I had an excellent experience with Patriot Auto. They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. My Touareg was done in a timely manner and done at a competitive, reasonable price. Todd and his team are amazing and really care about their customers and vehicles. Grateful I brought my vehicle to them!

Everyone was helpful, kind, and accommodating. My concerns were addressed and installation of a new blower motor was installed into my Ford F-150 as requested in a timely fashion. Very happy with the work and service. I will be returning. Thank you so much!

I had a great experience working with the staff at Patriot Auto Repair. The staff were helpful, friendly, and did not make me feel in anyway diminished as someone who isn't car savvy. In fact, they complimented me on how well maintained my car is, even though it has body damage, was dirty from previous snowy weather, and there was trash on the passenger floor boards I hadn't made time to clean up. Best of all, my car has run great since the repair. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

New engine install.I love my car and opted to replace the engine vs making $800 a month car payments and new engine came with a amazing warranty! Staff was fantastic!Love that Todd has a ton of Mopar experience.Emily was great with communication

Todd, Renee, and the team at Patriot have been wonderful. My daughter's car experienced some problems which the team diagnosed and fixed. Unfortunately, the part failed within a couple of months, but Patriot honored their warranty and fixed it right up. I had struggled to find a shop I could trust ever since moving to Colorado Springs, and I've finally found it here at Patriot!

I broke down in CS, and these guys were referred by OReillys. I had my vehicle towed on a Tuesday for an apt. on Wednesday and within two hours of being towed they called with the solution to the problem and had me up and running that day. They were very polite and the whole situation went smoothly. I highly recommend them.

Took my Hyundai in after hitting a curb . I usually go to Phil Long Hyundai but they are impossible to get ahold of , rude , overpriced , and in no hurry to service customer vehicles . Patriot however were so incredibly helpful , and very efficient . They took care of absolutely everything and made it so easy . I was back on the road in no time at all ! I will definitely be taking my vehicles to then from now on ! If you need auto work done I highly recommend you take your vehicle to the good people at Patriot !

It's a frustrating problem because it won't show itself while the mechanic is looking at the car so they weren't able to replicate but he tried hard to get it to do it. Funny thing is I don't know whether he cleaned some sensors while diagnosing it but it hasn't done the problem.Update: The cool thing is we finally got it to do the problem and got the part ordered/installed and it's good now.

The folks at patriot auto were nothing but nice and considerate of my situation with my vehicle. I needed a new transmission and they were very understanding whenever I called for status updates. They answered every question I had through out the duration of my repair.

I went in because my a/c was having issues. They figured out the issue right then and there with ease. The overall service was finished at such a fast and reasonable price. Would recommend coming here if needing any repairs!

Literally an amazing company, I first started going to patriot over 10 years ago! Thats saying something this day an age! Recently took my truck to ford on a unknown vibration coming from the motor because i have a warranty. They were unable to identify the issue and recommend i change the plugs. I didn't do it because it didn't make sense. I dropped my truck off to Todd and he figured it out and had it back to me in 24hrs for a reasonable cost. Thank God its the only thing we have with ac and we have a 5month old. Such a blessing.Update, took my work truck in and had some extensive repairs done and this thing is driving like its brand new! Great job again!

I was truly blown away! I am blessed to have found patriot auto. I was in a real jam and Todd came through. He is as honest and as helpful as they come. Excellent prompt service, friendly and professional staff!My issue was transmission on a Honda Pilot which caused the car to sputter/rough shifting. They took my car in at a convenient time, what I thought it could be, was actually something else that they caught. There was a tech service bulletin on my exact problem. They contacted me and instructed me what to do to be covered by Honda and not deal with fees. I m glad they caught the issue and saved me some money. Veteran owned is a bonus for me and they took care of me. Great job!!Service: Transmission

We have a 2002 Silverado that had a corroded brake line that burst and was not pressurizing. Todd was able to get me in same day and located the parts that we needed to replace the brake line by the next day. A quick work on replacing the lines, and we were ready to go within just two days. Todd and his team at Patriot Auto are fantastic, personable, and very, very knowledgeable. Fair pricing and super informative on all the details of service and repair. Had front cv joints, rack and pinion, struts rotors and pads all replaced. The car drives better than new. Patriots goes above and beyond to repair your vehicle and answer any questions you may have.

Had an emergency with my truck after a long trip hauling a trailer from wa to co. Patriot was able to get me in asap and were nothing but friendly, informative, and made my husband and I completely trusting they would get the job done! It was a little larger a job than expected but they wrote out notes in their quotes and we proceeded with services. They were done in a day and we were driving the truck again!Highly recommend! Had them change our oil and they found we needed sway bar bushings so we had them do that too. Todd runs a good shop. It was a fair price and was prompt as well. They give an inspection of what they found with pictures. I was impressed.
