My Durango had some steering issue that made it difficult and scary to drive. I had it worked on at original dealer twice, then had it to two other Dodge dealers 3 times in the last year. I had found the reviews of Mikes Frame and Alignment and decided to give them a try. Steve gave me a guarantee that he could and would fix my problem. I live 2 1/2 hours from his location but decided to take the chance and take my car there. Terrible weather and a couple of of unforseen delays but Steve made sure the car was finished and came in on Saturday morning to get me back on the road and headed home. Wonderful service and after all the other tries by the big dealers, my car is driving great and problems fixed. Thanks Steve, Megan and staff for taking care of my problem, going above and beyond and at a fair price. I can't give enough praise to you guys. Thanks!!!

Alignment techs understand what is going on to get your alignment right, not just following a procedure on a machine screen. They are able to work with the out of ordinary situations. i.e lifted lowered suspensions or less than perfect components. Front office staff is pleasant and congenial. Price is more than fair. I don't need alignments all that often, but this is my place.

I was looking for a mechanic to help me with my truck and visited a few places that couldn t help me, until I found Mike s Frame and Alignment.I brought my truck to Mike s Frame and Alignment with a bent frame, damage to front control arm, damage to bearings and some other parts needed to be replaced. Steve said they would fit my truck into their schedule and get started with it as soon as they could. They kept good communication with me about the process of my truck, and they got it done sooner than expected. I appreciate the time and work they put into it. Would absolutely recommend their services and will return to them again if needed. Thank you

This place ROCKS!!! I bought a Ford F350 recently, and unfortunately it had the notorious DEATH WOBBLE these trucks sometimes have. After calling Steve and explaining the problem, he was very knowledgeable and assured me that he was very familiar with these trucks and how to conquer this problem. Steve went above and beyond my expectations and not only fixed the problem, but made it to where it s even better than the flawed factory design. The entire experience of having the work done was fast, easy, straightforward, and quite frankly some of the best customer service I ve seen in a long time from ANYWHERE. If you have any alignment or suspension needs, THIS IS THE PLACE, HANDS DOWN! You can definitely tell this shop takes pride in their work, which is a difficult thing to find these days!

I tried one suspension shop and two dealerships before I stumbled upon these guys. To my absolute surprise they diagnosed the issue the same day and fixed my car in two days! Great communication, really easy to deal with and on top of that they charged me half of the darn dealer rate!I can't praise them enough!

I do my own auto work, but there will always be needs outside my skill level. Mike's checked my coupe for frame damage and didn't find anything out of place. They understood that I wanted to do my own work, so they discussed realistic options, offered themselves as a resource, and didn't try to upsell me on things I don't need. I'm pleased with my experience.Two things though:1. This place is super busy (and with good reason) so be patient with scheduling. I waited 2wks for my appointment.2. The folks there have a passion for vehicles and an understanding that not all vehicles stay stock. If you have a modified car and need alignment/inspection services, this seems like a great place to start.

Steve was rather dismissive on the phone, claiming it is impossible to adjust rear caster (for bump steer) on my car. When provided the technical documentation on how to make the adjustment, I was ghosted. It s better to admit you don t know how to do something, than just ghost. Not a great way to run a business.

This is a great shop if you need some alignment work done. I had a rear cradle alignment, as well as a full 4 wheel alignment on my 04 cts-v. Over the phone they explained the process and got me on the books. I had to change my appointment sort of last minute, but they were more than happy to get me back on the booms at. Better date.I dropped my car off the night before, and got a call late morning to confirm what was going on. They got the cradle and the alignment setup perfectly. They also went over my suspension and made sure it was set and sitting properly and made sure that my car was 100% ready for me to take it to church, slowly, only on Sundays.I highly recommend going here. I had an amazing experience and will certainly be back.10/18/2022: I installed a lot of new suspension parts on the front end of my 1998 toyota 4runner, and the alignment was pretty rough. I called and scheduled an appointment for today. I dropped my truck off at 8am and had it back a few short hours later. Excellent work as always. From street cars to old beat up 4runners these folks treated me the same and took great care of my vehicles.Do yourself the favor and take your vehicle here. You won't regret it. Wait the few extra days if you have to. Support a great business.

