I Have terrible credit but was approved with great monthly payments and big thanks to Ryan who was able to fit me into something perfect and within my budget. Everyone was super friendly not an ounce of pressure to buy. Would highly recommend. If your down on your luck and need some wheels this hidden gem should be your first stop!

My previous car blew up on me at work, and being pregnant, i cant be without a car cause i have to work and be able to make my appointments. After two other places refused to work with me in this trying time i came here. I worked with Erik who is absolutely amazing. He talked with me,i explained my situation, and he stayed open later going over my options, and the next day i was in a car. He has made this expecting mother very happy after things were looking so hopeless. My payment plans are completely within in budget, and he was so nice and generous. I will always send my friends here for a car and when im able to upgrade to a truck in a few years best believe ill be back. I LOVE MY CAR AND THIS PREGNANT MOTHER IS SO HAPPY!!!!!

Hands down the best car buying experience I ve ever had!I came to the dealership to look at a truck I saw online, Eric was at the front door to great me. They are taking the social distancing very seriously which was very reassuring. The truck I wanted to look at was already spoken for, but Eric helped me out with a very nice 05 Ram 1500. He let me take it out for a test drive. After I drove it and liked it Eric then took my info. I was up front with him on my credit status, he reassured me that he could find something I could work with. In a mater of minutes I was approved with a lot better deal than I was expecting. They really do care about you and are not just looking for a sale.To all the 1 star reviews about this dealership you must remember that you are buying a used car AS IS. So if something goes wrong when you drive it off.... it sucks but its on you. All I can say Is be sure that you know what you are buying. (Do your own research)I highly recommend One Source Auto for a no pressure car buying experience!

I have to say buying a used car is not fun. However, at One Source Auto, Rob, salesman, was awesome. He was knowledgeable about the cars/trucks and was very upfront. Absolutely no pressure and pretty much no haggling. Rob was excellent at listening to what you want and shows you then let's you decide...love the no pressure of trying to talk you into what you don't want. They have a huge mechanic area so you know they are checking out the cars before you buy one. I met Ryan the service manager and he was awesome in helping me get some rails to have installed on the truck. I told Rob I was interested in getting rails for the truck I purchased and he spoke to Ryan to get me a price with install. The next morning, Leigh phoned with an update and asked me to choose which one I wanted and to set up a time when I was ready. The selection of trucks were great and was fair priced. I highly recommend getting the warranty they offer with a used car/truck because it does give that peace of mind if something happens. Ask Rob and he will go over the warranty which to me is a must. Definitely will take my car there for repair/maintenance. I highly recommend them and definitely Rob is excellent at what he does. The selection, pricing, customer service, and staff made buying a used car a very positive experience.

So I am a first time buyer, looked around on their website, found a really nice Jeep I wanted. Drove all the way up from northern NM just to come check these guys out, when we arrived it was all smiles and a good time. When I drove home with my newly purchased Jeep, I checked the oil, coolant, and other engine liquids to see how they were. It was my mistake I didn't check before signing the paperwork, but the engine oil dipstick was DRY as a bone. The coolant reservoir was also empty, I'm lucky I made it home and was able to refill it and get the levels back up to normal. After this, I noticed that the engine had a really bad tick upon starting up, and the mechanic I work with, as well as others in a shop all said the engine valve lifters getting sticky, which could cause the engine to seize up. Then almost immediately after I decide to work with it and hope that I could fix it, all of the oil I put in the engine started leaking out, a busted oil gasket, and one that would cost thousands in labor alone to fix. I had to drive back up to see if I could exchange it or work something out, and thankfully got the Jeep back to them. Unfortunately, after everything, and testing out another vehicle, (which broke down during the test drive!) they wouldn't cooperate and work something out, so I had to pull out of the contracts, got charged a $200 cleaning fee, and a $200 restocking fee, on top of charging for the days and miles driven with the Jeep. I know that's how the business works, but damn do I feel like they screwed with me a bit more than any used car dealer should. Even when I had the car, it was stressing me out with it's condition, and now I've had to take time off of work, and away from my son just so I could deal with a bad car, not worth it to me.

These guys are awesome. My car broke down recently and I was between a rock and a hard place. Saw an ad for a vehicle I was interested in, called to setup an appointment and was running late. Called them to give them a heads up and they were super friendly and treated me great. Bought the best car I've ever owned a few weeks ago now, and I can honestly say I've never been happier with a vehicle purchase! I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Bought a vehicle from them on Friday evening. We arrived 45 minutes before close, but Glenn, our salesperson didn't seem to mind, and the staff was happy to stay late. The car we bought was in excellent condition, reasonably priced and they gave us a fair amount for our trade. This was the easiest and quickest car buying experience I have ever had. We were done with everything in less than two hours. Totally recommend them and will be back for further car sales needs.

