all automotive needs in the future.

Ryan and his crew are awesome! They are honest, reasonably priced, and always do a great job! I've been taking my car to them the last two years - and they have done everything from a minor oil change to major repairs of the coolant system. Highly recommend Phoenix Auto Repair!

Hello,First of all, Ryan and the crew went over and above to fix my truck! I was thoroughly impressed with their persistence and doggedness in getting to and solving the problem! I don't give 5 star reviews, however, Phoenix is the best Auto Repair Shop I have used in the last 15+ years! I highly recommend them! I apologize to Ryan and the crew for my delayed review.Update, new service done this week, diagnosed and repaired my truck on the same day!

The fantastic team at Phoenix is beyond superb. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to tackle even the most difficult jobs with success! Without any reservation I give them my highest recommendation to anyone seeking help for anything from replacing a wiper blade to rebuilding your vehicle from ground up

I had a blown power steering hose the night before I had taken my vehicle in. The temp was in the negatives. I ended up leaving my vehicle in a parking lot. Called a few places before contacting Phoenix Automotive. Told them what I thought it was. Dropped my vehicle off. It was pretty quick. They called me to confirm that it was the hose. They said they could get out done by the morning. Because I live an hour away, I asked if they could possibly get it done any sooner because I needed to get my daughter to school the following morning. Ryan shifted some things around and they got it done that evening. Huge weight off my back. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they have really good technicians. I would definitely use them again. Thank you all from me.

I HIGHLY recommend this shop. The price is fair and they are extremely fast. The owner, Ryan, is knowledgable, friendly, and honest. I didn t feel bamboozled or that my vehicle was being held hostage like at other shops. We have had two great experiences so far, and will continue to take our vehicles there (hopefully not too soon though )

very thankful for this shop! my car was spraying coolant and I was able to drop it off while I was at work. it was all ready to go by the time the work day was over. it was a very last minute thing & was very relieving when they were able to get me in same day and back on the road. big thanks to eric for his help!

Bought a new vehicle from a reputable dealership whose service auto team couldn't find the problem, so the dealership paid Phoenix after I brought the vehicle to them to take care of the problem. Thanks Phoenix for finding, fixing, and accommodating myself and new vehicle. If I could give 100 stars I would. I noticed a leak occurring from my car and to be safe, went in to this shop after getting a recommendation from Honest and Accurate Auto Repair. Ryan was pleasant and was able to get me in the very next morning to check the leak out. The leak turned out to not be an issue, but he allowed me to go into the garage to look at two other things he wanted to point out to me that would need to be serviced relatively soonish. I really appreciated how he actually showed me the two other issues as other auto body shops haven t done that with me before. This allowed me to actually be able to visualize the other two problems. He also gave me a nice urgency rating (a 5/10) rather than pressuring me to get it serviced asap which I ve experienced with other shops. Thanks Ryan for seeing me on such short notice.

Phoenix Auto Repair is one of the last honest auto repair shops left. Ryan is a stand up guy that operates with integrity and fair prices. I don t hesitate to send family and friends to him, and now consider him my mechanic for life.

Phoenix takes great care to be transparent in their dealings with me. When I comparison shopped a radiator repair their pricing was quite favorable. When Phoenix services or repairs my car I have great confidence the work is done correctly and honestly.

I was burned by a dealership service center they tried to over charge me and keep my truck for the next two weeks. I was recommended this shop by my grandparents so I gave them a call they took my truck in the next day and was done in less than 24 hrs. Amazing service my truck is running way better than if it was at the service center, extremely friendly and very well priced.

I was passing through Colorado Springs when my car started having issues. I called a couple shops and they were 1-2 weeks out. They recommended Ryan and Phoenix Auto Repair. Ryan got everything fixed, communicated about it all, and got me back on the road quickly! Great customer service and repair! Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

This is a great company! I took my son s 2012 Honda Pilot in for service a few months ago. With over 200k miles, we wanted to have it inspected for potential problems and get recommendations for service that would help keep it going for another 50k + miles. The owner, Ryan, was very friendly and explained all work he would be doing. Very honest and his pricing is more then fair! He even sent before and after photo s explaining his work.Getting ready to schedule a major service on another car soon. I compared pricing with the local GMC dealership. Ryan s prices are definitely cheaper So far my son s car is driving great! Phoenix Auto Repair has done an awesome job for us with our company fleet. We have had work done on a number of our vehicles and the service here is top notch. I took my car in to check the brakes for possible warped rotors. Ryan and staff checked the entire car and found the brakes were perfectly safe and could go another oil change before needing service. At the same time, I was informed of other repairs that may come up in the future but did not need immediate action. I was expecting to spend $500 on the brakes and was mildly surprised to find that it was not needed at this time. I appreciate the honesty and attention to detail that makes me a repeat customer.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Auto maintenance

Excellent service!!! The owner, Ryan, and company just saved me and my wife who were stranded on the side of I-25 in my wife's Nissan Leaf. It just went nuts! Lights everywhere on the panel, no power, wouldn't go.Ryan sent one of his techs out to meet us. In a few minutes, we were back on our way with a new 12V battery and safely at home shortly thereafter!Thanks, Ryan!!!

This shop is fantastic. I ve been going for a few months, and I will never go to another auto shop again. It sucks that after 30 years I finally found an awesome shop and I m moving to Denver soon, but you can bet that I ll have my family and myself drive down just to go to the shop when we need car work done.
