I recently had extensive work done on my BMW at this Midas location, and one of the parts failed. They very professionally honored their warranty, with out any problems. They ordered the part be delivered overnight, and replaced it as soon as soon as it came in. Everyone I worked with was very professional and helpful, however, Brad was especially, attentive and professional throughout the process. I am pleased to know I am doing business with people willing to stand behind their products and service.

Excellent service. My car's skit fell off and was dangiing. They fixed it for free in a timely manner. Ian and Brad who helped me on this incident were very polite. Gave me a lot warm feelings.They fixed my battery a while ago. That was an emergency on the road. I was in a hurry and they were able to squeeze me in a busy morning time slot. I am fully satisfy with their services.I then signed up their Golden oil change service, which was also a great deal. Great experience overall. Store management was very helpful in replacing a bad fuel pump on my car. They also worked with the warranty provider for the shop where the previous work was done, to minimize out of pocket costs for me.

Nathan (the manager I believe) was awesome. I was 25 minutes early for my appointment. I had an issue at home to get back to and hinted that I would not be unhappy if he got me in early. He did just that, ten minutes early. I also told him that I just wanted an oil change on my 21 year old truck, nothing else. Again he took the hint and didn't spend time looking for problems as he knew I couldn't spend time there on that day. Total time in the shop - 25 minutes. Great service!

Nate and the team at Midas were very helpful and responsive after I ended up with a flat tire. I was convinced I would need a new tire. Fortunately, they were very honest and informed me that a new tire wasn t required as it could be fixed with a plug. They went above and beyond and filled all my tires without me even having to ask. I highly recommend them and will definitely return when I need new tires.Service: Tires

Terrible. Awful customer service. Tried to say I needed a 2000 service repair. Then refused to do what I actually wanted. Went to Brakes Plus and got it done for 206. Michael was terrible. Didn t try to help at all. Never had an experience like that. Wish I could give 0 starts. Please do better

I brought my wife's vehicle to get brakes done. The team quickly evaluated the entire braking system and we're able to give a detailed breakdown of what they found and recommended repair. Their quote was hundreds of $'s cheaper than the dealership and the work was finished earlier than estimated! I will definitely be returning with any other repairs I don't feel like doing myself!Service: Brakes

I want to also give a great recommendation to Nate. He has always been great with my cars and his customer service is amazing. He is acutely one of the only managers that seem to care about you and your vehicle and not trying to screw you over like some of these other shops. I highly recommend seeing Nate if you need to have you vehicle fixed or just a pm.Today my car broke down on me unexpectedly. The closest shop was midas. I had my car towed to this location and was greeted by a gentleman named Luke Watkins. Without hesitation Luke took care of my cars troubles with speed and efficiency. The customer service that Luke brought to me that day was amazing. You don't meet very many people that greet their customers with the type of customer service that Luke did. Due to Luke's outstanding customer service and willing to take on whatever the issue was with my vehicle without an appointment was very impressive. Our family has been taking multiple vehicles to this Midas location for decades. They ALWAYS diagnose the problems correctly and apply the appropriate repairs/services. Nate and Luke are a great team and they have a wonderful team of service professionals. They do NOT try to sell you on unnecessary services. They are honest, professional, and friendly. Everyone at this location treats you like family. We have the highest trust in this business and location and feel comfortable continuing to take our vehicles to them as long as we live nearby. This was my second time at this Midas location, and I guarantee I won t take my car anywhere else. Luke has worked with me both times and let me tell you, he is such an honest man. They diagnose your car and explain everything to you in detail. I appreciate this act so much. So many car places just tell you what you need to buy without showing you or explaining what s wrong. Not only are they honest, they work you in quickly, the waiting room is clean, prices are reasonable, and take a minute to look up Midas coupons- it ll save you money!! Management and crew are honest and reliable! Am very picky with who maintains my car. Recommend to make an appointment since they are usually booked, and they know many of their repeat customers when they walk in the door. Will also provide recommendations for future maintenance needs.

