I worked with Kira Conner to buy my new Hyundai Tucson Hybrid, and the whole process was like a dream. She was so professional, laid back, helpful, and enjoyable, I didn't even test drive any of the other vehicles I was considering. Kira had found and prepared my dream car right out of the gate. By the end of our cruise, I was so enchanted by the ride and by her, I decided right then with every confidence and bought immediately. I could not be happier with my new Tucson, my experience with Kira, or the dealership service itself. Even my 11-year-old son continues to reminisce about how great Kira was and rave about how much he loves our new car, weeks later. I'll be looking forward to every opportunity to go back to the dealership for maintenance/service just so I can see if Kira is around to catch up and chat. I love her. I love this dealership. I love my new car.

Bought a 911 Turbo from them. Kelbe was the online sales person and did an amazing job managing the sale. He said to me I try to make the experience good because no one loves buying cars. I asked him about the bad ratings and he says there s been a lot of change and he likes working here.The sale took a while because of the holidays, but in the end, everything he said about the car was true. There was honestly when he could have fed me a line. The car was less than I d expected it should be and I thought there might be issues, but it was uniquely something I was looking for and the buyers inspection from the Porsche service center minor issues like the key fob battery needs changed and the buttons are sticky for the convertible roof.Additionally, Jeff, the GM, aided along the process. He gave me his cell to chat with him as some issues in delivery had come up the delivery company was a challenge given a winter blizzard and a poorly communicated pick up date.Always check everything, get your buyers inspection done, review every document they have with a fine-toothed comb these are things any customer buying a car should do and if you missed something, it s likely your fault.I d say it was like chatting with a friend with both these guys and I feel confident I would buy from this dealership again. Thank you, Kelbe and Jeff. I love my new car!

This has got to be the easiest and BEST experience I ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. It starts with the front desk. Nadine thank you for your prompt response and setting me up with David. My experience with Phil Long Hyundai was probably the best I ve ever had! I went in looking for information about the 2024 Tucson Hybrid. I worked with Isaac who was a very welcoming and positive young man. He was respectful of my goals and very knowledgeable about the Tucson. I had done a lot of research prior to this visit but the information he gave me coupled with a fun test drive sold me on the Tucson over another Rav4. Tim was the manager in charge of giving me the numbers. His numbers exceeded my expectations right up front. In my opinion he came in with a more than fair price for my trade in and the out-the-door price was a pleasant surprise! As a result we were able to close the deal in record time without endless hours of stressful haggling. Additionally, they bent over backwards to find the color I wanted and brought it to the lot the same day. I could not be happier with my beautiful Tucson and my experience with these 2 exceptional men and the rest of the staff from the contract manager to the receptionist who always greeted me by name whenever I walked in the door. Definitely a 5 star experience!

I've been through a number of dealerships, and wholeheartedly believe Phil Long of Chapel Hills is among the best I've dealt with! The people there from service to sales are friendly, helpful and professional. Especially Virginia Douglas, my service advisor, who made my maintenance service visits pleasant. She's seriously busy, but remains friendly and professing. Thank you for introducing me to Cole Smith in sales. Cole took the time to listen to my needs and wants, and remained patient to get me into a new lease meeting 99% of what I wanted. It would've been 100% if the had the exact exterior color I wanted, but I'm not disappointed!

My husband and I recently bought a car for Hyundai. We didn t think we would get another Hyundai but after meeting Isaiah and explaining to him what we were looking for he pointed us to a Tucson and after test driving it we knew this was the car for us. Isaiah Never pushed us to make the purchase he s kindness and knowledge sold us right away. We even went to a few other dealers to look at a few different cars but found ourselves think about the Hyundai and now amazing Isaiah was compared to the other dealers we went to. I would recommend seeing Isaiah if you are looking at buying a car!

Bobby, my salesman, was awesome. He walked me through the whole process and was very polite and patient with me, as buying a car can be somewhat confusing and stressful. I ve always had exceptional service here. Ty was always my go to service guy and is amazing. We recently traded in our 2017 Elantra and upgraded to a 2024 Kona, Connell Levy was our sales agent and he did a great job working with us and getting us where we wanted to be financially. He helped me setup the bluelink on my phone and showed me all the cool new features my car has. Overall all the staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. I d recommend anyone to service or purchase a vehicle here.

