excellent service! the new owner jacob is an awesome guy and goes above and beyond to assure that everything is done timely and affective, while still keeping things affordable. he even personally picked up and dropped off my car to get work done when i wasn t able to bring it in. i definitely recommend these guys!!

What an awesome experience! Jacob worked with me to get my jeep in according to my schedule. His patience and expertise was flawless. The motor went in a head of schedule and I was sent progress pictures along the way. Communication was second to none! A big shout out to Kevin as well, the motor runs like a champ! Thank you guys so much!

Wonderful service!!! I can't thank them enough. I felt super unsafe driving my car around. I told them I felt like I was sliding all over the road and it was very loud while driving my car. They told me to take it by the next day and would fit me in as an emergency situation. I got there around 10am, they drove my car, got it into the shop and showed me underneath the car what was wrong. My wheel bearings were really bad that some of my tires were wobbling and would most likely pop off my car. They showed me a leak which wasn't their top priority. I thought it was so cool to actually go under the car with them and have them show me what was going on. They did ask me how much I could spend today just so they can get everything done or what they could push off. They worked with me, and even gave me a discount for paying in cash. They were done in about two hours. I was thinking they might have to keep it through to next week. I drove it and it's so smooth now, I feel safe again and I don't feel like I'm sliding on ice or feel like I'm in a jet. Thank you so much Jacob, Kevin and the rest of the team! Can't forget the shop dog Kobayashi Maru, what a sweet heart. I will keep coming back and recommend them to everyone! Thank you guys!

I have been looking for a reliable shop in town and Jacob has done a great job on both of our cars. Toyota Sequoia and Lexus Sc430. Highly recommend this spot.

Super friendly, extremely helpful, and insanely fast. I know nothing, but feared my clutch replacement would take forever. But nope just one day! The whole crew was very professional, kind, and thorough. I ll absolutely be going back in the future when I have other car issues.

Best mechanic shop experience ever!While in Colorado for vacation with my three children we needed emergency service on our vehicle. Mike was able to get us in the shop in a very timely manner. Not only did they take care of the issues but preformed a bumper to bumper inspection to ensure our vehicle was in safe operating condition.The customer service was phenomenal! Instead of having us wait in their waiting area Mike took my children and I down to a local favorite breakfast diner! (ask Mike about this hidden gem!)Thank you to Mike and crew for taking care of us and putting us back on the road safely!

These folks are a great help! Went in to get a pre-purchase inspection on a Camaro Convertible I was eyeing; left with knowledge on how to deal with the dealership, specs on my car and some of its accessories, a COMPLETE rundown and checklist of the car's condition, some things to watch out for throughout the vehicle's lifespan, and more. Honest people, great pricing!

This is the best shop in town. They are fair in their prices, they understand when you have an older car that not every little thing needs done and they never pressure you. They are honest and really kind. The owner Mike is a great guy. Can t recommend enough.

Mike and his staff are great. Prices are fair, but the customer service is superb. Would definitely recommend peak auto service to anyone, and I am happy my friend recommended them to me. We had some exhaust work done on an older lexus, some of the bolts came out and we returned and mike took care of it right away. I had a control arm replaced in my subaru and Mike stayed late to make sure it was done today so now I can drive to work tomorrow.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I just want to update my review to mention how much we appreciate them. Our 2008 car needed an oil change and winterization plus a diagnostic scan. I was already aware it needed a lot of work and they didn't sugar coat anything which I very much appreciated. We decided to salvage the vehicle and Mike offered us more than we would get taking it in ourselvesHe is truly a remarkable young man.His honesty, kindness, generosity and excellent work have earned him our loyalty and recommendation. Thank you Mike and Peak Auto Service!!!This place is extremely busy but fit us in to replace a signal light. Chad is a wonderful young man and although he was not able to service our vehicle at that time he felt it was important to replace the light since it is a safety concern. We scheduled the servicing for another day. We highly recommend them

Peak Auto Service has my Mazda Tribute running the way it did when I bought it in 2003. User-friendly web site. Quick response to web request for service. Thorough, systematic diagnostics. Clear explanations. Prompt repair. Courteous. Efficient. Reasonable prices. I m pleased to be doing business with the new Peak Auto team. The labradoodle is adorable! Michael, Chad, and crew are the best. When you bring your vehicle in for service they check it out completely. Like this cabin air filter which had probably never been replaced in our 01 Lexus! We can finally breathe clean air again! They are simply the BEST!!! Thanks again!!!

