Hi every one in mtr specially Joel and owner I don t no the name but I knew they good Peopel plus very professional very organizedWhen my truck get chk engine light they find out very quick next day they order part same day truck was ready beautiful place to spend day coffee water soda they give u very nice gift pouch they let me use there kitchen and shower and owner of shop is amazing guy soft spoken very nice guy very quite work shop one of my suggestions to put little relaxing chair u gone spend day chair need to be comfortable this my experience because I m not from Colorado my truck in shop I spend day on chair that why but overall definitely recommend this professional mechanic good people recommend again again thanksMy English is week sorry for mistakesThank again to JoelNew khan truckingSardar khan

This repair shop is awesome. Very professional and friendly office personnel and extremely experienced technicians. I had a rebuilt transmission installed with new clutch and new rear engine seal. The best part is that they were very technical when it came to the installation as they made sure that all ends were taken care of. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that may need service done to their trucks. In a world where everybody appears to rather hate each other it is very nice to run into somebody that is as generous as Josh! His expertise really cut to the chase in trying to find my faulty oil sender switch on my Caterpillar engine, which was driving me crazy. It is fairly inexpensive to change out and he gave me the correct clues to identify where and what it is that was causing my erroneous low oil pressure indicator warnings.I am sharing his contact information with everybody I know that operates a Cummings or Caterpillar engine in their motorhome or tractor!Thank you so much Josh for being a terrific consultant on these relatively minor issues!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Joel and the team saved our day when we had a full truck and our liftgate stopped working. We called the shop to see if there was anything they could do for us so we could get everything unloaded in the Springs before heading back to Denver. Joel answered the phone and said we should bring it over. When we got there the team jumped into action right away and got the liftgate to work again. It was a great experience and I would recommend this company to anyone that needs service in the Springs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Top notch work. Very helpful staff. A+ service shop! The company I drive for regularly uses MTR for service calls in Colorado Springs, and I m glad they do. From regular maintenance to serious issues, MTR handles it all extremely well. Special shout out to Ramon for the work he does. Solid work. Super knowledgeable. Much appreciated for all the MTR staff does to keep me rolling!

It was -10 and my air line snapped in half. I called MTR and was told it could be mid-afternoon by the time they could get to me as many trucks were having issues. I agreed and prepared to wait. To my surprise, Ramon Tribble showed up an hour later with a new air line! He put the new one on, helped me adjust the other lines and was very friendly and professional. He made sure to check for any air leaks. Payment was easy. I would highly recommend this business. They ll get your truck on the road again! Thanks guys!!

Very friendly and superknowledgeable people with a DOT inspector on site, I had to drive all the way from New York to get my trailer done right here in Colorado. These guys pinpointed all the problems and found stuff most mechanics would never catch.

My new favorite shop hands down. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who actually care. Everyone was extremely nice, the shop is clean, the rates are affordable and their professionalism was outstanding. They got me taken care of quickly, knew I was in a hurry and got the job done ASAP. A job well done too, they also searched for future issues I might have and pinpointed it out for me in person when I arrived. I wish all mechanics were like these guys. I d give em more stars on here if I could.

Better late than never they say, so here s my review. In short, these guys are great: my go to resource when something pops off in the area. I work for ABF Freight and we have Ramon, a mechanic from MTR who does routine repairs and maintenance on our tractors. The man is irreplaceable! He s always going above and beyond to ensure the drivers tractors run as efficient as possible. He s extremely knowledgeable and easy to get along with! Always enjoy my chats with him. Very grateful to have him on outside. Highly recommend MTR and Ramon and the high quality services they provide. Thanks guys.

MTR is a great outfit for mobile diesel repair - we've used themtwice when one of our service rigs broke down on two different occasions. They've always been professional, on-time, knowledgeable and friendly to work with.I highly recommend them if you find yourself in a jam and need a quality repair.These guys are good.Thanks Doug and Ramon!

Great experience from start to finish! I got a DOT inspection done and Burt was very helpful knowledgeable about my truck and gave good advice about upcoming maintenance.I ll definitely use their company for further maintenance and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.Black N Gold Transport LLC

Had a tricky job to be done on my transport bus took it by MTR. Was not disappointed. Doug and the other service folks were awesome. They keep you updated and act very professional. This was by far a straight forward job and they were able to accomplish everything I came in for plus some extra stuff I needed. VERY HONEST shop!! I have had a great working relationship as well as a great personal relationship with MTR. They have helped me with everything from welding aluminum on a golf cart to maintaining a 100 plus trailer fleet. They have great shop rates and will give you a complete detailed print out of the work they performed. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and will answer any question you may have. The service managers have access to parts that are hard to get and they will bend over backwards to get them here as soon as possible. They have one of the best mobile mechanics in the industry and he will help you at all hours of the night. The owners believe in customer service, customer satisfaction and community, and you really will get that feeling when they work with you. MTR is hands down the best diesel repair vendor we've had in our yard, Ramon goes above and beyond when we have issues with our trucks. He also explains our issues and how to prevent them from happening again or why they happened which I appreciate alot as a driver that he has our safety and the general publics safety in mind.

The truck went in for an ac issue which they fixed in a few hours. They were very thorough and fixed or air filter which at least 3shops had previously overlooked. The entire staff was considerate and went out of their way to help with my rental car's flat tire, and professional. This was the first shop I had been to where the staff seemed happy to help. They even left a care package in the truck!

So i was delivering freight to an Amazon warehouse in Colorado. I arrived around 11:30 am Monday and my departure time was at 3:30pm . When I unhooked my trailer I noticed my coolant tank had a crack and was loosing coolant very rapidly on my 2016 freightliner Cascadia. I called many local shops to see if they had time to fix it but they were all booked until Thursday . Then I came across MTR and they were very helpful and friendly. They got me in and out within 3 hours! Highly recommend this place . Shout out to Kevin Wilson who helped make this possible . Thank you.

I had some major mechanical issues on my trailer where the breaks totally locked up in downtown,and almost caught on fire.. They sent there mobile repair truck out to me and had to cut the one axles brakes in half so they would release enough to get me the mile or so to there shop..They we're extremely busy but took right care of me and made the repair with most haste.. Being and out of state trucking company stuck away from home where most try to take advantage of your situation MTR repair were very respectful and proffesprofeand never once tried to over charge for there repairs..I give the company the highest rating possible and would give them a 10 if at all possible..Super professional and Super staff from the mechanic to the office. Thank you K.W for your attentiveness to my situation and your professional way and kindness.
