Peter was a fantastic salesman who actually took his time to find me the perfect vehicle. Very respectful, enthusiastic, and optimistic when assisting me in my search. His assistance and his knowledge of what he is trying to show you is beyond valuable, and nothing beats his friendly personality as well. He got me set up in a new truck and stayed late to make sure everything was as it should be and broke things down in a way that everything was crystal clear. 100% will be buying from here in the future.

I liked the guys that helped me and my dad look for a car like this. But had I known a month or two later that I would pouring more money into this used car, I wouldn t have purchased it. I ve had nothing but problems ever since I ve gotten it. They did replace my windshield. But I paid for the passenger window and a new reservoir and a new heater hose. And now to top it all off I have to now replace the heating core. I m so disappointed and upset I can t even begin to describe it. Make sure you all absolutely check everything before driving off the lot please. It s not worth pouring more money into a used car.

This afternoon I got the pleasure to do business with Mr Will swift. I came in unsure and doubtful of bring able to get into a newer truck. He sat me down talked to me asking what I was looking for and what i was looking for in a truck. after taking some notes and getting some information. The original truck I came to look at didn't meet what I was looking for but he showed me a truck that nailed it right on the spot of what I wanted. As I've had bad experiences at dealerships before I was very doubtful and he kept me on the up side of it'll work out and I was suprised when he came back to me with the numbers. Got me exactly what I wanted and could afford. I'm very greatful for Will through the process. I recommend him to anyone wanting a good experience with a salesman. Also thank you Andrew and Madison in the back you guys were all awesome to work with thank you 100 times over

Is your Used Car Manager Position Vacant?Such a disappointing experience looking at used vehicles here. One can over look the dust, lack of detailing, lack of shiny to be tires, but the body damage, scratches, cracked windows, hail damage on quite a number of vehicles, dings, dents, scrapes, on even "front row" Academy Blvd side is not what we were expecting for a "big brand" non mom and pop car dealership. Corporate needs to pay a visit here and clean the place up.Heard of buffing compound, touch up paint, windshield repair?Avoid pre-owned car purchase until they figure out what to do.....The five largely cracked windshields and six cars with very noticable hail damage didn't photograph well, so I didn't postNeed a project vehicle or one to train body shop, hail damage, or windshield repair work? You found your source.

Had a decent experience in store but they failed to warn us about the Kia thefts that have been happening all over the country. I have had this car for 1 month and it s been broken into multiple times. I feel like this is a failure on the dealership about not warning us this could happen. I came in because my last car was totaled and now I have to deal with this. Better customer services is needed.

Hands down the best car buying experience we have received. We found the truck we wanted online but live an hour and a half away. To avoid driving down and gambling if the truck was a good fit, financing would go through to our hopes, and our trade in would be enough Jesse and Matt did everything to make it work perfect for us. There was zero pushing to buy, upgrading or uneasy feelings through the entire process. Matt even went out at night in the snow to take a video of the truck to ensure it was all we were wanting. Jesse worked with us on our trade in and exceeded our expectation. Thankful for the time, honesty, awesome communication, and devotion these guys gave to us from start to finish! If I could give them over 5 start rating I would.

I recently purchased a 2015 Ford F-150 XLT from Mike Maroone Chevrolet South and could not be more happy with the experience. From the moment I walked in the door and was pleasantly greeted by Blayne Brook, I was made to feel special. Blayne was not only attentive to my desires in what I wanted, he was also able to pick up on the little cues of my preferences in vehicles. I was introduced to a Sales Manager named Jimmy and his friendly manner put me right at ease. Jimmy was very helpful in getting me in the truck I was looking for. Everyone there smiled and was pleasant to me. It made the atmosphere in the Dealership comfortable. The truck Blayne brought for me to look at fit my needs perfectly. This dealership is the place to go if you're looking to buy a car. This was, by far, the best experience I've had in buying a vehicle. Good job, guys! All I wanted was to test drive a car. I did get to do that, but 10 minutes later I was in the middle of a very typical 1970s used car salesman bombardment of people trying to get me to buy something I'm not ready to buy yet. I just wanted to drive the car to see if I even liked it. That's it. I understand it's their job to make money and sell vehicles, but good lord. When I am ready to buy a car, it won't be from these guys.

