Jim was hands down the BEST tow truck provider I've ever had. He was helpful, quick, informative and provided comfort and ease in towing my vehicle. Very grateful it was this company that serviced my towing needs. Even with his recent injury, Jim was able to help us out the day after Christmas and I'm beyond thankful.

James was very nice. He was considerate in making sure that there was no scratch in our driveway. He even called back to give us an advice on how to fix our car based on the leak he saw. He also left our car secured in the repair shop. We appreciate your excellent service. Thank you.

This company is really about their community. My wife was in an accident and they were quick on the scene and got the truck to the back yard after some planning the job was done with no extra damage to the truck. Being it had no back wheel I was shocked. These guys really know what they re doing and take their time to do it right. And the pricing is great I thought we were gonna have to pawn out other car but the price was easily negotiated where everyone was happy.

My insurance company contacted Palmer Park Service Center to tow my car to Colorado Springs. They were on time and had to navigate a very long and snowy driveway to pickup the car. They got my car safely down the hill and delivered to the dealership quickly.Will definitely use them again.

Solid local company with 40 years of history. 15 years ago, when the job got complicated, they saw it through rather than drop me on the side of the road. I've recommended or used them ever since.

So thankful this was the company used to tow my vehicle via roadside assistance with American Family. I was notified by Jacob how long it would be via phone and he was kind to keep me in the loop. He also waited a few minutes as I had to LYFT to the location cuz UBEr was taking too long. Jacob reassured me, kept me updated, showed me how to put my Jeep in neutral when locked, and answered my calls. He was very kind and professional and did a great job.

USAA used this company to tow my car. I recieved about 7 or 8 etas ranging from 60 minutes to 100 minutes to 2 minutes to 3 minutes. Eventually (three hours later) someone from the company texted to tell me they could not come because they were too busy. They could've at least given me a courtesy call, but no, I guess a text seems sufficient enough for these people.Do not use this company, and i will make sure USAA knows not to use them for their customers. Used roadside assistant, told me it will be 75 minutes. Asked for an update and he acted surprised that his crew was not there yet. Almost 2 1/2 hours later they showed up and said they couldn't tow my car. Next time I'll just call personally to a tow company and get reimbursed. I will be sure to tell my Insurance carrier to put them on my no use list.

Subaru star link roadside assistance assigned this company to tow my vehicle. After an hour I called Subaru back and got the number to this business from them. Called the business and asked the guy who seemed like the owner if they were coming and he very aggressively with attitude told me he gave Subaru a 2 hour ETA and it s only been an hour . I said ok that s good to know, I was not informed of an eta. He hung up. I called back an hour later because still nothing. When I said hey I m still here can I have an update? He immediately laughed in a rude manner and said his driver couldn t get a hold of me cause they had a wrong number from Subaru so they just didn t come. And THEN when I said ok well I m still here he replied with an escalated tone and using profanity that it wasn t his fault I gave him a wrong number and he s canceling the service. I mean this guy actually freaked out on me. Wow. I been sitting on the side of the road for 2 hours waiting on you and this is how you treat people? I Legitimately believe the world would be a better place if your entire family tree died to Covid.

USAA attempted to dispatch this company to pick up my car after an accident, and ended up waiting three whole hours before calling USAA back and getting a different towing company. During those three hours Palmer Park Service Center never once called or contacted me, save for automated ETA texts from USAA. Avoid this company at any cost.

What a useless company. Sat on the side of a busy road in Colorado Springs, with a blown out tire. They said it would be a two hour wait. We called after an hour, and apparently woke up someone at 5:30. He was not happy. Typical these days. What happened to customer service? Doesn't anyone work these days? Thanks for nothing. I started with this company as their only employee. I personally put them back on the road to gain business after they lost all their employees and trucks during COVID. They cut my hours in half in order to hire a second driver, which I agreed to. We had two days on, two days off alternating with the one barely working truck they had. Without warning, they got new trucks in (more than two weeks later than they had told me) and expected me to change my schedule with no notice, which I did. They committed to giving myself and the other driver two days off a week with 5 12 hour shifts and told me the other driver and I could work out our days off. After working 12-14 hour days less than a week after my wife delivered our baby, I insisted on taking 2 days off. In return, they told me I could agree to 12 hour shifts 7 days a week with no breaks (including no lunch breaks) or I could quit. When I refused to resign and insisted on our original agreement, including 50 hours a week with no overtime pay, they terminated me. Not only was their poor employee treatment but the pay was poor for what they were requiring of me with each tow only averaging $12 (30% of a $40 tow). Some tows would be higher (police, out of town, etc) but they were far less frequent. It was ultimately slave wages with no personal time and the owner terminated me because I insisted on him upholding our original agreement regarding a balance of my work life and family life. I do not recommend working here unless working for them is all you want to do with no benefits and a low wage.

