Plenty of parking, easy access for disabled, nice waiting areas.Staff are personable and the managers aren't hidden in the back. This is good because that means they are transparent with their negotiations and pricing.They offer complimentary refreshments while you wait, unlike other places (the Nissan dealership just down the street) set up an actual snack stand.The only reason I take off a star is because of the lighting inside.I have migraines and florescent lighting is a huge trigger for this.I understand the price of florescent is cheaper than LED up front, but it's shorter lived and causes more issues upon disposal.

Every time we walk in to this dealership, they are super friendly and welcoming. We are repeat customers and even utilize their servicing department for our oil changes and anything else we need done, they are some hard working people! Our sales guy Ben is absolutely wonderful and so patient with us! We recently purchased a CR-V Hybrid and Ben took his time to explain everything to us. He s personable, caring and an amazing person, they are so lucky to have someone like him on their team! They have a customer for life!

I cannot thank Mike Maroone Honda enough for their amazing customer service! The associates Will, Mike B., and Austin were phenomenal with helping me purchase my dream car! They were very patient and understanding to each of my concerns, and provided me with reassurance with my decision! This was great as a first time buyer! I 100% recommend!

I can in on 1-24-24 to see about their 2024 Honda Civic Sport and how it could work to get into the vehicle. With no hesitation, Ricky (my salesmen) made this deal happen and I am so grateful! I absolutely love my Honda and also wanted to give a big shout out to Austin in finance! Both were awesome to work with and made it easy! 10/10 recommended!

A friend referred me to Mike Maroone Honda after having purchased 4 vehicles from this location and I m really happy I came here.Benji supported me with sales and Beau supported me with financing.I really liked Benji because he was extremely relatable, knowledgeable, patient, kind - and most importantly, didn t add unnecessary pressure. I came in with a game plan and didn t have an issue walking out if I needed to. Benji did everything he could to make sure I got the car I wanted, for the price I needed. I really appreciate your help, Benji.Beau handled the finance portion of the sales process. This was my first time ever purchasing a used vehicle and I was so afraid I d get screwed over with a junky car or finance trying to sell me a bunch of things I didn t need. Honestly, Beau was fantastic from the start, but I started to shut down after we were going over warranties. Beau was extremely understanding and patient with me and even spent some time talking on the phone to one of my friends, thoroughly explaining the warranty and costs etc. I think people are conditioned to believe salespeople are greasy and unethical, but Beau s recommendations were absolutely beneficial to me.Thank you to Benji and Beau - happy to join the Honda family. After feeling frustrated with peak Kia and Phil long Jeep, we headed to Mike Maroone Honda. We were quite skeptical and burnt out once we got there, but were warmly greeted by Kylie and Megan. Kylie is extremely friendly and gregarious. She s knowledgeable and passionate about her job. We were so happy to work with her on buying my wife s new Honda pilot. She helped us with the numbers and got us in a place we were comfortable with. Extremely grateful for her service. She made our time buying the car lighthearted, enjoyable, and seamless. An added note, we had our children with us and she would always communicate with them. She even took our oldest to look at the cars in the mechanic shop. Definitely recommend working with her.

Brandon were really educated and helpful, and they made the trade-in procedure effortless.When I arrived, a polite salesperson met me and took the time to assess my needs and budget. Afterward, they showed me a variety of vehicles that suited my criteria and assisted me in narrowing down my alternatives to discover the ideal Honda Accord for me.The trade-in procedure itself was seamless and easy. The employees inspected my previous vehicle thoroughly and awarded me a reasonable trade-in value based on its condition and market worth. I was pleasantly delighted by the offer, and I had the impression that the dealership was sincerely devoted to providing me a fair price.I would recommend Mike Maroone to anyone seeking to trade in a vehicle. Stephanie G. was great to work with. All of the work needed was completed successfully and on time. Kept me informed through the original work to be performed and updated me to other items found. In addition, I called the following day before my car was scheduled to be picked up to have a fuel induction service performed, which Teri helped with; completed successfully.I give this type of Customer Service a 5-Star rating.Thanks so much for such great service from a great team including the technicians!�During the inspection it was recommended�that the steering rack gearbox and a pressure hose O-ring be replaced, including a power steering flush.When communicating long distance, Arizona to Colorado, it's great to have someone to listen to my concerns and then follow up/through. I feel confident brining my daughter's CR-V to Mike Maroone Honda in the future.And many thanks to Eric W. the service manager. Everyone at Mike Maroone Honda took great care of me and my vehicle! The communication was great, they were thorough and they worked hard to problem solve and make things right. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The technician even came out after and talked me through what they replaced and how to take care of it. I highly recommend their service department.

Didn't end up purchasing my vehicle here but I wanted to massively shout out JJ and the whole team. JJ answered every question I had, worked with my finances, and was overall a class act. The kindness, professionalism, and patience blew me away. Before Mike Maroone we had visited three other dealerships and I was beginning to grow sick of pressure from salesmen to close a deal right then and there and lock into financing that may not be advantageous. When I revisit in a few months I will definitely be returning to Mike Maroone. JJ has earned my business!