I bought a 4Runner from One Source Auto and was very happy with my experience there. Justin was very laid back and made my car buying experience very enjoyable. John the owner was also really awesome. I will only have my car serviced at One Source as Ian the service manager is very friendly and helpful. One of the mechanics in the back, Connor, is so knowledgeable and works very efficiently. I will refer anyone and everyone to One Source and I'm proud to say I drive One!

Update:I was in no way belligerent, I was first told 24 hours for the fix, then told 3 days the very next day, I have the text messages to prove it. I ran into the customer you sold that Tesla to at the supercharger, he couldn't get the charger out of the car. It took us 15 minutes to get it off the charger.Went in to check out a Tesla Model S they had. A salesman was driving it daily at the time so all of his stuff was in it. He actually tried to talk me out of it because he wanted to buy it and I was told multiple times that he was considering buying it. I was told I couldn't drive it till I had funding for it, understandable because I'm 28 and people think I'm just there for a joyride. I come back the next day with a check for $29,200.00 and $3,000 cash. Passenger door handle didn't work and tires are mismatched. I ask them to fix those two issues and they wouldn't budge so I walked out. I get a call saying they're fixing the door handle and it'll be a day. Received a text the next day saying it'll be 3 days. This is the second time I've tried to buy a vehicle here and both times they had problems and they weren't willing to budge on the price or didn't want to fix them. If you do decide to buy a vehicle from them get the best warranty they offer. Thankfully the deal didn't go through because I bought a new 2019 Model 3. Sad to see a dealership that didn't want my money twice.

We've purchased two vehicles from One Source Auto over the past two years. Both experiences were the same. Everybody is always pleasant to deal with, and there is no pressure to buy right away. The prices are good - some of the best in the Springs. And they don't have a dealer fee. The financing interest rates are a little higher than other dealers though, which is probably where the dealership makes it's money. The reason for only 4 stars is just because they don't do the additional things some dealers do, such as fill the gas tank or clean the car.

Their prices are fair and they took really good care of me. I bought a car that had some issues which they fixed and I owed nothing. Their mechanic does top quality work. Overall, a very pleasant place to buy a car.

The sales and finance part is wonderful. One of the best car buying experiences I've had. 10 months after buying the car I had to take it to the service dept for warranty repairs. This is the worst customer service I've had. Was told originally I'd have my car back friday. Then the parts didn't come in soon enough so it was gonna be Monday! I called at noon on Tuesday to find out what was going on and was told that one part was defective and they had to order a replacement. When I called 4 hours later for another update. I was then told by the same person that the part wasn't defective but that the wrong part was ordered. Got a call when the right part showed up letting me know that my car would be done Wednesday morning. Wednesday at 11am I had to call cause the morning was almost over and I hadn't received a call yet. The same person then let me know that my car had been done since that morning!!! The communication at this place sucks balls. And it really sucks cause I liked everything else about the dealership. But I will not be returning or recommending anyone ever again

I went to visit One Source Auto to get the sunroof of my car fixed, I had a great experience there, these guys offered me great customer service, they really took care of me, they were friendly and really cared about my needs. They also honored the coupon I had that gave members of the military a 20% discount. Whenever my car needs any type of service I will 100% look forward to seen these guys and I totally recommend them to everyone, I am telling all my friends and family where to go in order to get the best service at an awesome affordable price. They were completely honest in their assessment of the problem with my car, they looked at my sunroof and it had a broke glass and they didn't create any other problem like other shady businesses do, after the assessment they said it was just a broken glass told me they needed to order the part and fix it. Yeah very honesty people. Thanks One Source Auto you guys rock. You represent the best that American business has to offer

Super pleasant to deal with and were willing to talk. Weren't pushy or slimy at all. Definitely not the typical dealership. Johnny was such a joy to deal with and couldn't be happier I bought my Tacoma from them. Ian in the shop was super helpful and just treated me like a human being as did everyone else there. Would very much recommend this place if you find something worth interest. They were willing to work with you and not force you to work with them.Felt very welcome and if I need another down the road I'll keep my eyes peeled at One Source!

We purchased a car from One Source auto about a month ago. Outwardly, it looked nice and ran well when we test drove it. Three weeks in, the check engine lights start turning on and the steering wheel shudders when driven on the freeway. We took it back to the dealership and paid $100 for a diagnostic test. After a couple days, they told us that the car needed at least $3000 worth of repairs, including the cylinder head gasket, front rotors, thermostat, and water pump. We are on the hook to pay for everything since they have you sign a contract stating you accept to buy the car as it is, which is disappointing since we bought the car in good faith, believing it to be in good condition. Please be careful when buying used cars from this dealership. If possible, ask to get the engine checked out by a third party mechanic to make sure there are no major issues with the engine. I would hate to see what happened to us happen to anyone else. It was a very expensive lesson to learn, one that we will be feeling financially for a long time.

I bought my first car from here and had a great experience! They are friendly, helpful and do their best to work with you to get the car sold benefiting both parties. They even allowed us to take the car to our own mechanic. Definitely would recommend!

