This NAPA is one of the best location I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They are always fast to deliver parts and when things go wrong they are so helpful. The manager Nick is a great guy who is so incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!

Awesome help, I took our cmax to Walmart, for an oil change/coolant problem. Walmart couldn't get the radiator cap off the hybrid. Dave employee number, 561, at Napa Auto parts, 750 Abbot Lane, Colorado springs, Colorado, was able to get both radiator caps off, and showed me how to carefully remove the one that was stuck. I needed an angled funnel to fill, he showed me the one that would work, that I purchased. He filled both tanks, told me to check the antifreeze levels in the morning. Dave and the rest of the staff, were so helpful in getting me situated. I can't thank Dave enough, for as his help.James Hehn(Visiting Colorado from South Dakota).

This place is amazing. Not only does this shop have heaps of tools and parts, but the machine shop is excellent. Mike really saved me and my sway bar links by cutting a hex wrench I had so it could fit in a tight spot.

My wife and I had an emergency situation where the car wouldn't start. I went to Batteries Plus and they tried selling me an extremely overpriced battery and charge $60 for "software programming". Advanced Auto told me it was the battery, but their batteries weren't affordable. O'Reilys near King Soopers in Nevada straight up tried to say it was the starter and that, "Selling you a battery won't help". We kept driving until we got to this NAPA.We get there and people were happy and ready to help, which can be rare especially when you have to work Saturday. I'm not sure, but I think it was a newer guy who was helping us and so he brought in some more veteran employees to confirm our issue. We troubleshooted the issue and the best determination was the battery.We went inside and it was organized and very clean. We found a battery using his system and the internet and STEVE (The G.O.A.T!) found the battery and we caught it just in time for the other store to transfer it. NAPA doesn't have sodas it appeared and Steve went to the break room and got us two sodas. So relieving and helpful because of my medication. He even made nice recommendations for food because we weren't familiar with the area!We got back to NAPA and sat for a moment, and here comes Steve like a majestic mythical beast rolling the new battery and tools to me. I installed the battery and it cranked! I went inside to bring everything back in and asked for another test.Steve comes out with no problems and tests everything again. I'm anxious af and then with a movie style pause it seemed, he tells me everything is okay and good.In all seriousness Steve is the beat automotive expert i've met. We're NAPA customers for life and I hope management and NAPA understand the asset they have.Thank you Steve!!!!

On the expensive side but if you need a part for your vehicle 99% of the time they will have it when nobody else does

Even after many questions, which were greeted with patience, professionalism and good humor i felt like i had definitely come to the right place for my battery.....very kind and helpful/knowledgeable employees which i interacted with....its service like this which keeps me coming back....service :-)...and their sles and prices are great ....thank you much :-)

It was a typical Monday morning but the service and professionalism I received from Cainen and the NAPA store near 8th Street in Colorado Springs was anything but typical. With 1 phone call, Cainen found me the part I needed IN STOCK at a price that was far better than "the other guys!"I grew up with NAPA and was pleasantly surprised to receive that the service I grew up with was still alive and well!

These guys are great. Really helped me out when I needed bearings pressed onto my input and output transmission shafts. Because of them, I was able to finish my project in a day and get driving again. Thanks so much!

Would give lower review if I could just got kicked out of the store while we were browsing for tools while our car was getting looked at right across the street at Brakes Plus. Was kicked out for browsing too long. Now standing out in the cold waiting for my car due to browsing in a retail store for too long. Definitely calling corporate they were rude since I walked in. Thank you for the rudeness Brad, Kevin, and Martha.

They had the part needed. Now I have to try to get the wiper on the car. The sales perk said "good luck. The hardest part is getting the old one off." No too helpful!

I needed a battery replacement for a key fob. I left with satisfaction. Idk if I'll go back to to buy car parts, but I wouldn't write off not considering it for a quote.

They didn't have the tool that I need it but they had great customer service and I did not feel discriminated against or belittle in any kind of way we talked about car stuff customer service was so great I had to buy something

Unbelievable! I was in line for assistance and when it was my turn all three employees were on the phone. I waited a couple of moments and in frustration walked out the door. Maybe I should have called.

They are poor at customer service asked to be helped twice and they ignored me and all I needed was a battery for my push to start key. Worst customer service ever. They helped everyone else except me
