Every time I have needed to go to this service center they have been great and handled my needs quickly.I have also always been able to get ana appointment pretty quickly when I call. Unfortunately, when you try to schedule via the website or app, it's often a month or two out before you can get in. I definitely recommend calling.As a side note, they charge $25 for a Vin verification if you need one and that's cheaper than Highway Patrol. Also they donate it to a Veterans fund!

Beware when scheduling service online because apparently those aren t real appointments , I scheduled 3 months ago for this upcoming Friday and I called today (3 days before) to confirm some details. The lady told me I didn t have an appointment, even though I just received an appointment reminder email. She then said there was nothing until July 21. Oh, and in this time I ve been waiting for my RECALL and oil change, my warranty for service expired so I will have to pay for it now. Then, she said she needed to check something else and magically my appointment changed to June 27th. I have already taken time off work for my appointment and I have no idea what s even happening now. There aren t many options here in the springs for dealership service so be prepared for a headache.

I have had nothing but problems with Phil Long, from the purchase of my vehicle to the multiple service appointments I ve had at the Chapel Hills location. I decided to take my car for service at Motor City thinking I would have a better experience. Besides our service advisor (David) being wonderful to work with, this place is just as bad. When I picked up my car, the windshield is completely cracked. Their inspection paperwork from drop off confirms there were no chips or cracks upon arrival, yet the manager says they will not replace it because there could have been cracks when it came in. The inspection paperwork is their own paperwork, FILLED OUT BY THEM upon arrival stating no chips or cracks! How can you tell me there could have been cracks already?! I expect my vehicle to be returned to me in the condition I left it. The last time I had service at the Chapel Hills location, the same thing happened. They did replace the windshield because they admitted it is their responsibility. How reckless are these techs?! A second windshield cracked by the same company?? They now want me to pay to replace my windshield, which will cost more than the service I took my car in for! Sounds like they are trying to upsell me on another service by damaging my vehicle! They also left wires hanging underneath the car, and left the panels in the backseat that my husband had to fix. BUY AND SERVICE ELSEWHERE. This is a shady business from sales to service! My car is due for a trade in, and I will make the trip to Littleton to avoid this circus.

I had a flat tire. They don't stock my tire, so they had to get one from another dealer. I dropped off my tire at Phil Long's before 10am. They didn't get the replacement tire until after all the technicians were gone for the day. It was to be changed first thing this morning. However, the service rep I was working with was not in today. There is no procedure for information to be available to anyone else. Therefore, no one can tell me anything about my tire. So, I'll have to wait until tomorrow to hope my rep gets in and see if my tire was fixed. There needs to be a way of sharing information to everyone, to prevent needless delay.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Ty and the staff took care of me. I dealt with another Hyundai months ago that kept pushing off issues I knew the vehicle was going through. Ty took care of everything and got it done within a day(an yes my vehicle had multiple issues under warranty and standard check ups that weren't being done). Car drives better than ever now. It's why I drive an extra 20mins just to go to this location.

We chose them to replace a Starter in one of our Company Vehicles. They finished the work on June 28th or 29th. They called us to tell us the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Our employee went over to pick up the vehicle, only to find it wouldn't start. Our employee calls me to tell me they told her it needed a new battery. Being I'm a trained mechanic myself, I had some heart burn with this as it's likely they started the vehicle, one or two days ago, when they finished installing the new Starter, to confirm the new Starter functions properly. I told her to tell them to attempt to jump start the vehicle. She calls me a few minutes later and says they told her they attempted to jump start it, but it wouldn't jump start. They again told her it needs a new battery and said they could probably get it done for around $200. Not trusting the situation, I went to Hyundai with my jumper cables. I hooked up the jumper cables and started the vehicle in less than 5 minutes. GRRRRR....Service: Auto maintenance

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and loved the service. Everyone was friendly and I was surprised to get a video review of my vehicle. No issues. The wait room is really confortable compared to some that you can barely move and pricing was in line what I would expect to pay at other shops.

It took an hour and a half to service my car.They are not about taking care of their customers. I had an issue, and figured it would be covered under the warranty. My car is only a couple months old. Needless to say I miss my old car. I have free maintenance and oil changes. I probably will pay someone else than get my car serviced by themService: General repairs & maintenance