Great shop Mike runs. Very straightforward and clearly communicated our required fix needs - beat all the local/dealer competition for turn around time on our specific fix. Price is extremely fair for the work these guys churn out. Highly recommend Peak Auto Service in Colorado Springs!

I have been to Peak's Auto Service multiple times since living in Colorado Springs and I will be going here as long as I live in Colorado Springs. They have everything you want in a mechanic shop: honesty, trustworthy, and extremely competent.My engine recently died and I had it towed to Peak's Auto Service. They sourced a local engine, called me, and discussed my options. Ended up getting the engine replaced and I had full confidence that they would do a exceptional job. The car runs like a brand new car with absolutely no concerns. In addition to completing the job, they included some "freebees" (shock replacement, new fog lights, and an alignment) at no charge!Mike (the owner) is an incredible communicator and very responsive. The second you speak with him, you know he is an honest, good guy.If I could give auto shop higher than a 5 star review, I would. The best mechanic in Colorado Springs. You will never need to look for another mechanic again!Services: Engine repair, Wheel alignment

I have been going to peak auto service since moving to CO in 2019. There is noPlace else I will take my vehicle. Mike and his team go ABOVE and BEYOND to take care of their customers. They have always had fair prices, helpful & honest. I m currently receiving medical treatments and had some major issues going on with my vehicle. Mike let me do whatever I needed to do around my own schedule, handled things for me, and made sure everything was affordable.They are just an overall responsive, honest, and hardworking people. They will always be my go to. I can t thank them enough for everything they did. Highly recommend!!!

I saw reviews saying the same thing, all their lows reviews are exactly what I experienced. I called in about a simple job, got bullied into their diagnosis without them ever seeing the car and was quoted a price almost 2x the cost I got the repair done for.After the call I thought the mechanic seemed pushy and wanted to do my own research on the parts.Turns out the parts only totaled $180 (best quality parts you can buy for the repair) compared to $450+ they quoted.They throw out a big quote and bully their customers into believing their expertise when really they quote high to have some wiggle room to rip you off.Maybe they do good work but their business practice is shady. If you don t know a lot about cars, don t trust these guys to teach you anything at a fair price.Didn t wanna leave this review and hurt a small business but it s been bugging me all day how bad they tried to rip me off.I saved $260 not coming here, good luck to the next person!

We had a brake issue coming back from Pikes Peak. Every auto shop we contacted were booked out a week or longer. Peaks Auto was also booked out, but we're able to squeeze us in to check our vehicle out yet that same day. Beyond impressed by their professionalism and high standard of service they held themselves to. Thank you again.

I had the unfortunate luck of having someone hit my car and destroy my rear taillight a few weeks ago. I ordered the part per my old mechanic s request and was told to call back when I received it and they d schedule an appointment with me to get a fix. After two weeks of calling to set up an appointment with no one returning my call I was left extremely frustrated and a $100 part.I decided to call Peak Auto Center after a neighbor referred them to me and I could not have left happier.I called and spoke to Chad and he was able to get me in the same morning and fixed everything for me in under an hour. He was friendly and professional and made it so I could go into the holiday weekend without any car worries. I reached out to Peak Auto over the weekend with questions about my vehicle. They suggested I bring it in, but that it might be a few days before they could take a look at is, as they had several vehicles to service. Mike was extremely communicative over the phone and Chad, who worked on my vehicle, was awesome. He took one look at my vehicle and knew what the issue was. I was expecting to wait a few days, since my vehicle wasn t next in line. But Peak Auto contacted me within a few hours that my vehicle was ready. They explained the issue to me- showed me what wasn t working and why. And the repair cost was very reasonable. I will absolutely use Peak Auto for any future mechanical needs!Service: Auto battery maintenance

I had previously left a 1 star review for this shop. The owner reached out and explained the situation. Then proceeded to make it right as promised. Integrity is the cornerstone of any business, and I am pleased that the misunderstanding is resolved, as Michael is a good mechanic. I will continue to use the shop and recommend you do as well!