I have taken my vehicle and my wife's vehicle to this Midas and work performed 3 times.The first time, I went for an oil change and ended up having to get brand new rotors, $1300.00.Second time, oil change and alignment, and they tell me I need parts for the rear to do alignment because Dodge does put the alignment bolts, $900.00.I understood both of these. No issue.Took in my wife's car for oil change. They tell us the serpentine belt is cracked and needs immediately replaced, $700.00.Since bringing my wife's car home, it does nothing but squeal when backing up.We paid my wife's Nissan off, never one issue with squealing in 5 years. Take it in, and now it squeals.I talked to their manager, and he told me on our first talk that it's hard to find the sweet spot on the tightening of the belt.Well, then you shouldn't be messing with things you can place back in their original state.The second time, he says it's the air conditioner compressor, and it'll cost $900.00 minimum to stop the squeal.We take it in, no squeal, get it back, squeal, and now it's going to cost $900.00 minimum to fix.And here's the big kicker. After the squealing, they told us to bring it in, so we dropped it off and took our other car from there to the Renaissance fair for the day. That afternoon , on our way home, we stopped to check on the car. They give my wife the keys and we walk to our cars, this guy comes running out to my wife and gets the milage from my wife's car, every trip we took to midas on north academy Colorado Springs, that was the first thing they did upon arriving, get milage. We get home, and my wife tells me her seat didn't need adjusted, my wife stands 5 foot tall, there's no way any average man is getting in or out of that nissan without pushing back the seat, and there is no 5 foot tall man on that shift. My point, they never pulled the car in the garage all day to look under the hood, to either adjust the belt or actually see if it was the air conditioner compressor, yet they diagnosed it. They just left it in the parking lot.Dishonesty is the worst thing you can find in a mechanic or any service.I've had it with midas and their constant ability to find something wrong or, in the case of my wife's car, to create something that needs fixed immediately.Do yourself a favor. Take it to another mechanic before issuing work here. Get another diagnosis.Better yet, just find another mechanic.After the belt issue with my wife's car because they couldn't tighten it correctly and then tried to find a way to have us come out of pocket another grand, all trust is gone.

!!! Avoid This Shop!!! Sometimes things happen, but this was egregious.Took car into Midas 9/10/22 for a timing belt replacement and slight shimmy because of glowing reviews.Paid: $3,732.31Car was worse than when it went in With the car having worse handling and the check engine light coming back on, I was skeptical of Midas and took it to another shop.Found: Cam and Crank timing two teeth off.Found: Missing screws and loose bolts on timing belt cover/related components.Found: Bad alignment, after Midas told me their door was broken but it would be fine to get an alignment later. One tire destroyed in less than a week because of this.Found: Broken motor mount, after being told motor mounts would be checked after finding a different one broken.Nate "the owner" said he would talk to the other owner(s) of this Midas and "make it right"After waiting a generous month, Nate never called back.!!!AVOID THIS SHOP!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

Visiting from out of town and our van was burning and smoking. Got off the interstate and Midas was the first place we saw that might have someone that knew what they were doing. Luke came out and took a look and had an idea what was wrong. After confirming with our Toyota mechanic back home he said the same thing oil cooling line blew oil everywhere in engine compartment and front to back of the chassis underneath. Nathan and Luke were great also discovered our battery was shot and needed replaced when trying to start it up after putting some oil in it. They were very busy with scheduled appointments as well as walk-ins. Knew they couldn t fix it before the day was over (already 5:00 at this point) but could have the part in the morning and us back on the road by noon. Nathan took our group in two trips to our hotel down the road a couple of miles. The next morning I walked the mile + to the shop and within the hour we were back on the road at 12:15. All while running into some difficulties removing the old oil cooling line and breaking a tool in addition to our last minute emergency and fitting us in. Great guys very knowledgeable, great service and overall great experience. Not being a mechanic I m always afraid of getting taken advantage of but Nathan and Luke and the other mechanic (sorry, can t remember your name) were awesome!

I was out of town and my car started overheating. This was the closest auto shop and they were slammed that day. I pulled into their lot and, between their already overbooked appointments, they helped me assess whether or not I could "band aid" the issue and get back home. They made safe and caring recommendations and then were able to schedule my work for the next day! Replaced my radiator and took on extra A/C work when we threw it in there. Nathan is clearly caring and his team is knowledgeable. Jaime's experience with my issue came in handy and they communicated their analysis well.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Engine repair

My service advisor was Lucas. He and his team are absolutely amazing. Not only was the service done well, it was also completed about an hour ahead of schedule. The facility was neat and the waiting area was comfortable. Vacationing in The Springs started home and found my truck sputtering and not working well. I went to Ford they were under construction and backed up 1 week but they highly recommended Mr Luke at Midas. I went to Midas. I was given an appointment for the next day at 1pm but to come at 8am and they would work me in sooner if possible.8am next I show up and Luke got some info and drove it into the bay and started working on it. He found the problem fixed it and the next day drove home to Tucson thru several down pours with out any problems. My Larry a 2004 F150 4X4 Lariat is running like new and we recommend Mr Luke at Midas to anyone who will listen especially my family here in The Springs!!Service: Electrical repair