Came here for an alignment on my lowered infiniti that 2 other shops couldnt quite get dialed in right. They got the vehicle driving straight, not pulling in any direction, and got my steering wheel dead center (which I am kind of particular about and they NAILED it!).Everyone I conversed with was super friendly and nice. I will definitely be taking my other vehicle over to them.Would HIGHLY recommend this shop.Service: Wheel alignment

Let me tell u....if anyone out there still believes in Christmas miracles it's me and only because this wonderful group of people havehelped me get back mobile . I'm a single mama ....I've been thru some Serious struggles and this place had honestly restored my faith in the human being. I cried many tears. Michelle at the front desk is just as beautiful outside as she is on the inside and truly cares. This team helped me believe in miracles again. They have been my savings grace and I don't know what they personally believe....but I truly thank God for them .

This place is a lifesaver literally!! I drive for a living so I need my alignment on point especially on the snow. He got my alignment tight and on point.. now it s drive like it should!!! Had my alignment done twice before this and didn t feel right so finally came to Mikes alignment.. so grateful for their knowledge on alignment.!!!

I brought my truck to "Mikes" and asked for a ballpark figure. The ballpark figure was $800 but resulting total bill from Mikes was $1500.We had several discussions which resulted in me saying "I guess I misunderstood you" because I discerned a reversal from what had been stated before. Generally, not a good sign.He couldn't find the part, so I had to order the part myself and bring it to him, I wanted my truck back. That part was $625 including tax. It took me a "non-professional" literally about 5 minutes worth of google search to find it. So the total bill for me the "customer" was $2125. That's 2.5x's the original "ballpark" figure. I call that a serious, "miscommunication" .The icing on the cake was driving it home it pulled to the right. Think I'm going to go back to Mikes ?

COS friends, if you need honest & ethical auto repair for a fair price, give Steve and his crew a call at Mike's....they'll do a great job and will stand behind everything they do! I had some brake issues and Steve finally figured it out...I trust all my cars to his shop and even trust them to make the right decisions without worry about him ripping me off or charging me for stuff I don't need. Don't let the name fool you...they do it all!

We trusted this shop with our grandsons 99' Jeep that had sone damage to the front radiator/bumper support. It took us over 5 weeks and 3 phone calls to get our vehicle into their shop and they did an absolute horrific repair job. Their work looked like some 15 year old kid did it. Absolutely no craftsmanship in this repair. When our grandson picked up the vehicle he questioned the bent edges around the part they were supposed to straighten out. They told him he would have to do that part himself as they only pulled the smashed area out. They just wanted to get his vehicle out of their shop and do larger jobs. We do not have the tools or expertise required to complete the repair. Whatever you do, do not patronized this shop. We used them because they had a good online rating. They ripped off our grandson who is struggling with Autism and had very little money to fix his Jeep. There was absolutely no excuse to return the vehicle in the pitiful condition it was in. BEWARE OF THIS SHOP!

Best shop in town and probably in the state. 2nd time going there now and it's the only place I trust to touch my car. They care about getting it done right unlike other places that I've been to. I do all my own work until I need the heavy equipment so I'll take it here and know that it will be perfect.

Had my truck aligned by 2 other shops a total of three times and they couldnt get it right. My truck has a lift and was referred to Mike's by Predator off road.. First off lets start off by arriving to Mikes 30 min before my scheduled appointment and they got me right in... then they only took 45min to comple3 the alignment.. Took it for a test drive and straight as an arrow. IF YOU WANT GREAT SERVICE GO TO Mike's hands down they can fix it!Service: Wheel alignment

Our family will only use this shop for our vehicles. They are Honest, Trust worthy, and do the job for a fair price. Both my daughters trucks have been to this shop if i didn't trust their work i would not allow them to work on my daughters vehicles. Both my Passat wagon and my husbands GMC Sierra have had work done by Mike's Frame and not one bit of a problem. These guys and gals are truely awesome!!!!!! We will only recommend this shop to anyone who asks for a frame & alignment shop here in Colorado!

Once i found Mike's frame when I was driving parts I refused to even entertain another shop when it came to my cars needs. I always trusted Steve's word and knew that when Jeff was behind the wrench my vehicle was in good hands... I still recommend them even to strangers lol.

The one thing I can sayabout Mike's Frame & Alignment is they are honest. We needed an opinion about repair on the front end of a 2010 Chevy Malibu. They know when to say no on repair. Steve gave us the truth and saved us a lot of headache. Thank you Steve.

Took my very lowered car there and Steve went out of his way to get it on his rack not once but twice! 1st time to tell me what was wrong...free of charge! And 2nd time to actually align it. Car drives nice and straight now. Only people I take all my vehicles to for alignment service!