The service appointment was 5 star, with professional, courteous service.The communications leading up to the service as 0 stars.I had family coming to visit and would not be able to make my appointment on the next day. I called to change my appointment. No one was available to answer the call; there was no option to hold until someone was available, so the call went to voicemail.I was calling from my home phone with no text option, so I asked that I be called to confirm the appointment was being changed. About 4 hours later, I learned that my family would not be visiting until a day later, so I called again. The same drill, no answer, no option to hold and I left a voicemail that I did not need to reschedule and asked for a call back to confirm that my original appointment was still valid. A couple of hours later, I called to check on the status of my appointment. The same drill, no answer, no option to hold and I left a voicemail for a return call regarding my appointment.The next morning, the day of my appointment, I called again, no answer. I then reached out via Chat and was able to reach a person. I went through the above story. She was not able to talk to anyone in Service either, but said that she would ask that someone give me a callback.After an hour I was just going to go to my appointment as originally scheduled and sort things out when I could talk to a Service rep. As I was walking out the door I got a call to let me know that my orignal applointment was still scheduled.

This is how car buying should be done!!! Excellent staff. Edward and Madison were sales consultant & finance manager I worked with. Both were beyond accommodating, flexible, kind, and helpful. Edward even went to the effort to make a trip to the gas station next door to get my son a water with a straw since we forgot my son s cup and he was having issues drinking from an open mouthed cup. Got a great and beautiful vehicle for a great price, and received exceptional service. Can t recommend enough. So happy I ended up here and very happy with my experience & purchase.

I've went through Mike Maroon before and had a great experience, went back but to this location and had another great experience. Everyone is so nice, patient, and they all went above and beyond. Special shout to Maddison who was able to handle our situation and get me into something I wanted instead of just being stuck with. She also help take care of a few minor issues my vehicle had but stayed on top of it. Thank you all for a great experience.

I was blown away by my experience at this dealership. Everyone I spoke to was beyond friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Peter, I don t think I ve ever met a more knowledgeable and personable sales representative in my life. He went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable and was able to answer all my questions and get me all set up with the new features of my car. Highly recommend this dealership, the people working there are incredible!

Amazing experience here. First time buyer at Mike Maroone and am hard pressed to find a more fair, equitable and honest experience when buying a car.Trade in offers were nothing short of aggressive (in a great way).Customer service and sales is impeccable. (See Blayne Brook)Was in and out with keys in hand in about 3 hours with a trade in, paperwork and keys without an appointment.Highly recommend coming here and seeing what they can do for you, you won't regret it

Alex Manary!! What an amazing salesperson! As soon as I walked in the dealership (looking like a lost puppy, no less), I was warmly greeted by Alex. I worked with her to purchase my new vehicle and she made me feel at ease with the process. I can not recommend her enough! She is an absolutely superior person and is so personable. My husband and I went to check on a possible vehicle. The salesman who helped us was Andres Roman. He was professional, kind, patient, and honest. He wasn't afraid to admit on something he didn't know. That day, everyone was happy and smiling. Paid attention to people. We recommend him if you want to get a vehicle from there.When we picked up our vehicle, it was a different atmosphere. We waited for a while till we had to grab someone's attention. It wasn't busy. Few salesmen acknowledged us but didn't ask if we needed something or if we were helped. We still recommend going here and asking for Andres Roman. Unfortunately, I don't remember the fellow employee who was with him. However, he was kind and professional as well. Thank you to Maroone for your help and getting our vehicle.

Had a terrible time trying to get a hold of someone on the phone to set an appointment. Called at least 8 times and left several messages. Ended up just setting an appointment online and having my vehicle towed there. Once I finally got an appointment, it was extremely difficult to get a hold of someone for updates on progress. It took much longer than it should for my vehicle to be "fixed" which it didn't even get fixed, they had it for 3 weeks. The same problems came back that they said we're fixed after less than 2 weeks of getting my vehicle back. I would not recommend going here to anyone, nor will I be bringing my truck back. I feel like I was overcharged for the work they did also. Staff was very nice once you could actually talk to them but it was not easy to get them to answer the phone or return my calls.

We brought in a 2006 suburban for a trade in and Ed was our sales representative. Ed was awsome, informative, and was able to get us into the vehicle we came in for. Even with a low credit on my part and no credit on my wife's side of things. Ed and the team were able to get us financed and with a reasonable interest rate.

An unfavorable situation arose involving the malfunction of the high voltage battery and the 12-volt battery necessitating replacement at an estimated cost of approximately $3,000. The vehicle remained exposed outdoors for over a week, and regrettably, was left unlocked in the parking lot.Upon transporting the vehicle to the dealership for assessment and subsequently to my residence via tow, I independently replaced the 12-volt battery, successfully resolving all associated issues. Seeking resolution, I communicated with corporate regarding the circumstances, as the dealership was uncertain of the battery's availability, leading to an extensive delay of approximately three months before the high voltage battery was procured.In light of the protracted delay and the inconveniences endured, I approached the dealership inquiring about potential goodwill or a discounted rate for the replacement part. Regrettably, they maintained their stance on the full price, despite my reservations about the necessity of the replacement. Should the need for such a part arise in the future, I am inclined to explore alternative service providers.
