Got my motorcycle wheel bearings here. It drives again in a day because she was able to cross the part numbers. Got them delivered to the store quickly too

David helped me with a battery at this location yesterday. I had already been to another auto store and talking with the dealer about warranty information so it was a rough day of that and other things. David was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process, he gave me a great deal and got me back on the road quickly with my new battery installed. Should definitely have paper funnels available for individuals who buy oil and need to add it to their automobiles or motorcycle at that time which is probably extremely common. Most gas stations carry them , what the clerk told me. I had to roll up a piece of paper to use luckily knowing that Trick. @maxriskmidwest #maxrisk @youtube This Store has Way more inventory and selection of items than the stores in Nebraska where I m from. Could have spent hours in there, but was told they were closing soon,

I barely got to O'Reilly Auto Parts on a weak battery. Larry helped me find the right battery and gave me the options they had in the store. I wasn't pressured to buy the most expensive one. Then he changed it out for me and made sure everything was working well. As I was starting it up, he let me know that it sounded like my fuel pump was also going out and how I could make it last a little longer.

David was incredibly helpful. I needed a new battery and he helped changed it out. It was a lot more work than simply changing out though. He had to put on a new terminal and fight with large amount of corrosion on the old battery. He did a great job. My crosstrek is running smooth. Give him a raise. Very above and beyond!

I have been to this location (N. Academy and Voyager) twice to have various headlights and taillights replaced and these guys have been stellar both times. Their customer service is really excellent.

I went in on Sunday, I needed windshield wipers. Wasn t sure I could put them on but John came out to my car an installed them for me. I really appreciated his kindness I will certainly return to the store for other car needs

Bought a used truck with lockable wheel nuts. Unfortunately, it did not come with the lock socket. David took the time to try and match one of their aftermarket sockets. After five different tries he found the one that worked. Really appreciate the time and customer service he provided. Great job David!! Thank You!

My trailer had a wheel bearing go out and I was staying in a hotel within walking distance of this O'Reilly location. The parts woman at the location did an excellent job of getting the burned up bearings and seal matched up with new ones along with a new back plate complete with brakes. Would definitely use this location again.

Chloe was amazing! She not only helped me find the part I needed to she was willing to try a few different parts to make sure I had the right one. Orielly's is one of my main parts suppliers for my automotive repair shop. I can order parts from any location to help serve my mobile repair service my shop uses to serve it customers through the area. No matter what side of town I am on, I can get the parts I need close to my service appointment.

Went to get my headlight fixed and the manager was not helpful at all, had no clue what she was doing so she sent out a guy named Marshall and he was amazing. Never once gave up and helped me for 1.5 hours, very appreciative for his help and will only be back if he can help me with any other issue I have. Thank you Marshall!!!!!

Chloe was great! She not only helped me find the right headlight bulb for my car, but also offered to install it for me since we already had the hood open. She was very friendly and professional. Great customer service!!

It was finger freezing cold out side. I needed a battery for my Chevy Spark. They had it in stock and a Hayden offered to put it in for free. Good technical and mechanical skills. Customer service was just phenomenal! Always is at this location. The second shift at this location rocks! Great job to the entire O'Reilly TEAM!

Customer service here is EXCELLENT. I went in needing a headlight but had no clue how to replace it once I got the bulbs. Daniel is FANTASTIC. He helped me find the right lights for my car and then went above and beyond and replaced them for me even though the company doesn t list or do that service normally. He showed me how to change them as well if I ever had to myself in the future. The store is well organized and easy to find location. Will come here for all future car needs.

I arrived 3 minutes before closing last night with a starter in hand. They took the time to test it and sure enough it was bad. Then they took more time to help me choose a replacement and finish the purchase. All told they stayed open for at least an extra 10 minutes for me, but I'm able to drive to work today because of it. Awesome customer service!

Came in looking for a belt for a snow blower left with something that me and the parts guy thought may work. I appreciate the time taken and the belt I left with does work. This guarantees no snow for us now which is fine. I use the store a lot and keep coming back because the people that work for care about the people coming in the door.

Every time I go Rick helps and he finds the best stuff explained my car situation and how I got quoted $600 said I should try a 70 dollar part I did and my cars running great again no more check engine light

My car battery died at home. I put a charger on it, and got it going. The next morning it was dead again. I went to O'Reilly's to get it checked and make sure the alternator is working. A female came out with the tester, and I was told the battery was fine and my alternator is working. So, I left thinking may have an electrical problem draining my battery. I had to charge or jump my car every day and was looking for a good electrician (I do mechanical work, but know my limitations on the electrical side). I finally decided I'd go get the battery checked somewhere else just as a second opinion and ended up at Advanced. They also tested everything, but sure enough one of the cells in my battery was toast. I got a new battery, and my car is back to starting and running like the beast that it is.They didn't really do anything that caused damage.... But dang....what a pain in the behind. They lost out on the sale of a battery too. They either need better testers or better training on the equipment they have.

Great products great prices and great people except for one complaint that I have. I want to get my battery tested there because my battery kept randomly dying and I had to keep getting it jumped. So I went there to get it tested and they told me my battery was perfectly good. Literally a day later my battery was dead again and was not charging or coming on even when getting jumped. The battery was done and dead. I found out that most places that check batteries as long as the battery is 9.6 volts or above they consider it to be a good battery but in reality a good battery is actually 12 volts or above. You guys might want to change your policies and recommendations on a good battery because you're giving false information to customers point blank. If someone's battery is randomly dying on them off and on it's clearly not a good battery. Don't tell people they have a good battery if they come to you and say "hey can you test this for me my battery keeps dying randomly and I keep having to get jumps something's wrong with this battery" don't just tell them it's a good battery just because it reads above 9.6 volts, that's ridiculous. You should change your policy to being 12 volts or above, and not only test the battery for them, but also try to give them some recommendations as to why their battery might be bad or going out on them. I was under the impression that my battery was fine and then I went to get gas at a gas station the next day and when I went to turn my car back on it wouldn't start because my battery was dead again. So please stop giving people false information.
