Folks, this is a great place to work with. They were incredibly helpful and kind and exceptionally efficient. I needed to get my side-view mirror replaced and they were just extremely helpful from start to finish. Cassidy is incredible and did a great job and I'll definitely recommend/be back.

I had more work than the a usual visit for my truck. I had the engine replaced and a full brake job. Jeffrey and Ryan were great. Ryan is a master with engine replacements and Jeffrey was great with the brakes and other work. They were both very attentative to all the details involved. Brandon met me with a great personality and a preparedness I hadn't seen in a while. I told him I may not buy today, but I was still treated like I was going to make a purchase. Ensuring I had access to vehicles I wanted to look at and guidance when I asked. He didn't push me, and he remembered my name. I felt like my purchases and my well-being mattered.When I couldn't get what I hoped for, he fought for it, and when it didn't work out, I was able to settle for something very similar and something that made the wife happier. Thank you for correcting and proving to me that McCloskey is worth Colorados continued business and love.

On a cross-country road trip and hit a barrel (dropped by a semi-trailer). Friend recommended this shop and Adam, Cassidy, and Drew were all professional, prompt, and forthcoming. Parts and labor were fairly priced as per market standards. Never felt as if I were getting conned (as opposed to some other dealerships or shops I've been to).People vote with their money. I guarantee there are tons of people using this shop time-and-time again but instead of writing reviews, they simply return.. which is what I will do if I'm unfortunate enough to hit another barrel on the way back!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Greg in service is awesome great people person. He got me in for an oil change and out in a timely matter. Very helpful! I made an appointment days ago and when I called to confirm the time he didn t see an appointment for me but got me in within an hour of calling.

They were able to diagnose my vehicle in a swift manner. Brandon was the service advisor who walked me through the process keeping me in the loop. My husband and I worked all day with David B. David was extremely professional and knowledgeable about many different vehicles that they had on several lots. He worked diligently for hours calculating different scenarios that might work for our particular situation checking with managers and finance personnel. He was absolutely amazing. Everyone pulled together to make our experience a fair and pleasant one, keeping us in the loop of changes and options. I cannot give a negative star rating or I would. My 2017 Dodge Journey, purchased on April 29, 2021, is in the for it's 9th attempt at a repair for the same issue it has had since it was discovered on April 30, 2021. Management has changed twice, I've been lied to about my warranty, the managers, both old and new tell me there is nothing they can do, and that I have to fix it before I can TRADE IT IN. -10 stars. The front desk people and the mechanics at the service center are friendly, and are trying hard. Everyone above them are liars, arrogant and let that National Quality Dealer of the Year go to their heads. I came here because of their reputation and got burned harder than any other customer service experience I have ever had anywhere. Contract papers are missing, I was given no choice about the extended warranty, and the morning after I purchased it, I popped the seat storage open to discover a used dirty spoon, a person's set of glasses, napkins, crumbs and paperwork. A dirty used spoon in a pandemic, might I add. It's been through a bumper to bumper inspection not once, not twice, but 6 times now and I continue to have problems with it. Nearly the entire suspension system has been replaced, according to the sales manager it "sounds like a misdiagnosis." I was told the noise I was experiencing was the transmission and it had to get worse or the warranty would not cover it. Ive been forced to drive a ticking time bomb as I have had to do cross-state commuting every weekend due to my mother passing away in June (her illness is the reason I purchased the vehicle for frequent reliable transportation to the Western Slope). I will NOT be quiet about this experience. I have a violent shaking in the front end that developed the minute I left a different tire shop on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 that was pawned off as "I got a bad tire" by the service center. No one will accept accountability for the fact that they sold me a bad vehicle, and even argued with me about the Lemon Law. I have a service record on this vehicle that far exceeds any record should on a vehicle. I have taken 2 service managers on extended test drives for diagnosis at my own expense for time and gas. It's been test driven a total of 12 times without even an offer to replace the fuel they've used. I understand that I purchased a used vehicle and that I took a certain level of risk with that purchase, but I will never again allow myself to be taken advantage of the way that this dealership has taken advantage of me. If you value your time, your SAFETY, and your money, DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE.EDIT*** In response to the owner's response here, my vehicle is currently sitting in the repair center AGAIN. This is trip number 14 and it has been there since Tuesday, September 28, 2021 which it is now waiting on an inspector. I have attempted to reach the owner several times and this is the first time that I've seen a reply to anything. I implore you to go down to your Service Center and pull the service records on this. I have all notes and all print outs for the work done to date, as well as call records, text messages and pictures of everything I have stated. I would not openly lie, and I have picked up the phone and called this business well over 20 times. The most recent fiasco was taking it in for another diagnostic over 2 weeks ago and waiting 6 days for a call back on the next step for parts or further diagnosis.

Every time I come Greg is friendly, upbeat, and super helpful. The mechanics here are truthful and reliable and I truly trust them with my car.

This place is over priced! They make you an offer of I'll give you 4,000 for your trade in. The thing is the price they ask for is that much more of other places. The sales man had the nerve to say I don't make a commission on this sale. What a liar, I know better. My mom worked at car dealerships all her life. I went to work with her. She did the books. With 10,000 down they wanted 775. A month. You're kidding me. We found a much better deal. Want lied to in Denver.

