Very friendly and helpful staff. Gave me a great deal helping fix what another shop messed up. . They can also fit low cars on their lifts which is a huge plus! Would 100% recommend to anyone in need of exhaust work/repair.

Fantastic Customer Service, Told me the cost of what I wanted to have done, we set the appointment, Dropped it off the night before, and had it back the next day. Austin completed the work. And I couldn't be happier. My truck sounds way better and the leak is gone. Thanks. Definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great shop with a great crew! Doug is the owner and he never once tried to give me a runaround on scheduling this truck of mine and he took care of me on the price. His employees are fantastic to work with and are very friendly. I wasn t able to get a picture of the finished work but my truck looks and sounds great!

Awesome muffler and exhaust shop! I tore my exhaust off sliding into a ditch this winter and these guys did a seriously great job fitting a new system to my truck. I asked them if they could tuck it up tight under the truck so I don't rip it off again hunting or otherwise and they far exceeded my expectations. Super honest guys, great pricing, and incredible workmanship.

Highly recommend! I needed an AWE high-flow cat back exhaust (after the cat) installed on a 2019 Audi A5. My appt was at 4:30. Shop closes at 5. They stayed late to complete the install and ensure that I could pick up the car that same day (we got back at about 8:50). These guys know their stuff and the customer service is stellar!!

Just tried calling for rough idea to have my tailpipe redone.. tried to explain I wanted to reuse my existing tip and muffler because they were still in good shape. The comment in response was rude and unprofessional... I'll take my business elsewhere.

I finally had a great experience at a muffler shop. This shop isn't just a in n out shop .they take their time and make sure you're happy and content with your new system . Doug made sure I was taken care of . Scott did a fantastic job on my exhaust thanks again muffler masters.

My husband and I took our muffler tips here to have them welded on. He did it in 5 minutes. They look amazing on our truck. Best service my husband and I have received from anybody in a long time. Very fair prices. I would recommend Muffler Masters North to anyone and everyone!

Outstanding customer service! Very friendly and professional staff! Got a loud exhaust fixed on my Jeep Wrangler and returned to stock with supplies off the shelf. All custom, but quickly done within an hour while I waited. Very reasonably priced! This is the place in Colorado Springs to get any exhaust work done! Veteran owned, and a local business. Update - I went off road in my Jeep and caused a hole in my exhaust pipe. These guys fixed it professionally and with a reasonable price! My go to muffler place!

This shop was recommended by a few people took my 2022 G70 for a muffler delete. Doug and the crew were all awesome, honest and all around good people, felt like they genially cared and my car sounds great now and I paid way less than anticipated. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get work done.

Doug is such a blessing. I ve been dealing with him for the last three years and he is such a kind and fair man. He runs his business fair, and what needs to be fixed is what gets fixed, no giving you the runaround. Go visit him!

I was rear ended by an off-duty Colorado Springs Police Officer in June 2014 at 5010 Centennial Blvd. The damage on my truck required a new exhaust system. I took my truck to Buds Muffler at 1212 N Circle Drive zip 80909 because I heard them advertisement on the radio. After waiting half a day at "buds muffler" I asked them, "why didn't u install my exhaust tips". They replied, That's another $150.00 to install those tipsJan. 6th 2020 I was 45mins. late to my 8am appointment at Muffler Master North on Austin Bluffs and they were able to squeezed me right in and service my truck, add my exhaust tip. I wish I would have use then June 2014. Great Folks and Great Service.

We all know a reputable mechanic when it comes to regular auto maintenance, but when my catalytic converter was stolen I needed a mechanic that specializes in exhausts. Other shops were quoting me 4 times as much simply because they didn't have the tools necessary to do the job easier. They quoted a fair price and thoroughly explained what needed to be done, and my car was done in only a few hours. Great work!! Muffler Masters has my future business!Service: Exhaust

Show up at a 1pm appointment exactly on time for them to just take in another vehicle, was sitting out there for over an hour without them saying a word to me at all so I just left. For your time and price you can easily find a better exhaust shop trust me.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

This shop is excellent! My mechanics had somehow missed that my massive cat was stolen off my small RV causing it to roar constantly. Muffler Masters could hear what was wrong with it as soon as I rolled up. Once the part came in they had it reinstalled in 1 day! Their service price was very reasonable too. They're kind, funny, courteous, and gave great tips and insight to prevent it from happening again. Can't recommend them enough :)Service: Exhaust

Brought my husband's jeep in after receiving a higher quote and longer wait time from another shop, for my husband's flex pipe. Austin was able to get it looked at and fixed, all within a couple hours of drop off (and i dropped it off in the middle of the day). The price was cheaper then what we were expecting. They welded it together, which the other shop wouldn't do, and it sounds normal and runs normal again! customer service was excellent!!! Very happy customer!!! Highly recommend! The guys at muffler masters are extremely kind and patient! They are veterans! Also they didn't give me any run around about the work I was requesting nor did they try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. I am a fan for life!!

I'm still stumped on how cheap they got this done.The staff at this place is fantastic. Old fashioned military vets who are straightforward and clear about their business. The price was super cheap as well, I got a full muffler and piping change and some tips and honestly I would have had a hard time doing this myself at a similar price.Also, the weld job they did looks great, they even went above and beyond and painted the furthest point of the piping and welds to match my tips.HIGHLY recommend these guys.Service: Exhaust

First off, this shop has some great personality, and Veteran-owned. Went for work on my Challenger RT. Doug and Scott did a great job on putting in the exhaust, and didn't try to sell me on anything different from what I wanted as the customer. Now the Challenger sounds the way a muscle car is supposed to sound, and no issues after a month. Price was good for the quality of work, and customer service was spot on. I was scheduled with a time that worked best for me and was in and out in the same day. 10/10 would recommend this shop to anyone.Service: Exhaust

My exhaust pipe connection to the muffler corroded and let loose. Doug and his crew took a look, replaced the worn pieces, and welded it back together quickly and concisely. The whole process took less than an hour for the minor fix, but they left such a lasting impression. This place truly cares about the customer and providing value.
