My experience here today was exceptionally good they took very good care of me and my truck tires they went above and beyond and even picked up my tires at another store!! Their communication was on point and customer service was amazing!! Highly recommend

Philip was incredibly helpful with my tire change and rotation. Very clear and concise about the cost and labor for my job as well as informing me about issues to watch out for on my car. Highly recommend this shop.

Gavin is amazing!! He was super helpful, very transparent throughout the whole process, and very thorough in walking me through everything to make sure I understand what I need and don t need for my car. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!

Gavin was amazing I really appreciated his honesty and giving real feedback about what my car needed. He was very patient and detailed about what was done to my car and even offered a better ice scraper to use when he saw me cleaning my car. Will come back and see Gavin for sure. Somebody give that man a raise!!!

I went in due to a flat tire and Gavin met me at the door. He then worked with me to find another set of tires at a very fair price and was extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Pep Boys and will be back.

Really pleased overall. Was able to book a short-notice appointment (thank you for accommodating). Early drop-off was easy to navigate and shout out to Phyllis, who kept me informed. Really appreciate the team.

My Acura was stolen and returned in bad shape. Pep Boys was able to fit me in right away. In less than an hour they had changed by oil, and checked several other concerns I had. Awesome service, very efficient, very professional. Gavin rocks. HIGHLY recommend!!

The place was nice, clean, the guy at tje front desk was always nice, respectful treated everybody good and offered tv and coffee; but i cannot say the same about one of the technicians had attitude, couldnt handle low profile tires. they couldn't do my wheel alignment even tho it was as a yes in their website. once I got my car back the rear tires were mounted in place of the front tires so after almost 2 hours of wait I had to go back and have them do them again. same technician had worst attitude compare to the other 3 guys that worked there. If you dont wanna work in customer service, please quit.Lady front desk called me the day prior to confirm my appt.

I am happy to recommend this branch of PepBoys after my overall experience. I believe the Asst Mgr is Phyllis. She truly made me not only feel welcome but cared about. She took the time with me to explain the situation about why I would have to make a different appointment. She went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of. When I had the car towed for the second appointment, I was working with the Manager. He, also, was very honest with the short handed situation. He did state he was prioritizing my situation and did make sure to call with an estimated time line and cost. I was pleasantly surprised that parts were secured and work completed earlier than expected! He went over the parts with me and also treated me with respect. Many women are patronized when in a shop, and he was polite. He listened to my concern about the extent of the repair necessary and reminded me of the nationwide warranty. When I was concerned about a light i had never seen before, he checked the oil then spoke with the mechanic who said there was a recal on Subarus. I didn't know about it and it explained another proble.. I was looking for a local shop where I felt like I was respected and that my car would be taken care of. I think I found it.

The new manager Gavin was very insightful, patient, and helpful. They worked with me to make things work. Lightbulbs were replaced, maintenance was done, and full synthetic oil change.

Dude did an awesome job getting me the best deals available and taken care of asap.I had to drive through the mountains and luckily he had the size I needed in stock despite LITERALLY no one else in town having it!Thanks for the great work man.Work performed:4 new tires, lifetime alignment, and steering adjustment.

Great service through the whole process dealing with tires and numerous car issues. John the manager is a wealth of knowledge and an expert in quickly diagnosing the extreme unique tire issue I had in particular. So glad I chose this location, I definitely recommend!

Pep Boys Colorado Springs at Platte and circle they did an outstanding job replacing Tires Military Discount and did a fine job troubleshooting future problems on my older 2000 Buick lesabre. Highly recommend them

Set an appointment for 4:30 to get my tires rotated. They called me at 1 asking me if I can be there at 2:30 because their tech had an emergency and I said that ll be fine. There was a wreck on i25 so I had to be rerouted and was 9 minutes late. They told me that they ll have to reschedule me because of that 9 minutes. Been with pep boys for years in my hometown. Bought multiple lifetime alignments. They ve officially lost my business forever.

Daughter and I stopped in to get her tire replaced and this was the only shop open on a Sunday that had a new tire for her car. Gavin the store manager had the best customer service skills we have ever experienced.

Horrible experience just trying to buy a pair of tires. First they scheduled my appointment and somehow lost it, then refused to do the job unless I removed the wheels and brought them in without the vehicle. So much stupidity. I truly regret trying to buy anything from Pep Boys. I won't make that mistake again.