I had a great experience at Mike Maroone Honda. In the sales department, Ray and Gary were very helpful and kind throughout the process. Mike Maroone Honda has the best customer service and they really take the time to help their clients. My wife was a loyal customer of Ken Coleman and I understand later on why she is that loyal. Ken s service orientation and compassion is superb and is shown on how he took care of us in navigating specific situation that is extremely challenging. He stood by us and helped us navigate the whole process and he made us feel that he is always there to support us. Above all, I never had any problem with my Honda car. Very reliable and safe to drive!

Worked with Stephanie and needed bulbs changed. They did the inspection and gave me the list of recommended services. I couldn't do them that day so they printed the list with cost (something Corwin toyota never does for my Tacoma). She even rated which services needed to be done first - last. Will be coming back! There still salesmen at the end of the day who like to make money. Customers should be aware of this as they can make things up to lock you in a contract.This is the second time I bought a car from this dealership and I was a little disappointed in my second purchase but I'm hoping this second car is as reliable like the first honda accord that I bought from this dealership.Heads up this dealership has INSANE overpriced loans on used and new cars compared to my first purchase in 2020!!If this second car that I recently bought is reliable as my first honda that i got from them, then I can see myself later buying another car from them but i have a strange feeling that's not going to happen.

Made an inquiry. Gave salesman trade info. Nobody bothered to call me back. I called them and they didn't know who I was. Gabe me a lowball trade in offer towards their jeep. I've bought a couple of trucks from Maroone dealers. But I won't bother for my future purchases. P.S., no, I'm not giving away my trucks while paying full retail. See ya!

I generally do not like dealing with dealerships; however, I have been pleased with my experiences at your dealership.Most notably, I especially like working with Stephanie in service. She is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond. Case in point, I first met her years ago when I came without an appointment because my Apple CarPlay kept failing me. Stephanie spent time hooking it back up for me and explaining how to keep it working, etc.Since then, I always look forward to working with her when having my 21 CRV hybrid serviced. She is extremely knowledgeable and answers my questions with confidence and a clear depth of knowledge of my car and my warranty.Yesterday when I arrived, I immediately looked for her because she is the person I want to work with. I trust Stephanie and her opinion.I think it is valuable to have women working in service. Stephanie is excellent and her presence--along with her knowledge and friendly personality--is an important asset to the service department.Lynne R

I just bought a 2019 Pre Certified Honda Accord from Mike Maroone Honda on Academy, I took a chance and applied online one night knowing all odds were against me due to my credit history, and no co-signer, I received a call from sales rep Michael Wilder next day and he got me approved for the Accord that I wanted within hours along side working with Austin, Malik and Gary! These guys made it the best car buying experience ever. They are an amazing group of guys! Thank you all at Mike Maroone Honda! Highly recommended 100/100!!!!!!!!!

My daughter and I just bought a car from this dealership. I absolutely recommend them for all of your car needs. I live and Texas and she lives in Aurora. We are so glad we made the drive. Kylie and the rest of the staff were amazing! They treated us like family and we left with the perfect car and an extended warranty which makes me feel so much better about her living so far away from me. I can t thank these people enough. It was so worth the trip! I ll probably come back for one of those new Hondas in a couple of years.

I have bought a lot of cars over the years. It is something that I know how to do, but it s usually pretty distasteful. Not this time. Steve and Kat were wonderful sales people and Beau was a hoot in the business department. I feel like I got a good deal on my new car and a fair trade for my old one. We all know how stressful, uneasy, and scary it can be purchasing a car. I myself can get very overwhelmed because this is a big decision that should not be taken likey. Austin and Ricky understood this. They did not take advantage or rush my experience. I came in with clear expectations and with some uncertainty. By the time I left I felt comfortable and satisfied.They listen to everything my husband and I said. They were very open and honest but also helped us out tremendously. They were very clear and patient. They gave us facts and honesty. We felt they took every concern we had and one by one addressed them. I left in my new car and with confidence

I rarely write reviews, but based on my past eight months of experience with Mike Maroone Honda I feel compelled to. About eight months ago I was helping a friend who is a first time buyer without much credit history buy a car. Rick, the salesman, found a car for us and helped us through the entire buying process without unnecessary sales pressure. The dealership was very good in helping us find a loan for a first time buyer without much credit. Recently, I brought my 95 Honda del Sol in for some needed work. Marty Stinett the service advisor was excellent. He took me out and introduced me to the mechanic, he sent pictures along the way to me as work was being done and he kept me informed with texts every two or three days. Rob, the mechanic did an excellent job, as well as was very good at helping me find parts for an older car. I am very satisfied with my dealings with Mike Maroone Honda, and would recommend them to anybody.

Just bought a brand new 2024 Honda CR-V Sports Touring Hybrid as a first time car buyer with the help of sales consultant Tony McIntosh. Any questions I had he quickly answered or provided great recommendations. The whole process was smooth with the help of Tony McIntosh. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a vehicle.