To start, the customer service I received from Peak Auto was top notch! The guys spoke to me respectfully and thoroughly. They made it a point to explain things and make sure that I could understand them. I felt like like my car being safe and reliablewas as important to them as it was to me. Since finding Peak Auto, I will not go anywhere else.

After years and years of trying to find my go-to mechanic shop, Peak Auto is it. Mike and Chad are both stand-up guys. I drive an older vehicle and when I express to them that I don't want to go buy another vehicle, they listen! I'm rather old-fashioned and my mindset is, why would I get a new vehicle when this one still gets me from A to B?? So naturally, I love it when I can ask a trusted mechanic if it's worth fixing "X" on my car, and get an honest answer. Both Chad and Mike have given me some great advice and (hopefully) helped keep my vehicle running for years to come.

Our Ford Explorer needed major repair during our recent trip to Colorado. We called several places and everyone was booked two weeks in advance. Mr. Mike got us in and repaired our car the same day. We got to enjoy the rest of our vacation and made it back to Texas safely. Thank you!!!

These guys are great. They know what they're doing and theu instill a level of confidence when they diagnose an issue and I've never had problems with something they've fixed my only gripe is that you can't always get a hold of them but I can't begrudge them of something that is essentially a byproduct of them being great at their jobs. I was going to call them for advice on a recent car issue involving the ignition but couldn't get in touch so I used triple a instead and greatly regret letting them give me suggestions. I had two locksmiths come out because triple a said they handled ignition issues only for the second one to say I need the car wheel lifted to the mechanic and these are the guys I'm going to because I know whatever it is they'll be able to fix it and for a decent price

Gave 3 stars because the owner was friendly and the price was reasonable. I had brought a wheel in to get balanced, when the guy brought me my wheel out it was flat, leads me to believe it was incorrectly balanced as I had brought the wheel in full of air. I had them add air to it, went home installed and shakes even worse then no weight. Only thing I could think of is the worker balanced the tire with no air in it I mean it had air so why did you let the air out doesn t make sense. After further research online tires are to be balanced with operating tire pressure. I guess I m still in search of a reliable shop. And yes I installed my summer tires to make sure there wasn t an issue elsewhere and it rides like a dream. Also it s not the wheel I brought him either as I had these tires balanced last winter and they performed amazing until one wheel weight fell off during storage .Service: Tires

Chad and Mike at Peak Auto Service have always given me the most incredible customer service over the years. Today I went to try to get my flat tire replaced and even though they weren t able to get me the tire I needed, they still showed me great care, honesty, and respect. They also made sure both my car and I were taken care of at the end of the day. I will continue to come back to Peak Auto Service for all my car repair needs.

Not only do they do great work, but they are the most honest shop I've ever gone to! I've used Peak Auto a couple times now and every time I've been happy with the quality of work and price. I want to share my most recent visit though. We brought in my fiancee's car to get a second opinion after her usual place tried to sell her on a bunch of repair work that seemed a little suspect. Sure enough they took a look at Peak Auto and everything was good to go and the car didn't need any work. While you already had me as a life long customer, you gained one in her! Thank you all!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Mike and Chad really saved us! We were on a short weekend getaway from Denver. Once we arrived to CO Springs we realized we were leaking coolant. We called Peak Auto and were told to bring the car in ASAP. As soon as our car arrived to the shop they got to work. Mike even drove us to our hotel and picked us up in our car once the work was done. I felt they were honest and fair. These guys offered us stellar customer service and even stayed late because they knew we were in a bind. We are so grateful for their time and effort! Would 100% recommend Peak Auto!
