Ed at multi eagle tires is truly the best mechanic I have used in Colorado Springs. He is detailed, honest, fair, and his work is excellent. They have done things from oil changes, tune ups, to full on stopping leaks in my engine. If you are looking for a mechanic look no further cause Ed and team will take GREAT care of you!

Thank you, Ed! I needed a full set of tires for my Jeep after getting a flat, and it was difficult to find the right size tires. I was referred here, and they found me a set and got me in quickly, and for a great price! So friendly and helpful too. Very grateful to have found you guys!

Did not have used tires in my size. Offered me new tire for outrageous price, and only had one available (needed two). Would rather go to a real tire store. This place looked so ghetto.

Very reasonable charge for a realignment and timely service.I've used them before and recommended them to relatives. My sister in law had Multi Tire fix a code problem with her 2017 Camry which was giving false repair needed messages. He of course checked to make sure the error messages were indeed false.My car is tracking true again so I can expect my tyres to last a ling time since I don't drive more than 5K a year.

Everyone there is an amazing spirit. I was blessed to have a tire blowout literally in front of their establishment. Their service is quick and efficient. I have no negative comments on them and the hospitality is amazing. Highly recommend, they call you to tel you what needs to happen and how much it ll cost and they ll let you decide what maintenance you want done.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

I left the original review a while ago but my husband and I have been exclusively using this shop ever since. This family business operates on integrity, honesty and mutual respect. We recently had a misunderstanding where they thought something was under warranty that ended up not. Long story short, even though we offered, they refused to let us pay for a part they told us would be free. If you don't want to ever worry that your mechanic is quoting you fairly and valuing your business, take your car here. Talented mechanic and overall, just really lovely people.Staff did a good job of communicating the problems with my car and the solutions. Prices are reasonable and the service was efficient.

Awesome service. My boyfriend swears by this place. Went for the 1st time 2 days ago. They were nice. Comfortable waiting area. They squeezed us in, touched base on everything and for oul and tires waited less than an hour. They even had an extra regular size spare that they through in some mine had dry rot. This was my best experience. They even have 90 day payment plans. Thank you!!!

I blew a tire right across the street from this place so i figured I d just go there, i was so surprised and pleased with everything. They were VERY quick and honest, i ended up going back there today for the other front tire and an alignment, i was happy with the prices and friendliness. I was recommended this place by a friend and I was very impressed. It isn t a luxury tire company, or repair shop. The guys there actually get dirty and get things done the right way. Anthony put 2 new tires on the front of my car and he did it precisely and in an incredible small amount of time. Very friendly staff, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and will be back for further jobs on my car. Overall very impressed. The underdogs always win.

My husband and I live close to this shop and love getting work done here. We done had a few vehicles and every time we needed something fixed, we were very much satisfied. They will tell us exactly what needs to be fixed, give us the best advice, and once done we never have to come back for the same thing. I recommend them 100% because they know exactly what they are doing and their price is worth the work that they do.

I have been coming here for at least ten years! Thank you Ed and your family! Amazing trustworthy work! Integrity and honesty prevail at this shop. I have had many tire problems fixed here and bought multiple sets of tires here! They actually have financing options that are for every credit profile!!! Nice job on my rims and tires!!!

Not only did the staff provide extensive advice over the phone (before I was even a customer), they provided excellent, rapid, and CHEAP service. It was the first time in my entire life I thought an auto service shop under-charged me, but the kind clerk walked me through the bill and confirmed how shockingly cost-effective it was. I highly recommend Eagle Tires, and definitely know where I'll be headed the next time I have tire issues.P.S. Thanks again for taking care of me and my car, Eagle Tires!!

I have been going to these dear folks for many years now, and I can honestly say that they are an honest hard-working family that always exceed my expectations! They always do excellent quality work, and if you want the best work done on your vehicle, then you go down to these folks-I have known this family for about 15 years now... I have been able to trust them to take care of my car and do a beautiful job!

They do an amazing job very professional and they go above and beyond for their customers we have been going here for years and recommend them to our friends. We went in last minute for belt change on our 2013 ford f150 our son was going on a trip and he did an amazing job he check everything. Can't thank them enough.

Great customer service, they're fast in and out, I got four used tires for my Jeep grand cherokee . The tires were in wonderful shape and still had around 9/32 tread depth. The price was great and removing my old tires and mounting and balancing the new ones was included in the price. Online these tires retail for almost 200 each, the did all 4 for 240!! I will refer anybody who wants to save a little bit of money but still get an almost new set of tires to this place. The overall experience was wonderful.

