I had an appointment for tire rotation . I got my car back in 30 minutes ,tires were rotated ,brakes were checked and a few other things were checked . They did a great job like always and they are always very nice and professional.

My 2020 Cherokee w <40kmi has basically lived in their service department since last October, in for weeks and weeks at a time to fix sequential repair issues after repeat breakdowns: a transfer case, a drive shaft, a rear differential, ANOTHER transfer case. The Jeep reeks of burnt fluid at this point from all the failures and I was promised a "detailing". Picked it up this morning for 6th time and still stinks, isn't clean save for someone maybe turned a hose on it, dirty inside and even someone's half drunk Gatorade sitting in cupholder. Just icing on the cake at this point. Been working with Carrie the service advisor and Tom the SVC manager directly, but it's pulling teeth getting these guys to communicate, and when they do they basically seem indifferent and could care less about the issue. Even CCd Mr Perkins himself, but no response. Wish I could say I trust it's fixed, but I absolutely don't.

I bought my first new truck over the phone from Perkins off an internet ad. When I arrived to pay for and pick up the truck, the process was easy, the salesman was helpful, and there were no surprise charges. A year or so later, I had to bring the truck back in to be serviced for a recall. The service department went out of their way to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me, and provided me with a loaner car as they had to keep my truck overnight. I am very happy with my dealings with Perkins Motors. After shopping around prior to my purchase, I fel I got the best deal on my truck from them, and also great service after my purchase.

Routine oil change and tire rotation. Disappointed because a card arrived in the mail the following day from Perkins for oil change and tire rotation at a 25% savings. Would have appreciated service writer offering me the option too wait a few days and save. Good news was Perkins had the parts (oil) to do the service. The previous time I had service done (with an appointment in advance) they were unable to complete the work because they didn't have the transmission fluid that was needed.

Harley & Mikyla are the reason why I continue to come back and have all my Jeeps serviced at Perkins. I hope the owner and management know how much of an asset these two woman are to this company.

Julian was great! I don t have anything negative to say. I was constantly updated on my cars progress and I even dropped my credit card in the parking lot and they called me right away and mailed it back to me. Excellent

Tire rotation and oil change, front headlamp ring light was out. All advisors are not as knowledgeable as the next. Please ask for a second opinion if something doesn't sound correct. I was told by my original advisors that my oil change package only covered x amount of $ and the charge was x so I'd have to pay the difference which didn't sound right, my light assembly was just out of manufacturing warranty. Another advisor chimed in, listened and was able to rectify all my questions I appreciate the next advisors as she set everything correct! And even helped me with my item that was just out of manufacturing warranty. I'll be returning to Perkins for my oil changes and further vehicle needs.Services: Electrical repair, Tires

Beware! Good and bad....BAD:--Parts, even common warranty item parts, will be "on order" for months and you will be put on a "waiting list," supposedly "in order." Are the above issues even true? Am I being back-burner-ed in favor of other customers? Don't know. The issues seem improbable for a gigantic US car co and gigantic dealership. (The same is true of their sales... while others get the exact same vehicle months earlier.... This actually happened to me. My guess? They got and sold mine for more, and had to reorder...then tried to tell me (absurdly, after going through 3 different sales people in the process) I should pay more when it finally "came in" 7 months later "because the price had gone up in the interim"...my sales order contract and months of waiting because of THEM be d*ed! Ummm, NO! Needless to say, when I pointed out the above... and the legalities of a signed contract... I got my truck at the contracted price.-- Your "appointment time" isn't really an appt time... it's just a suggestion of an appt time. It would be funny, if it wasn't true. I was told by the (Very nice) svc reception lady that my morning check in time is "just the time to check your vehicle into our system, the actual work time will be sometime later this afternoon." Who does that? Ans. NOBODY! In other words, your appointment time is just a time to force you to show up and waste your day and time to make an ACTUAL appointment, on THEIR TERMS, for your ACTUAL appointment "sometime later in the day!" Again, funny... if it wasn't true.GOODSales: They did sell me my truck at a good price...after the wait and (probably illegal) attempt to shyster me on the price. (Again, BEWARE!) Their people are nice. Also, they have lots of variety on the lot.To their credit, the nice service lady passed my "concerns" up the food chain and the very nice service manager lady got my truck in relatively expeditiously and made a point of personally making sure to help me and make me happy... but neither of them should had to do that. Shame on management for putting them in that position! The work seemed to be done right, but it was minor warranty work, so that is a bit unknown... and one of the 3 warranty parts STILL isn't in, after about 8 months of waiting, so I'm going to have to go in and waste my day again! Again, BEWARE! Get your "appointment time" and the terms therein, nailed down BEFORE you go, or you will waste YOUR day to fit THEIR schedule, not yours, despite you making, and coming in on time for, your supposed "appointment."Bottom line... a mixed bag. They are old school car salesmen/ women...Be sure you know what you are getting, what you are paying... and when you are getting it... and get it in writing!! Same with service.

