Great people and very helpful staff. From Dean, the owner, to the sales staff, the service guys, and everyone else, we have had wonderful experiences! We've bought 4 cars here...so far! We plan to buy another in the near future. They do all our service work. A dealer you can trust!

Christian helped us out and did a great job! Rich was a pleasure to work with when it came to the numbers and working with a payment that we felt comfortable with. We walked in for a specific vehicle and when that didn't work out, we stayed and found one because of the great customer service! Thank you gentlemen for your help and we will definitely be referring friends and family to you all when they're in the market for a vehicle! It was a plus to meet the owner, Dean, as well. He was very kind!

My husband and I knew exactly what we wanted. We showed up pretty close to closing time, but Ethan was a rockstar and stayed late with us to get the paperwork started. He didn't try to talk me into something "better and safer" for my family, which happened at another dealership right before heading here. It was such an easy, hassle free process! We don't have the best credit, yet we were able to get financed. We will definitely be getting our next vehicle there!

Went in on a Friday night determined to get a car for my son. This place was laid back, no pressure, great vibes and they worked with me on getting my payments where I need them to be. Service Dept. already has the ball rolling on getting my windshield replaced and a couple of more minor repairs. Great place to buy a car! Will definitely recommend to friends and family! Excellent sales experience. The sales rep, manager, and the repair or service manager were all excellent to work with and listen to my concerns about my potential vehicle. The purchase process was simple and fast, and they were very patient with us as we were waiting on our bosses in a meeting. If we find what we want there, we will be going back for our next vehicle. They not only kept my monthly payments under my budget, they even found a way to make sure I got a warranty with my new Land Rover.

Christian made our experience smooth! He asked us plenty of questions was very knowledgeable on everything that we requested and what we were looking for and what we asked for he was able to get us into a vehicle that we were absolutely in love with and we couldn't thank him more for making this transaction so smooth and easy he had us in and out within an hour I will be referring him to all my friends and family who will be looking for a vehicle due to his how friendly kind respectful to your needs and how smoothly everything went. The car buying experience was great however, after only owning the vehicle for 3 days I broke down had the vehicle towed to nearest facility and now am told the warranty I purchased doesn't cover the plethora of repairs needed. I spoke to the manager at the dealership and he will not reimburse me for the repairs.I'm very disappointed that this is the way your company chooses to do business.... The fact you wanted me to have the facility put the car back together and drive it to your shop ... When I don't now trust how you'll do business....Sad, disappointed customer...

Horrible dealer ship! Bought a $14,000 2006 pick up, traded my 2013 denali. My denali was well taken care of, nothing wrong with it. Just put on a brand new set of tires and rotors, fresh oil change. Pretty and reliable car. Felt rushed through the paper signing, nothing spoken of, just sign, here. here, here. yes my fault as well for not reading. Never got offered a service warranty. Here ya go. Basically shoving me out the door. Four hours after pulling out, engine light on. alignment is so bad the tires have no inside tread at all. The tires cost $500 a piece. 80% of the electrical does not function at all.. sunroof broken, back window broken, speakers blown, heated seats broken, security system unusable. Asked for factory code, got told to google it. Called to speak with service mngr, no call back, avoiding my calls. Nothing. They took my nice reliable vehicle as trade and let me leave knowingly with a truck that they were just praying would make it down the damn block. Single mother, three jobs work hard to have nice things, such as my denali. Had i been able to inspect the truck, would have been different, but I trusted when I shouldn't had!! By law the tires should have never left that lot with me. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Read the other reviews!!!

Bought my SUV in August. Here we are in January and the car has broke down. When I initially went to purchase the vehicle the salesmen let me walk out of the door twice trying to confirm my income. When we finally proceeded with purchase of the truck the finance guy questioned my insurance. They don't preservice their vehicles. I ended up buying my SUV with not a drop of oil in it. And here we are 4 or 5 months later and the car has broken down. All for $24K. I recommend springs automotive group atleast they service their vehicles before customers purchase them.

