Mark's Collision And Classics is an amazing small business. They are family owned and you can tell by the warm, relatable, consistently communicative customer service they provide. I've used them twice on two different cars. Both times the cars turned out clean and better than new. They set transparent expectations, including if they don't know an answer but will find out, and have managed to exceed them each time. If you want someone trustworthy to work on your automobile, take it to Mark's!

I have used Mark's Collision twice now. I would not even consider going any place else to address my auto body repairs. They do excellent work at a reasonable price. Their estimates have always been right on target and my car ready when they said it would be finished. Honest and highly effective. What more could one want from a repair expert? It's all at Mark's.

My 4Runner was hit by a nasty hail storm over the summer and Mark's Collision came highly recommended for the repairs. It ended up needing almost the whole left side of the car replaced. I was very nervous having that much work done that it would be noticeable where work had been done and what was original, but I really couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. When I picked it up, not only was the outside was sparkly clean, but they took the time to clean the inside as well. It's never convenient or fun having your car in a shop for any amount of time, but it was still a very pleasant and easy process working with them!

Mark's Collision and Classics was amazing to work with. Their friendly staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The quality of their work is second to none. I brought them my 2011 Mustang 5.0 after it was wrecked thinking it would never look the same again.When my car was returned to me, it looked amazing! It looks better then the day I bought it. These guys put lots of time and effort into getting my car done right. You can tell they don't cut corners, and they take their time to ensure even the smallest details are not overlooked. The paint match is nearly flawless, and you can't even tell it was ever wrecked. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who wants their body work done right.

I own a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500. The mileage is 103,000. In July, I had a collision that damaged the right cab side of the truck. Insurance claimed it as Totaled. A new equal truck would cost more than $70,000. Mark's Collision was not the cheapest price to repair the damage; but, Mark has an A+ Rating at the BBB. The other shop had a C- Rating. I refused to take on problems from a shop with a history of problems. I was given an honest estimate from Mark and told that would include everything possible; BUT, if the work and parts were less, then the cost will come down. The Final Cost was $1,764.05 below the estimate and more than $600 less than the other estimate. The Work is Superior. Both right side doors were damaged. I cannot see any difference in the replacement doors and the two original left side doors. The paint is a perfect match. I give MARK'S COLLISION an A+ RATING. Mark's Collision has worked on both my husband's truck and my Honda. We were both completely satisfied with the service we received, from start to finish. Our vehicles were returned to us looking like new. Emily in the front office was personable and professional. Mark s collision and classics have been doing mine and my families repairs for 15 years. There s a reason why I keep going back because they are honest and they are as quick as they can be, but doing the repairs and paint jobs to perfection. They stand behind you they work for you they work with insurances. A little overdue on my end, but if you re looking for a paint/body shop, and you re in or near the Springs area, this is without a doubt the place to go. This was the first place I went to get a price quote from after my incident, and after going to 2 different places, I knew my decision was made even without having the quote sent over to me. Very professional, friendly, and top quality results. I even went as far as having a professional detailer inspect the results since I had my vehicle ceramic coated and was planning to get it redone after the paint and body work was completed, and knowing how precise professional detailers are with their craft, there was no doubt that the results are top notch. I am hoping to get a few other things done on my vehicle as far as paint work, and I know exactly where I will be taking them! A big thank you from my end, and I hope this review serves as peace of mind for other potential customers that are skeptical about getting paint/body work to begin with.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Outstanding service and results. The damaged tailgate on my SUV looked brand new after their skilled work. If you want to get your car repaired tomorrow...forget it. These folks have a large clientele earned with respect and quality. But if you're willing to wait until they have an opening, it is time well spent and you won't regret it. After my car was "hit" (tapped) by a school bus, I called Peak Auto to get it in. Of course, I wasn't initally thinking, but Peak is more of a mechanic shop. They referred me to Mark's and honestly...it makes sense why. I think good people/businesses stick together. I trust the guys over at Peak Auto so it was a no-brainer to trust their recommendation.Everyone at Mark's was great! The office ladies were sweet and accommodating, especially because I always had little ones with me.Mark's did a great job and had my vehicle washed and ready to go. They even left it in the bay after it was washed so that the doors wouldn't freeze shut (obviously it was a very cold day.) Little, thoughtful details like that make a world of a difference.

