Fantastic service, reasonable cost. I fully recommend Modino. I had taken my car (328 Xi - 2015) to another shop but they were much more expensive and seemed to identify repairs that didn't seem to be required (e.g. they said the transmission pan was leaking and I should do a full transmission inspection for $2.5K). Modino checked and couldn't find any leak and advised a much more reasonable course of action.

These guys have worked on six (?) cars for me over the years. In addition to minor stuff, they did complete engine rebuilds on two expensive Italian classics. One was a V12 Ferrari from 1967. The other was a Straight 6 Maserati from 1964. Working on Italian engines from this age requires great knowledge and research in addition to meticulous mechanical skill. They also replaced the engine in my Audi after another shop botched a service. Apparently this other shop didn't think it necessary to refill the oil after an oil change. Steve and Anthony bailed me out of that ugly situation.I've learned from experience that the low ball bid is not the way to go. The expense will be the same in the end - more if you're unlucky. The difference is that these guys know what they're getting into and what will be required before they start. I have taken 3 vehicles (BMW, VW, Subaru) to these guys and will return. You get honest repairs and stellar advice when needed. Don't drive a broke car - call Anthony & Steve today - get your stuff fixed.

This shop has been a great place for me to bring my Panamera in for service over the past few years. They saved me about $300 one time in a battery replacement vs. what was estimated at the dealer. Anthony, as always, was amazing! We are SO happy we found Mondino! Anthony was able to diagnose my car after my Service Engine Soon light came on then went off in less than an hour, had a repair plan in place, estimates are always spot on. If I could give them a million stars I would! Anthony keeps my car in amazing condition and makes sure all his customers are kept safe! Just incredible service! Mondino imports is an exceptional Auto Shop (A++) that is reasonable, timely and most of all operate with genuine integrity. My experience with this Auto Shop has lasted for approximately three months, as my Audi was exhibiting overheating symptoms with no apparent cause. Initially, the water pump and thermostat were the replacement; however that did not alone alleviate the issue. These gentlemen HONORED their service agreement AND warranty and continued to identify the issue by taking apart the engine almost entirely and subsequently rebuilding while fixing any apparent issues along the way. They were EXTREMELY patient withme and exceptionally DILLIGENT in their work. Now my A6 is running as if the issue never persisted. I WILL BE UTILZING MONDINO IMPORTS FOR ANY AND ALL FUTURE SERVICING NEEDS FOR MY FOREIGN VEHICLESA+++++++Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

My father turned me on to Mondino after he took his BMW there. I love these guys. I have taken all my cars there, including my collectable Porsche. Would not take them anywhere else. I have always referred my students there, putting my professional reputation on the line, and all of them are very pleased with everything these guys have done. Anthony and Steve are solid and will always get my business.

Mondino is the only place I take my cars. Their care and attention to detail is refreshing. With Anthony's great customer service and Steve's vast knowledge/skill, Mondino is a car guy must!The only part I hate about writing this comment is that others who read this will find out and I wont be able to get my car in.My second experience produced an amazing result. I took my old 12 cylinder to Mondino Imports because it would not start. I had a short in my ignition system that burnt a coil to the ground. Steve, carefully rebuilt the ignition system and the carbs. My car has not run this well in 29yrs of owner ship

Normally I would not give such a bad review, but after discussions with Mondino, I had to write one.Here's the deal... I took my Ferrari to Mondino based on recommendation. I needed the belts and hoses done, and dropped the car off with them. They did the work, and most things were done well, BUT, the job required that the top end be resealed, which included the distributors. I relocated to Oregon, and trailered the car. I put the car in storage for 6 months, while I was overseas in support of defense efforts, and when I returned I took the car for a drive. I drove less than 200 miles, and when I got home i noticed oil under the car.I took the car to the Ferrari dealer / service in Portland for a new clutch and to repair the oil leak. After they took the car apart, they showed me that the oil seals were replaced with inferior aftermarket seals, which caused the leak.Now, Mondino has a 12 month / 12,000 mile warranty, which I understand, but when they put inferior parts in the car, causing nearly a $1000 repair for work they had done, I believe it renders their warranty policy invalid.I have contacted them twice, and they refuse to reimburse me for the faulty service that had to be repaired, and tell me I need to bring the car back to them to fix it. HMMM... what if you were on a cross country drive and had a problem with the car and were told that you had to bring the car back to them for repairs? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEAll I asked was that they reimburse me for the repair to something they had done, nothing more.You would think that they would be happy to reimburse someone for a mistake they made, but unfortunately... not.I guess customer satisfaction is not their strong point!I will advise my friends back in Colorado to either go to Concours or to their Factory Authorized Service Center to have their Audi's, BMW's, Jaguar's, Mercedes, Ferrari's and Lamborghini's from now on.Also, I will be reporting this to the Ferrari Club of North America.

Good company and down to earth. They re extremely busy, but are willing to work with you and are super professional. I d recommend but be aware like I said; they are very very busy. I've brought my BMW to Mondino for a few years now. It's always been a pleasant experience. Though I recently moved up to Castle Rock, and had some car troubles. After getting some quotes from shops up here, I asked Mondino and they did the work for half the price twice as fast. Needless to say, even though it's further, I'll be continuing to go to Mondino

I have been getting my cars worked on here for years and Steve always gets it running right no matter what. I have brought many different cars to them and they are always fast and courteous. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Quality work. Reasonable and helpful. All around solid business that takes pride in what they do and it shows in their service. Wouldn t recommend anybody else and I sure wont let anyone else touch my car.

Anthony has the worst customer service if you have any questions regarding the work that was requested versus the work that was performed.
