I had personally replaced my headlights on my car which required me to remove the battery. Once you do that you need a code to reset the stereo system. I went in for their help and was greeted quickly and they offered help immediately and showed me where I can find the code, helped me set up the stereo and gave me the code. I was in there for less than 15 minutes and they were so great! Everyone I encountered was so nice!

If you're getting a used car, it will almost certainly need to spend time with a mechanic practically immediately.The sales/management team will work with you when this happens (Which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one.), but go into your decision knowing that their initial quality control at time of sale will be heavily lacking.My personal story: Bought a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander, 5 days later check engine light came on and the transmission began to fail. They agreed to fix it for free, but it would take 8+ weeks to get the part. I explained I couldn't do that because of other obligations around that time, so they traded me a relatively equivalently priced car, a 2011 BMW 328i. 3 days later a metal plate came loose on that one, the service engine light came on, and I had to tolerate dragging it in for repairs. Again, they agreed to handle this for free, but its a needless waste of my time when the vehicle could have simply been sold to me without concealed issues.If my vehicle finally gets fixxed, I'll change my tune and feel more forgiving, but as of right now I feel like I'm having to expend a lot of effort just to get to baseline satisfaction with my deal.

Very friendly service department! Didn t feel pressured, and they were 30 mins faster than they told me on the time frame for completion!

Had to get a VIN verification done here. It was great we were in and out. Took 7 mins tops. Really nice service employees.

Not the best service , my truck was damaged from flying debris from there roof ,and they are trying to say it's my fault