Where do l begin? My first encounter with Multi Service was with a quote. It was significantly lower than all the competitors and although l didnt go with them( which l regret) it brought me back for my second and third repairs.My third repair was a mystery issue, that i went too two big name shops for. Neither of which could figure it out. Ed on the other hand, fund the issue, fixed it and charged me reasonably. And you hear and feel the difference in vehicle performance .My best car shop experience thus far. The reviews are real people, they really are.Ed is one heck of mechanic and Heidi s costumer service is world class. I cant sign enough praises.This is officially my repair and tire home.

I had a little mis communication with the staff but they did do quite a bit of work on my 97 explorer and did an awesome job. I also bought a pair of rims from them and got an excellent deal!! I would recommend them to anyone with any problem with their vehicle. If it wasn't for miscommunication on both sides these guys definitely know their stuff about cars!! Ed' s staffing and customer service are very polite and will try and help you in anyway. I don't trust many mechanics but definitely trust them!!

My cousin recommended this repair shop. The truck had to be towed there and there was concern the engine had seized. But he started looking and found that the a/c compressor had to be replaced. It was a relief that it was relatively easy to repair. He sent pics to my phone and also a video with a narrative. Very personable and I left with full confidence in him and a nice repair experience.

I won t go to anyone else! Ed and Heidi always take great care of me in my car! Prices are always a way better than everywhere else ends and work is always done exactly like it should be! I have been going to Eagle tires for almost 10 years now for all my vehicle maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. They do great work, good prices, military discounts, and have a good payment plan if you have major repairs but short on funds. All in all, great place that I would recommend to anyone.

Ed is always so accommodating and professional. I'm a ride share driver and I give out his business cards because of his great work and my trust that he will do the work correctly, without " breaking me". Ed always gives me an honest assessment, prioritizing what my vehicle needs now and what things I can hold off doing. That kind of trust is invaluable to me, in keeping my car running safely and not feeling I'm being taken advantage of.

Always get my vehicles serviced when I visit Springs, I visit family from canada every year and my cars are in excellent condition thanks to them. They have excellent customer service, they are fast and efficient. Very honest as well, that's a plus! Keep up the good work Eagle Tires.

Ed and his family took good care of my mom and her car. He was honest about what work was needed and had the best prices I could find in town. He is Master ASE Certified. I will recommend him to friends and will call him first for my vehicles needs in the future.

We put our 05 explorer in with them on Monday 2/26 to have a diagnostics done it, knowing what some of the issues already we knew there were more issues. They are a busy shop but got to our vehicle in a timely manner and kept in contact every step of the way so far, which is awesome most places do not that. They called my husband today and asked if he could come in so they could show some things with our truck. Come to find out on top of what we knew was wrong the timing belt & system is getting ready to go out. My husband expressed we don't have the money to put $1,100 in for the repairs we knew about plus $2,200 for the timing issues wo we would have to have the ones we knew about done now and the timing done in 2-3 months when we could save the money for it. The man he spoke with (I'm assuming the owner) recommended their 90 days same as cash option and said he would make repairs affordable for us (he sent me the link to apply for that option and we were approved), so he said he would call my husband Monday 3/5 with the grand total to include all repairs with a total and affordable and he would start on our truck next week. So far their service and professionalism has been outstanding, I would recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent auto repair shop and I will update when all the repairs are finished.

I have known Ed for 10+ years now and all I have experienced is great customer service, great attention to detail when he has completed a job for me and excellent pricing with jobs completed. I have gained a good friend and a perfect car repair shop. I would refer Eagle Tires to any and everyone. DO NOT GO HERE.HIGH PRICED, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE AND JOB NOT WELL DONEI know it's close to FT Carson but go somewhere else or go to the low cost Auto Craft Shop on Post if you're a soldier.Went in to fix my car and get new tires and it was a costly mistake.(I thought everything was fine especially after spending $1300+ and then in 3weeks my vehicle breaks down and i towed my vehicle there to get it check but they wanted to charge me $600 for a $275 job i got somewhere else.They also charged me $50 for checking the vehicle what a shame .)Wheel Alignment was not correctly done(mechanic told and showed me paper work showing how it wasn't perfect but told me he tried and he had to work on other cars)Tires were not covered by there so called Nationwide warranty. (While traveling i had a nail go in my new tire and i called and made a claim but was informed that there warranty sticker and my invoice was not valid. )Auto Parts and work here were not new and not done correctly.YOU HAVE BEEN WARN.....

My first experience here was replacing a windshield. Since then I've gotten tires done here a few times. Fair prices and excellent service. I've recommended several friends to Multi Service Eagle Tires since my first time going. Will continue to recommend.