We had a great purchase experience with Kelbe! He was very competent, courteous and professional. He delivered on everything he told us during the test drive and purchase process. In fact, everyone at the dealership from the receptionist to the General Manager were very helpful. Customer service is definitely a priority here, which is a rare trait these days. We will certainly return when the time comes to purchase our next car.

Hands down one of the worst service departments I have ever dealt with. Exceptionally bad at communication and listening to the desires of the customer when purchasing a vehicle. Additionally, no effective management skills to follow-up or ensure that work is completed correctly or in a timely manner.

Isaac was great to work with, as was the rest of the team that supported our purchase. Overall, the dealership team listened to what was important to me and helped to make a deal that worked for what I was willing to pay. This was my second purchase there and I would happily return if/when the need arises.

Sales rep (Michael) was very helpful, and Finance was quick and efficient. Phil Long dealerships are top notch folks, and very supportive of local EV advocacy groups.Had a low tire pressure warning on our new Ioniq, popped in and out in a few minutes and they took care of it. We have been using service at this Hyundai dealer since 2011, always efficient, friendly and competent.

I gave them one star previously but deleted that post and I will now give them 3 stars for going out of their way. I received a complimentary oil change on a Monday for my 2023 Kona with less than 23000 miles on it. Less than 24 hours later, my Kona had no oil in it and the engine was ruined. Liz ordered me a Lyft ride from Aurora all the way back to the dealership. She set me up with a 2024 Kona loaner vehicle. She had my 2023 Kona towed to the dealership the next day. She told me they ordered a new engine at no cost to me. This is good customer service after something goes wrong. I never did find out what happened for the oil to leak out.

Recently, my wife and I visited Phil Long Dealership and had an outstanding experience, thanks to the sales team. Bobby, Tom, and Isaiah went above and beyond to assist us, demonstrating exceptional customer service and expertise. Their effort in helping me transition out of my faulty Audi Q8 was particularly impressive. Additionally, the General Manager s involvement in facilitating our purchase added a personal touch to our experience. Put 3k down on a vehicle that I was told was guaranteed. I specifically asked that question, if I put down this much money NOW does it lock the car in.Yes was the response. So I asked again because, you know, shady dealers. Answer was yes.That was February 13th/2024.4 Days later I get a call. That car that is yours that you already put 3k down on? There was a mistake and someone sold it.Can you get another one? Yes. But its in Texas and you will have to pay to have it transported.Yeah. Because that makes sense. Paying to cover your mistake.Oh and that car is unavailable too.2 weeks of waiting, got my deposit back. No car of course.What a horrible dealership.

We loved working with Monica she was the perfect fit for me to work with. She did a great job explaining things or getting answers for us. She helped me narrow down vehicles that would fit for our family and helped me work through the trade offs of each vehicle - preowned, certified preowned, leasing, vs brand new. I never felt rushed and she had a good balance in checking in with us. So thankful to find a car for our family.

This is for the service department. When you have a vehicle under warranty with a safety concern, telling you they can t book you an appointment for WEEKS is a complete and total failure. Like I m supposed to know when the vehicle is going to break so I can schedule an appointment ahead of time. I ve had this same issue for a simple oil change in the past. No availability for a month?!?!?!?!?! You have to do better.

The entire staff was great but Shakira Conner was my favorite. She took her time and helped me with exactly what I wanted. My experience here was absolutely perfect. Everyone was polite and friendly. I d highly recommend getting ur car here

Update - Dylan left the dealership and I can t get them to return my calls now. Very disappointed. One month later, would no longer give them high marks. Original review follows - Great sales team! Answered all my questions and followed up as they promised. Very easy to work with and listened to my questions. Provided excellent service and tried not to waste my time. Really went the extra yard to provide me with information to make an informed decision. Dylan, Jeff and team are super!

If you are going to buy a car here ask for Bobby! He is an honest and funny sales man, at no point in our purchase did I feel pressured about it! He got us out in 4 hours and I have to say the warranty s offered though the phil long dealerships is amazing! Kelbe helped me understand the payoff and get the gap taken off my car, betty was also wonderful during the whole financing process.