This was an unexpected hit and run. To say the least, very frustrating. I Googled "body shops" and found Mark's Collision. It was greatness at first search. I refuse to take my vehicle to the bigger names and larger body shops due to HORRIBLE experiences.My first contact with Mark's was such a relief. I was treated with respect and like I am family. The process was handled with such ease and professionalism. Not only was the communication on point, the end product met beyond expectations. My car was also returned to me clean inside and out.I hope more individuals are fortunate enough to take their vehicles to Mark's should an unfortunate event occur. Mark and his team did an outstanding job repairing animal strike damage to my 4Runner. Not only did they get me scheduled quickly, but they fought on my behalf for the appropriate funds from my insurance carrier to do the job right! My vehicle was returned to me in BETTER condition than when I dropped it off to them. Emily, and the rest of Mark's team, did a fantastic job of communicating with me throughout the entire process. They kept me updated via email, answered whenever I called, and kept good notes on our discussions. The quality of the repair work, attention to detail, and customer service, was more than I could have asked for. I can't recommend their services enough!

Mark's replaced a car door on our Mazda when someone backed into it. They had great communication with us throughoutthe process, worked with the insurance company so we didn't have to, and even found a door for less than the insurance check and passed the savings along to us! I would highly recommend them and would definitely bring my car there again for future body work.Service: Body & Trim

Hit a deer that caused damage to front of my vehicle. Mark's Collision was able to get an estimate right away and told me what to expect from insurance as well as a timeline for the repairs. Everything happened like they said with insurance and they were right on schedule with the repairs and kept me informed with updates as well. I'm glad I found a place to take my vehicle to if repairs ever need done in the future and a great place to recommend to others!

After incurring over $18,000.00 in wind storm sand damage on my 2016 Lexus and interviewing several highly rated high end vehicle auto body repair shops in Colorado Springs I chose Mark's Collision & Classics to do the work and man oh man am I glad I did! Mark and his assistant Emily are truly the all around best of the best professionals. They both took total charge of my problem from the get go. Upon my arrival at his shop Mark stopped what he was doing and directed his full attention to me and my car's damage. Mark meticulously walked me around my Lexus inspecting every square inch of the vehicle pointing out all damage incurred including damage that I as a layman would have never noticed. He did this in an effort to be sure that the final job would be perfect and it was. Emily also helped from the very beginning by dealing with my insurance company and did a fabulous job making sure that I was treated fairly by them. My Lexus looks as good if in fact better then it did when I bought it new! Bottom line is if you need auto body and or paint work Mark's is not only the very best place to go it is the only place to go.

It s been some years since I had work done here. Recommended through transmission clinic and also my father. Mark painted a hood for me after my car was it and it needed to be replaced. He did a phenomenal job matching the black paint on a 20 year old infiniti. It looked brand new again! If I ever need more body work, or I know anyone that does I always recommend marks collision.

I cant say enough about this place. I was getting ready to move out of state and an unfortunate accident occured badly denting my drivers side front fender. It was terrible timing and i only had days before i was leaving. Mark took my truck for a day making sure i had a loaner and by 5:00 pm I was back on the road and you could never tell it had been dented. Paint matched perfect, body lines razor sharp. This guy is a miracle worker. Thank you Mark and crew for your efforts

Best body shop in town. Staff is kind, knowledgeable and clearly cares about their customers. Highest-quality work and customer service. Mark's Collision helped me a lot with my car after crashing it with towing and storage and I couldn't have asked for more from the Mark's Collision family.

Truck will be going back for a 3rd time. Had the truck from Sept 19 until Nov 1 for hail repair. Door is not aligned, cut bed liner, passenger helper handle to get in not attached, mixed up some wires so lights and blue tooth didn't work....very disappointed at this point. I will update when he makes it right. I know there busy but this quality control is unacceptable.Update Mark did make it right, they did offer to take care of everything. I was appreciative they took the time to correct everything and addressed my concerns. They have good customer service and told me they are working on the QC.

We've used Marks Collision on 2 occasions now (one restore, one hit and run repair). Both times they were outstanding both in the quality of the work and the professionalism. Highly recommend.

Mark is the only one that I will trust to paint my vehicles. He completely repainted my dodge mega cab and it was flawless. I also have a 67 camaro that they have added a cowl hood deck spoiler and the paint matches perfectly. I know that my car will be perfect when it s finished

They show no respect to there customers. After taking more than three months (and still not done) to work on a 1 month repair, the office manager finds me at fault. I provided the van and down payment timely and informed them of my need for the van in my business. Mark states he is working on it constantly. How reassuring!

I FINALLY HAVE MY CAR FIXED!!!!! AND IN A TIMELY FASHION!!! Maaco ruined my car for a minor bumper repair. After 9 trips to maaco they voided my warranty and refused to complete their work. Went to several other shops and they all declined to get involved. I just wanted my 2016 car fixed so the bumper wasn't coming loose every 2 weeks. Mark you are ***AWESOME*** and so is the rest of your staff. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

Had our Camry in about a month ago for some repairs to the bumper and door. The car was finished on time and the repairs turned out beautiful. I appreciate that the car was nicely cleaned up both inside and out as well.