A+What an experience. First time car buyer here, and Radu was a true professional in helping me find a vehicle. I already had my eye set on a car from their website. He showed me to it immediately and took it for a test drive.The entire transaction was perfect and couldn't have asked for a better rep to help me out! Overall a wonderful experience and I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle, this is THE place. True professionals and great people!

I started out loving Mile High I ve purchased 2 vehicles from them in the past from Eric who sadly is no longer with them but I referred my boyfriend thinking he d have a great experience as well but unfortunately that was not the case. He purchased his vehicle 4-5 months ago and it s been in the shop 4 times! We were not given a car fax at sale (salesman was a bit shady but I won t even get into that) upon taking it back in to have MORE work done I made them give me the car fax and learned the vehicle was involved in numerous accidents. This vehicle has a shifted frame and is not able to be properly aligned we ve already had to put tires on it which were bald and are currently $2,000 in on work and are wanted to dish out more to have even more fixed. I called this morning trying to figure out what we can do and was told it s out of their hands. I feel awful for referring my boyfriend and him having to go through all this when all he needed was a reliable vehicle since he travels for work. I will not be referring anyone else or buying from them again.

If I could leave a 0 I would. Do not buy this vehicle if you see it on the lot. Purchased this Jeep a month ago and have taken it back into service 4 times for repairs. The fifth time and tow back home, they say that I need to pay them $5k to sell it back to them. I ve had the vehicle for a month and have been unable to drive it from point A to point B without it dying. It has been in the shop for most of the time. When we purchased the Jeep, it was completely out of coolant. Fluids and were not topped off- sold it with a half tank of gas. It s apparent that they don t fully check over their vehicles before putting them on the lot. We are out of a lot of money with this lemon and the dealership didn t seem to care. The owner would not come talk to us himself, just sent his employees to handle it. Worst experience I have ever had and I ve been through plenty of vehicles with my husband being in the car industry for years. Highly advise against purchasing from this dealership because you don t know what you re going to get. Our salesman was great but I can t say the same for the owner.

I will never buy from anywhere else.Ethan was who we worked with.Amazing.Honest.Genuine.We only went to look but drove home with a car.Absolutely no pressure.Answered every question .Over and above.The Atmosphere felt right.Everyone there was polite.The cars for what we looked at all seemed fair price.I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of in any way.I loved the back story of the owner being a vet and building from the ground up.They deserve 5 stars

My family and I made a visit last week just thinking we were going to get our old car that was on its last legs appraised to trade in and look at our options. Amy was extremely helpful! Found us a great car that was perfect for us and our kiddos. It was easier than I thought it would be and we left with piece of mind that we now have a reliable vehicle with some perks and accessories that we've never had! Thank you again for all your help we will be back!

I've been looking for affordable used trucks for the last two weeks. I had two dealers on my list and many private parties to visit. With this economy everybody is trying to maximize the values of their vehicles and its very fatiguing to look for a good value. I went into Mile High Car to see a specific vehicle. That particular vehicle was not driveable due to vandalism the night before, but Christian (salesman) showed me another vehicle. Christian was an awesome salesman, no pressure, just helpful. I found out later that their salesmen don't work on commission, and that they are paid regardless. That explains the "no pressure," make the customer happy attitude I observed from everybody during the entire visit. I decided to buy the truck. In the process, I met with Steve the Financial Officer. He was just as awesome as Christian. He worked with me, to ensure Mile High would receive a fair deal for their investment, but also to accommodate my budget and limitations. Mile High is veteran-owned by a retired Marine, and they work hard to serve the military community. I am retired Air Force and they treated me fairly and with respect to my service and my desires for a vehicle. I'm sure they treat all their customers in the same way but it was apparent that they value and appreciate the military community. Bottom Line: I love the truck I bought and I could not have had a better experience with Christian and Steve. I give my highest recommendation to the Mile High Car Company and all the folks that work there. Used car buying shouldn't be a hassle full of cat and mouse games - at Mile High Car Company I didn't have to do any of that. Many thanks to Christian, Steve, and the owner for a wonderful experience.

