5 month old Mercedes with stalling on highways and brake error messages and response is no loaner and maybe get in in 2 weeks, callous service dept customer service.Words such as it seems fine now even before checking for errors.Losing customers. Management take heed please.Will not buy from here or likely service here again.Time for alt dealer in springs as their wait times are too high to be viable or customer friendly.

Let me contribute to this growing list of terrible reviews and say that I've experienced first-hand, just how terrible this place is! Was told my new tires would take about 4 hours... well, now over 24 friggin hours later, they STILL haven't changed 4 simple tires (including alignment)!! BEWARE!!

They have always been professional and courteous. One of the best dealerships Drew in sales Ken in service and the finance manager are great. The owners are going to have to expand at some point because as the springs grows they are getting a bit backed up.

They just aren't as good as they used to beThis is the 2nd time in a row where it took them 3-4 werks for what should ne a routine repair. Repair quality is still excellent, but it takes a LONG time to get it done.