Set up appointment through our insurance company they called us to let us know they were on the way and arrived on time. I didn't get the drivers name but he was very personable and did a good job. Towed our car to meineke to have it worked on. Great serviceService: Car towingService: Car towing

Super nice and friendly!! Even with the big snow storm and having the wrong type of service call (from my insurance) their driver was more than willing to help me and make sure I was safe. Can NOT say the same for other local tow services. Definitely a great customer oriented business

Terrible service. Left me sitting in my car waiting for a tow for over an hour and half. Didn't contact me or my insurance to let us know they canceled my tow. When I asked he gave some excuse about how it would take an hour or more to get here and his guy accepted a tow outside of his window so he canceled it. Didn't bother to tell anyone he did.Service: Car towing

These guys really know their stuff. I would highly recommend them to everyone! Sometimes it may take a little longer to get the work done, but patience pays off!!I had a small but consistent oil leak for years and no matter where I took it to be fixed I was told there were just too many to repair. I brought my suv there and they repaired the issue and did it without any problems. The best part. No more oil leak!Highly recommend Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I had one of my vehicles towed by them a couple of months ago. They ran quite a bit late, but completed the tow. This time, over two hours beyond the estimated time of arrival, they stopped answering the phone. Over TWO HOURS late, won't answer the phone, and just leave me stranded on the side of the road. That is nothing short of unacceptable.

Had my truck's transmission fluid, gasket and filter replaced with also a request to have a transmission leak fixed. After taking delivery of the vehicle in 12/2017, it always had a small amount of leakage with the transmission, but it was very tolerable. For the last 2-3 weeks, the leak has become much worse so I took it back to this place, only to be told it would take $245 to fix what they stated was a leak with the gasket for the transmission oil pan. This is the gasket they replaced 8 months ago. It was also leaking in an unrelated area where the previous leak was fixed. They will not stand behind their work, even though most places offer a 1 year warranty on such work. No transmission gasket should leak after 8 months unless it was not installed correctly to begin with. Keep in mind that I have spent about $1,500 to $2,500 with this company for the last 2-3 years and have offered them referrals, that is, until now. I would suggest to anyone reading this to take my testimonial to heart, for Bob (the owner) will not stand behind his work. As an FYI, no one else has even touched the transmission from the time they worked on it until now. Bob, I think it is time for you to retire, for you are losing your grip on reality, for you are treating your loyal customer base with extreme contempt. Then about two weeks ago before I brought the truck back to you, I asked if you would take a look at my brakes and to quote a price for new brakes, and you guys wanted to charge me just to receive a quote from you. What company charges for a brake inspection? No one except this group. That shows how far their greed has gone.

Palmer Park Service Center has performed seasonal maintenance, tire repair/replacement and fixed all kinds of car problems for numerous vehicles in my family for many, mary years. They do good work for a fair price, are centrally located, and most of all can be trusted.

11:15 pm on 5.2 22 - One of the worst tow drivers ever. He flipped an illegal U Turn whiling towing a wrecked vehicle at the 3 way stoplight at Kum and Go by the powers Milton Proby intersection. He was in the left turning lane and cut us off making a u turn. He almost plowed over our car which had the right of way. He then pulled up next to us screaming profanities and calling us names.We called the number to report him but the man that answered indicated that unless there was an accident he didn't care. Just FYI... BEWARE!

I would definitely agree with the shady character department! They were called by the COS police, I'm guessing, to haul off my son's car from an accident. They told us several different things on different occasions, such as, they would take the car as payment for the towing and storage then they backed out of that offer. They then told us they would keep the car for the storage fee but we would have to pay the $155. for the tow, which is highway robbery to begin with in my opinion. They wouldn't let my son get his stuff out of the car until we called up there. They close at 5:00, but the website says open 24/7. He got there just as they were closing but they wouldn't let him get his things. He was having trouble getting rides since HIS CAR WAS TOTALED. Everything they did was ridiculous! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!

Justin was unbelievably helpful. I got a screw in my tire and had roadside assistance come and try to change it. They looked and basically said they cant change the tire so I need a tow truck. Justin came and changed the tire for me no tow required. I would give 10/5 stars if I could. Very friendly, very helpful. Justin deserves a raise

My father-in-law had worked on his own car for years, we recently moved him to a new care facility...in so doing we had boxes of oil, tools, and brake fluid that we had no idea what to do with...I called Bob at Palmer Park Service.Bob was kind enough to help me out by taking these off my hands. My father-in-law had taken his car to Bob over the years as well...and appreciated the great service. Thanks Bob for taking care of us!

I was supposed to sign a release for my car and never got a chance to do that they released it to copart without me signing a release or beingable toretrievemypersonalbelongings! They took my granddaughter's car seat out and threw it in the back of the trunk and lost vital pieces to it and then I had some jewelry in a bag in the door and it was missing so who knows who took it? I would not do business with them again! It is a law until that person has had a chance to retrieve their personal property,and signs a release to their insurance company and copart that they are not to disturb anything inside the vehicle!

This company towed my car and stole my house keys. I will NEVER work with this company again. When confronted they were highly disrespectful and rude. I am now having to rekey my entire home due to their lack of professionalism and lack of responsibility.

Completely unreliable. No estimate they give you is correct. They do not value your time. Please find a different provider. Also they are rude.