Wow what a nice sales guy who greeted us in the lot. His name was Rauhl. He introduced himself and offered his help to us. I knew I could trust him right off the bat.We had been looking for my car for 3 months and there it was. We test drove it and proceeded to buy it. By the time I got home about 50miles away, the engine over heated. We called and they told us to tow it back to the repair shop behind the dealership. Come to find out after a week of testing, it needed a new engine. Wow! I am shocked that they repaired my car with a new engine and did not ask for a dime from us!!!Mike High Car Company is a great place to buy a used car. They are trustworthy humans that care what they sell to you!

I had the pleasure of working with Radu at Mile High Car Company when purchasing a vehicle. Radu was very inviting and personable making for a very nice buying experience. The dealership was well organized and the overall process was simple and convenient. Despite being a "sold as is" transaction, the dealership has also replaced all 4 tires on the vehicle at no additional charge. Very honorable and I would most definitely recommend this dealership as well as use them in the future!!!

Had a super upsetting time with this dealership. I was buying a car for my nephew. He lives in CO and I live in NC. We TRIED everything to get them to take my money for it and they refused. Wouldn't even take a wire transfer. In any case, he ended up going in with CASH and then they just couldn''t say no. They did NOT honor the same price from a Sat to a Monday. Oh, by the way, my nephew is black and I am white. You think that had anything to do with it?????? Sad world we live in.

I found myself in a situation where I needed to trade in my car and find something reliable. Luckily I met Christian and the people over at the Mile Hight car company because they made a stressful situation much better. Christian answered all of my questions and walked me through the approval process. After a short while I was driving away in the vehicle I purchased. If you need a car, contact Christian, you will be happy you did!

Not a good experience. After purchasing the vehicle my mechanic found some pretty obvious deceptive practices. I contacted the manager and his exact words were "that wasn't disclosed to you? " He asked what they needed to do. I gave him my honest requests and he said he would get back with me. I have never heard back from them. I have found that being veteran owned doesn't necessarily mean they are honest and have integrity,

I came to Mile High Car Company on the referral from a fellow soldier. I am an active duty service member myself and the fact that they are veteran owned appealed to me. The referring person also had such great things to say about their experience, that it was an easy choice to come here. The greeting I received right when I arrived was genuine and friendly. They listened to what I was looking for and showed me many options of trucks, SUVs, and even a car to ensure I was happy with my selection.The SUV I drove home in was terrific and I still get excited about driving it every day. They assessed my trade and gave me a very fair value for it. They also were very transparent through the whole process.I was provided a Carfax on the vehicle I was buying. It added to my piece of mind on the history and quality of the vehicle I was buying.When it came time for maintenance on my purchase, the service department was a pleasure to deal with. I called to make an appointment and they were very accommodating. The service provided was quick, efficient, and very well-priced. They went over what was done to the vehicle and explained some options to me going forward for the best maintenance for my vehicle and some levels that took into account a range of pricing to work with many budgets.Take any preconceived notions or opinions you have about car dealers and dealerships and go into Mile High Car Company with an open mind. I think you will be pleasantly surprised!

Everybody at Mile High Car Company was very friendly. As soon as I drove into the lot, one of the associates welcomed me with a handshake and a smile. I knew what I was looking for and they didn't pressure me at all to buy something more expensive. They offered me all the details and a test drive of the vehicle that I was interested in without hesitation. After all the formalities, the sales person even showed me the Carfax report to ensure me that it was in perfect condition. I drove out of the dealership within 2 hours with my newly purchased vehicle.If you're looking to purchase a vehicle, Mile High Car Company in Colorado Springs is very professional, straight to the point and veteran owned! My recent experience was with Radu and Issac purchasing a new car. I was able to get a pretty large amount with my trade in thanks to Radu, far more than I was expecting. It did require me to put a little bit down however, that's mostly due to my credit. I got approved while shopping around and they got me into a 2016 Chevy Malibu. It's a very nice car and I'm very grateful for everything they've been doing and have done.