Perkins Motors is the best place in town to take your RAM truck for service. Unlike other competitors, Perkins is customer-oriented and professional. My service advisor, Flint Boyd, was outstanding. I love that I can schedule an appointment online. I also really liked that I was kept up to date on the progress. While it took longer than I had hoped, I am satisfied with the quality of the work done and confident my vehicle is in great shape now. I took my truck (2022 Ram 2500 Cummins) in to Perkins for an oil change and fuel filter change. While I was there, they were able to complete two of three recalls for the truck. Harley was my service advisor and she was great.

I had an amazing experience with Tracy and Sherry in Service. I had a massive issue that was going to cost thousands of dollars and was shut down by other businesses, yet these two ladies took me under their wing and first and foremost treated me like a human and made sure I was feeling safe and comfortable.Then they explained the process of what to do step by step ensuring I would get through. I ended up spending $0, saving thousands, and had my Jeep fixed the next morning.Incredible. I was grateful it happened so I could have met these two angels.Thanks again!

Changed from the "other Dodge Dealer." Every time I took my vehicle there was some sort of issue. Here it was a pleasant experience. Yes, Perkins had to fix some not so good repairs but they were straight with me on my options.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Got in fairly fast without an appointment, was told by service writer the deal with buying. Bulk oil changes. I did. Good deal. Service writer kept me informed of progress by tex message. I am not completely satisfied with the answer I received about my BU camera visual in my screen. Also I was told the none of my warranties would cover a replacement but yet I purchased extra warranties when I bought the vehicle. To me a waste of about $7k I think. Perkins has always been good but my gut says something else about my BU camera. I'd still go to Perkins.

Good service center. Typically 1.5 wait to two hours. Waiting room always has great snacks and drinks. Only reason for 4 stars is I had paid for a tire rotation and they hadn t performed the service but after letting the service advisor know. It was taken care of.

Quick fast and professional . The setup to have your vehicle serviced is very personal . You drive up right to the representative . My service rep . I wasn t going to leave a review, but they invited me to through my email. So, here we are. I took my Jeep in for diagnostics. They came back with an estimate of about $6,000 for work that made absolutely no sense in conjunction with the error codes. I googled the error codes, found the part on Amazon for $150 and had my boyfriend install it. The Jeep has been running well since then. So, no I would absolutely not recommend Perkins. They re either trying to gouge you, or have no idea what they re doing. Either way, it s a no for me.

I needed to get some all terrain tires capable of handling snow and off roading and normal pavement driving. Andrew in parts was great. I told him what I wanted and that I wanted larger tires on my wrangler. He walked me through my options of what would fit on my car and the capabilities of each tire. He was able to order the tires and get them in in one day. Installation took about 2 1/2 hours. Very happy with my experience.Service: Tires

Every time I ve gone there, if a repair was needed, it was completed there. If the repair was not able to be completed there for some reason like a parts issue, I was directed to somewhere to get the part to complete the repair myself. They have always been courteous and forthcoming. I ve been going to Perkins for years, and plan to for years to come.Service: Electrical repair

Julian was my service advisor and did an awesome job! I have been waiting for my fuel pump recall to be fixed(Like most people who have the 2020 2500 turbo diesel). Was a lot better this time the only reason for me not giving a 5 star is because I never got a ride home. The service car that takes you home or whatever you need to go never came. So I just stayed until my Jeep was done.Service: TiresService: Tires
