Amazing Experience at Peak Kia Thanks to Jaiden B.!We recently purchased a new hybrid from Peak Kia, and it was a fantastic experience thanks to Jaiden B. He spent several days working with us, making the entire car-buying process feel relaxed and enjoyable. Not only did he explain everything clearly and answer all our questions patiently, but his friendly and down-to-earth demeanor made the whole experience a non-stressful process.Jaiden's deep knowledge about the Kia lineup and the car buying process in general was impressive. Most importantly, he felt genuine and very honest an uncommon quality in a car salesperson. We never felt pressured or rushed into a decision. Because of Jaiden's exceptional service, if we ever consider another Kia, Peak Kia and Jaiden will be our first stop, without a doubt!

I love Peak Kia, this is the 3rd car I have purchased from them. Even during rougher times they were able to find me financing, they really work hard to get you comfortably into a vehicle! I worked with Caleb J. this time around; incredibly friendly and personable. When I spoke to him by phone I told him exactly what I was looking for, he found 2 suvs on the lot that matched my needs perfectly and did not once try to talk me into something else (many other dealerships did during my shopping around). After test driving I still needed time to think it over, he did not hassle or try to pressure me. After some time he reached out and when I came back in he was able to work on my behalf to pull in a greater deal on the suv we wanted. He made the process quick and easy, helped settle my anxiety and foremost worked tirelessly to get us within the payment range we needed. Thanks Caleb!

Went to Peak Kia last week to test drive a car. I meant with King St Paul and was pleasantly surprised how quick the process was with buying and trading in my car. It was the quickest and least stressful I have ever experienced with a dealership. King was great to work with and was highly organized and knew how to process everything quickly. I was in in out of the dealership within 2 hours. If you are looking for a new car, I would recommend King and Peak KIA Chapel Hills dealership.

Drove through three snowstorms to buy my Kia K5 GT at this dealership because they advertised a lifetime warranty. King, my salesman, was awesome. Never felt pressured or rushed, even though we showed up 15 minutes prior to closing. Deal was seamless until we met with the finance manager. First off he told me he had trouble getting me finance at the rate agreed upon without trading in my GT-Line. So I agreed to a higher interest rate. My biggest issue with him was he added a $2500 extended service agreement to my paperwork. 10 years/100,000 miles. My Kia comes with a factory warranty and your dealership advertised a lifetime warranty, why did I need to purchase an additional warranty? Went through with the purchase thinking I could cancel this forced additional warranty after the fact but fine print in the contract says it's non-cancellable unless required by the lender financing the vehicle. I would like my financer, KIA finance, to require this warranty be cancelled and be issued a full refund. In closing, my experience with sales was great just beware once you go to finance.

They will prey on people who don t know better. I genuinely don t understand how they re selling cars here. We ultimately bought a brand new Kia from Phil Long.1) Our trade in was not even a low-ball. It was flat out disrespectful.2) Other dealerships pulled the credit at a much higher rate than Peak Kia did.3) There s actually zero negotiating in any car sales here despite them saying they negotiate.This wasn t our first rodeo buying a new vehicle. Proceed with caution!!! Especially if you re a first time buyer. They will screw you over and you won t even know. If you want a new Kia, do not waste your time. Go to Phil Long Kia! They have great managers there that aren t insulting.

I was looking to test drive an EV6 and EV9. Brody came out and helped us look at and drive both. Very knowledgeable on both cars. Decided over the weekend that we wanted the 2023 EV6 because of the price and discounts Kia was offering for the model year. Someone else came in the same evening of my test drive and bought it that day. Brody helped track down two other 2023s and was able to get me the car I wanted. Very happy with my purchase and their service in finding my next car.

We worked with Jaiden, he is very professional. Our experience was great. The showroom is very clean, relaxing and inviting, Jaiden listened to what we wanted and worked with us to get us where we needed to be to make a deal, not to pushy and that is big in my opinion. Very happy with my new Kia Telluride

We worked with King and he was super kind. It was just the floor manager or finance manager was kinda rude. The manager kept us waiting for so long (2 hours) to get some numbers together. He ended up low balling our trade in for $8k. They said there was no where else that would give us any higher. So, We went down the road, to mike Maroone Honda, they appraised our Jeep for $14k and we put $10,000 down on a brand new pilot and walked out the door with it in 2 hours.Definitely don t recommend this place just bc of the managers.

This was my first Kia experience and it has been amazing. Donovan at Peak Kia made it so easy to transition to a new electric vehicle!! Financing was a breeze and completely stress free. Donovan and Fabion have been amazing being available and reaching out to help learn about all the little ins and outs of our new car!! Couldn't recommend this team more!!!

The best Car buying experience we've had! Caleb was a knowledgeable and friendly salesman! Miguel was super fast in finance! Everyone we met at this dealership was friendly and the deals were irresistible. We were able to walk away with 2 cars in just a few hours. We got great offers on both of our trade-ins, great deals on both of our new cars, and great interest rates. I highly recommend!

Extremely happy with our new Kia from Peak Kia!Donovan Hollie guided us through our initial test drive experience. I just purchased a 2023 Kia K5 fully loaded. The car is truly amazing. But what's more amazing then my vehicle is the staff. Caleb went above and beyond for me. Truly my best car buying experience. If Caleb's boss reads this review give that man a raise. Lol. I highly recommend anyone to go to Peak Kia. Truly professional staff and very easy to talk. I hope this review helps anyone whose considering buying a vehicle from them; DO IT you won't regret if.

Great dealership.. ask for Daniel Norris. If you want a great sales individual he is your guy. Not one of those pushy salesman but gets what you are looking for. If they don t have what you want, he will find it for you.Great service, knowledgeable, and straightforward.

This is my first KIA and I love it! I had been to a couple other dealerships looking for a safe and reliable car for my family but the cars they were showing me didn't fit our needs, as if they weren't really listening to our situation. That all changed when I went to Peak Kia and met with Caleb. I told him what was important to us and he found the perfect car right away! Caleb and the peak Kia team was very attentive and made buying a new car a good experience plus they have great deals. My family and I can rest easy knowing we didn't over pay or compromise on quality. Also the great warranty gives us peace of mind. We are so happy in our beautiful new KIA!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about the dealership and our sales person, King, his manager, and the rest of the staff that helped us buy our new Telluride. We visited on Monday, obtained a pre-approved loan that afternoon, and completed our purchase on Tuesday morning! We got a fair deal and great customer service to meet our needs. Totally recommend them and the Kia!

Jaiden and the Peak Kia team were amazing to work with, I had ordered a new build through them and made all the plans over the phone with Jaiden since I was a out of state purchaser. The process was super easy and was delivered to Peak much faster than quoted.After flying out Jaiden even picked me up from the airport and brought me to the dealership, if that's not customer service I don't know what is. I was in and out of there under an hour and a half, the Telluride I bought my wife was in pristine condition and drove it all the way back to Arizona flawlessly.Huge shout out to Jaiden and the whole Peak team for making this such an easy experience and the fantastic support and guidance through the whole process.If you're on the fence, don't be, you will be extremely happy with the service here and wont regret it.

I recently bought a Matte Gray 2024 Kia Sportage Hybrid all thanks to Brody Pellegrino. Day 1 he instantly helped us order it with no pushback or try to sell us anything less than what we wanted. The entire sales experience was seamless and quick with no hassle. This was my 3rd car ever purchased and by far the best experience so far. I will for sure recommend Brody and Kia to all my friends and family looking for a new vehicle to buy.
