Arrived Monday morning 7:10am and line to get checked in stretched out onto the street. I had to get an oil change, no choice so I waited. Only 10-15minutes and the 10+ vehicles in front of me were in and it was my turnEugene checked me in, we discussed my needs and Eugene suggested a service package I might be interested in, but only available from the finance guys. Went over there to waitService was as expected, actually much quicker than I anticipated given how many cars were ahead of meEugene was great to work with and service went smoothly. Great job

Went for an oil change and routine car maintenance (tire rotation and fluid check) had a 11 am appointment. Got there at 10:50 and pulled straight into the bay. 2 cars ahead of mine already in the other 2 bays. The gentleman who helped me was very kind. Told him I wasn't gonna wait there. He said he would call me when car was done. Also recieved a text message that I could get a hold of him by simply replying to the message. So I did. Thanked him and asked if it was possible to get a replacement windshield wiper that I had forgotten to ask about. No reply. No biggie. 1.5 hours later I texted asking for a estimate on how much longer. Nothing. 30 mins after that I called. Got transfered around till I got to the guy who helped me at the shop. Asked for a update on my car and was told It was done but that I have an oil leak that I need to make an appointment with someone else to have diagnosed... I didn't have an oil leak 3 hours prior to that so I denied setting another appointment. Got home and haven't seen any leakage and can't find where it would be leaking from. I had also asked if they could fill my coolant since it was low and was told no problem. They did not.. tires were were properly rotated either.. The people there are kind but the work is not. Not the 1st or 2nd time I've gone to them but probably the last since all 3 times haven't been the best service wise for the car.

Horrible service! Needed a replacement tire on my wife s car, showed up at 7:30 on a Saturday, was told the tire is in town at a warehouse and would be delivered by 9 am. Did not leave the dealership till 4:30 pm that afternoon. Was told oh it will be here any minute all day long. When I got home and checked for the new rattling noise coming from the back I noticed they just threw the spare tire in the back without securing it. Sloppy! A month later I show up before noon to get another replacement tire (Because the roads are so well maintained in town) I was told again the warehouse in town has my tire and they will be delivering it this afternoon on the 4:30pm truck. This time I just left the rim. Well well, I show back up at 5:30pm and the tire did not get delivered, shocker!!! They said they were sorry and the manager will go pick it up himself in the morning... it s supposed to snow 6 inches tonight, They will not get it in the morning, there will just be another excuse when I call in the morning on why it was not done like it was promised!! Very frustrating and do not recommend buying tires from them!!

I don't know why there aren't better reviews. I've never had an issue going here. Today I actually went in for an oil change and tire rotation, the service advisor let me know a cheaper variation of the coupon I was trying to use. Then I guess there was a mix up and a car got taken in before mine, they didn't charge me because I had to wait longer. I never have any issues here, and this is 10 trillion times better than Chapel Hills.

The only reason I gave it a second star is because the guy behind the desk was extremely nice. However, they told me my brake pads were green. 3 weeks later I took them off and they were bare metal and grinding on the rotors. Not happy. How hard is it to look at the brake pads?! Wont be going back as this was extremely lazy, left my family unsafe in the car, and ended up costing me an extra $140 to replace them myself.

It started out, alright but went sideways. Of course there are 2 sides to a story, and I have thought about it before flying off half cocked, but I must let y'all know.I went in to look at what they had to offer, and I believe I told the sales "kid" that I was just looking and was not sure what I wanted.. and after looking at several different trucks and vans it seemed he got annoyed with me. I'm diabetic and was having issues with my sugar levels, and he was kind enough to take me thru a drive thru so I could get 'us' a bite to eat. I had left my wallet in my car, so he covered it till we got back and I would be able to pay him back. It was during the drive back he actually said "So..I've spent an hour with you," I guess meaning I needed to make up my mind. Which is kind of off.. must be the owners boy I thought. Then upon getting back to the dealership, I went immediately to my car to pay him back. I went back to where he was at standing with another salesman. Gave him $5, to cover the cost of our meal which didn't cost that, no offer of any change. He tried handing me his card, I declined because of his rudeness. Tried to shack his hand to thank him for his time and loan, and this little boy showed his true colors by not shacking my hand. No worries, I went down the street to the Toyota Dealership. I hate to say it, and would rather buy Made in the US, but they have a way better product and hands down better customer service. to I spend around 3 hours there.. No issues. What a let down.

Rude people in the the quicklane department. Won't be back at all. Go to pueblo or castle rock quick lane. I went in for a check engine light for a misfire and the quicklane employee just said comeback the next day, I was really worried something would break if I kept driving it. When I asked if they could just take a quick peek to see it it's safe to drive til I get an appointment , the employee just told me it's under warranty and to drive it. I didn't buy a 40 thousand vehicle and a warranty for them to tell me when there a problem to just drive it. I had problems originally trying to purchase my vehicle here , so I bought it in pueblo and I think I will continue to go to spradley ford of pueblo because of the two horrible experiences I had with motor city ford / quicklane. BEWARE.

I went in for an oil change with a appointment set and let's just say I was there for a while. I realize stuff happens so I tipped the young man working on my truck. Because I'm sure I might of scowled at him a few times. I'll be back. Thanks again

Had my oil changed this morning at Phil Long Ford in Motor City.$35.00 wih mail coupon. Jorden Parish was my customer tech person. Highly recomend him. He is very Professional, Polite, Funny, Geat scense of Humor.

Whenever u need to have your vehicle worked on quick, or when you simply dont want to wait for a week to have your car getting worked on, you can just drive up and get it done fast, easy and cheaper no matter what brand is your vehicle. Me and my friend look for Peter Mullica everytime because I know he can get it done right, fast and able to answer all my stupid questions..

Been coming here since I moved to the Springs to service my truck. Stephen Jamo has been taking care of all my admin work at quick lane and I couldn t ask for anything more from him, he goes above and beyond!

Thank you to Jose and Geoff for everything, I would recommend to go see these guys, they are the best and gave my car some TLC, took real good care of my care and are great commincater! They provide the best customer service very blessed to find such a great place and guys i cam trust!

One hour and 30 minutes for an oil change. No one was in front of me. There were no vehicles in the bays. the front desk service was horrible. It seemed like customers were an inconviece to the employees.

Ripped me off. Charged more than double estimate. Lied about deducting coupon. Took 7 hours to change pads & rotors. Will never go back.