Great experience from all the folks at One Source Auto. In fact I will be going back to them next year to buy another car. I usually hate to go anywhere near a car lot. This place was simple, honest, and easy to do business with. Don, our salesman, was proficient and a no bullshitter. We went there to look at an older MB CLK550 AMG which could either be a dream or a nightmare. They were flexible with us in getting the car to our mechanic to be inspected and worked with us in arriving at a deal on the vehicle. While we did not finance the vehicle we did talk to Erik in financing (professional, experienced, friendly and again, no bullshit. ) who helped us decide about a warranty. The manager also was a straight shooter and we signed the contract feeling positive. Everything that they said that they would do...they did it...they did it all and on time. Never did I feel pressured or hurried or that they were working me over; what a wonderful thing. We have now had the car over a month and when I look back on my experience I only have good thoughts. We highly recommend One Source Auto.

One Source Auto is a diamond among many lumps of coal and Johnny was a breath of fresh air. The first time I was there he showed me what they had in the category I was looking for but nothing was close enough that day. He told me he would watch incoming inventory for something that fit my wants and needs and call me. A few days later he called to let me know that a Ford Ranger had come in that fit what I was looking for. He was right. It fit the bill perfectly! The price was fair and my month long search was over. Johnny is the ultimate professional and a great guy. Completing the purchase was quick, simple and professional. I highly recommend One Source.

My buying experience is not the issue I had, as far as that goes it was a pleasant experience. My issue has come after the fact regarding the extended service contract I was sold. Unknowingly the contract they sold me is extremely part specific. So when the turbo went bad in my truck, they only covered the turbo, but non of the OEM specific parts required to be changed. My mechanic had to negotiate with them as well for them to even cover the labor. After having a decent buying experience I am extremely upset to know that they are in business with a shady business such as Alpha Warranty. For history I have gotten a contract similar in wording before but never ran into any issue to have additional required components replaced that had been dictated as such by the manufacturer. Nor have I had my service advisor come to me and say that I had to pay extra and that they had to fight them for any type of coverage. I will be avoiding using Alpha any more and will be searching for a different company as the specifications for coverage where mever explained or detailed in the contract i was presented.

Wonderful used dealer with great deals and vehicles. All of the staff are like family and bring out the best in every customer and every sale. If anyone is looking for a nicely used vehicle at an affordable price, this is the place to go! They also feature a full service shop so if you currently have a vehicle with problems, come by and have one of their Master ASE Certified technicians diagnose and repair your vehicle and get you back on the road safe and sound!

Excellent service. Ryan is great. They do what they say they will do. I purchased a warranty for Eric, in finance, when I bought my truck. recently had an issue with the truck, and it was completely covered by the warranty. Best service, best inventory, and best warranty, ever. I would recommend them, for all these, for sure.

I'm 48 so bought 20 or so vehicles. Just had the best easy experience I've ever had at a dealer that wasn't a friend or family owned. They didn't try to sell me just gave me solid info and we're cool. All the numbers stayed the same no BS changes. Great guys I'll def shop there again. Chad

The people were nice, but after I financed my vehicle off the lot I have had nothing but issues with it. And now my vehicle is back in the shop for the 3rd time because the fan clutch blew up and it caused a lot of damage under my hood not to mention put me in danger if anything worse would've happen due to the explosion. And now they refuse to fix all the damage that wasn't even my fault! And my warranty will not cover any of it and they want me to pay out of pocket for the damage when I only had the vehicle for a month. I will honestly not ever finance a car from them again. I am not happy and very disappointed with the service especially when they can't provide a loaner when you are out of a vehicle.

Bought two trucks from here and have had. All the service and repairs done here. Connor the mechanic that works on all my vehicles is very friendly and helpful. Service team is outstanding. They never push unnecessary repairs like other shops would do. All around great place and great employees.

Bought a vehicle from this dealership earlier this year and the warranty that we 'had' to purchase with it, is a joke. We were told at the time of sale that we had to purchase the warranty, but was totally 'worth' the $1140 for the warranty and we were even shown on a nice laminated sheet what was going to be covered. However, the warranty is treated more like an insurance policy. $100 just to have the vehicle looked at and then it is up to the insurance, oops I mean the holders of the warranty if they will pay for the costs. Even at that, we will probably still be responsible for at least half the repairs on the suspension if not all of it even though we purchased a 'warranty.' In conclusion, I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from One Source not that they would make good on getting money back for referring a friend anyway.

I purchased a 2007 Honda Pilot from their Motor City location in November. I did buy it as-is . One week after I bought it, the check engine light came on. I ve already spent $1500 in repairs, but looks like the Pilot will need a new catalytic converter which is more money out of pocket. I knew there was a risk in buying a used car. I just had a higher expectation of a company that was listed on True Car, and one that was pricing the car on the high end of the Kelley Blue Book price.