Took my 2019 Grand Cherokee in unannounced to get a quote for the tailgate centre break light. I had previously been quoted $1100 by the Faircy Boys Dealership. My service advisor was Alex who is extremely professional and knowledgable. He offered to get it looked at there and then in order to obtain a quote. When the tech bought the car back out of the shop I noticed the rear brake light was now seated correctly. This was about to get awkward as I had no form of payment and though I was just getting a quote. Alex explained to me that the amount of time they spent on the vehicle it wasn't worth charging me, they simply re-seated the break light in it's fixing.If you want honest opinions and a fair price Alex is the man to see, he has definitely earned my recommendation and repeat business.

Went looking for a 4wheel drive, had the privilege to meet Nazzi she was wonderful, & helpful. Unfortunately we only found a 2wheel drive. Awesome truck just not what we needed. They went above and beyond to help us and we so appreciate them, and will be back when we are looking again. Love the helpfulness they showed us. Nazzi is your woman to go to!!! 5 STARS or more for her.

I am very pleased with the service provided. My problem is the LACK of face covering in the service dept. I have been here for an hour and only one person has worn anything covering. Greg. Thank you. I have seen 7 or 8 people plus a customer and service person in the bay none of which had on a mask. If we are going to get back to some normalcy everyone needs to participate.....Thank you for your response, unfortunately the people not wearing a mask were not the customers. As stated above Greg was the only employee who was wearing a mask.Service: Oil change

I thought this shop was the best one in town but unfortunately they showed me the opposite by telling me to get a totally new car because my engine was going out. It sounded fishy to me because I thought I just needed a head gasket fixed. I took it to another shop and not only did they tell me I didn t need a new car they told me I needed a new head gasket which is exactly what I thought I needed and that they would replace it for $200. The owner of the shop stayed late so I could have my vehicle for the weekend. My business will go to an honest family owned shop who is affordable and I would recommend the same shop, EXO Auto to anybody else.

Andrew, the tech, was very helpful. From helping the front desk on a busy day to making sure my car passed safety inspection/oil change. He was very good at communication and everyone had a great attitude.

My car has been in the show TO BE WORKED ON sense the beginning of March 2020. I have not been communicated with at any step of the way. I have not had my vehicle for over a month when all it needed was a new brake line. Then a mechanic by the name of brandon apparently broke my shifter on my Mercedes r500. The tow truck driver informed me of this. The top man at McCloskeys then tried to say it came in like that. No it did not. By the end they told me I would only pay for parts. That's nice until you think that they claimed the parts were coming from Mercedes and it was taking long because "Mercedes sends people with more money parts first." Once they got the parts they told me given the broken shifter they couldnt get it to move. Then stating I had breaks that worked even though thats not true, hence the tow. Before the quarantine they told me that the only mechanic able to do the job hadnt been showing up, buying them time I suppose. They had also told me they were going to try to stay open at essential employees. Come to find out at when i had to call, they shut down for quarantine. Then 2 days ago i received a call from one of them stating they were planning on sending my parts back because they didnt know what to do with them. My car was there this hole time sitting out back. I told him i want it fixed please do it. I was also informed it would be done by the man i spoke with during the quarantine. The guy on the phone asked when i could get my car in to work on it.... IT IS STILL THERE, WHAT DOES HE MEAN? I was then told that he would figure it out and let me know what was going on. After about 15 minutes I called back deciding to bring it somewhere else i was told i couldnt just pay for the parts and take it to another place. When i went in 2 days ago after the call i was told the mechanic was having a hard time draining my break line, which had no fluid because it was broke. No duh, the line was broke, no fluid means no drain. At this point i just ask when it will be done and i am assured it will be done by the next day. I request a call about it when they know and am assured i will get one. Next day rolls around and I wait for an update. No update. I call the shop to ask when they think it will be done and am told the mechanic is out to lunch at 2:30pm.... Then am told I will be called back later that same day. 5:50 rolls around and i call back to no answer. I leave a message explaining my upset about this and that i will be needing a call back today or we will have bigger issues. It is now 2:36 pm the following day of when it was supposed to be done with no call. I have been treated so poorly that normally I do not review places at all even if im bothered, that this place has officially detained my car unlawfully and will be hearing from me later, I will probably head in and hear another excuse as to why their mechanics aren't done. I was very patient and understanding but this is unbelievable. I get things happen but it is now MAY FIRST and i have not been consulted or informed in any way. Be careful and dont cut them slack. They will walk all over you if you do.

i bought a used vehicle from them. my power mirror didnt fold,so sales guy said if you buy our extended warranty, wait 30 days then come back to our service center we will file a claim to get the mirror fixed.guess what, THEY DENIED MY CLAIM !!!! $2,600 warranty i bought for nothing!!!!dont bother reporting with BBB. its not for the consumer. if you have a complaint go directly to AUTO DEALERS ASSOCIATION of colorado..DONT BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY from them . its a rip-off !! they lie to the customer!! every claim that you file will be under(wear & tear)which is not covered in any warranty scam that mccloskey sells.save your money !!! DONT BUY WARRANTY
