Brought my Tesla in to get multiple areas repainted after rock chip damage and some of original factory paint wearing off. The production manager, Judy, paid special attention to my concerns and how I wanted the vehicle to look upon completion. The Maaco team nailed it! My car looks like I just rolled it off the Tesla lot again. So grateful for their attention to detail on this job. Highly recommend!

I don t write many reviews but felt compelled to leave one for this Maaco. Needed the front bumper replaced on my Miata. Victor was great to work with from the beginning, and the place treated me like family. They were able to order my part the same day I came in, and schedule a repair the very next week. They blended the paint perfectly. Very happy with the work, highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The whole team took care of me. Second time using them this time under warranty protection. Judy went to bat for me. Victor went out of his way on the weekend to get my car safely in the shop being I am from out of town. The owner took time to hear me out and approved the work which is very much appreciated. I m sure his plate was full. Thanks guys. Car looks amazing !

I brought my vehicle in on the 11th and was told it would take a week for the repairs to get done. A week later I got a call from the Manager with a revised estimate and was given another time frame for the repairs to be complete which was Tuesday March 26th. It is now the 27th and still no work or repairs have been done to my vehicle. I have had to call in multiple times just to get an update on my car (other than when the Manager called for a higher estimate which costs more money) and each time it has been an issue which lead to my car repairs taking longer than expected. My car has literally been at this establishment for 3 weeks and I have been with out a car for the same amount of time and will be getting it back in the same condition and this is just ridiculous.

Victor provided responsive, timely support.Replacement bumper looks great. Only issue is delay in completion. Otherwise very satisfied.

I've used this Maaco shop (Chelton Circle) 4 or 5 times in the past decade, and have always been very happy with both the quality of their work and their prices. Highly recommend!

Had some hail damage repaired and while I have no issues with the work everything else about the experience was lacking. My initial estimate was 1-2 weeks, which then became 3-4 weeks. I was then told maybe Tuesday of week 5, which then became Tuesday of week 7. I realize I am not the only one getting hail damage repaired but having to wait over 7 weeks for some minor dents and a new windshield is ridiculous. All I got were some half hearted apologies. Will not be back.And lastly, when I left my gas light came on. I didn't take it in on empty so someone blew through my gas somehow while it was there. Ridiculous.Service: Body & Trim

Maaco did a great Job! I took my skyline to have some body work done and a new color and i am beyond happy with the end result. This is my weekend/show car and i cant enter it in events with confidence.

Do NOT take your vehicle here. The person who worked on my vehicle, removed the model letters on the driver s side door then refused to put them back on. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the letters were on tape in the center console. The same employee broke my automatic side mirror on the driver s side door. After I picked up my vehicle, the driver s side mirror would not close automatically. When I dropped my vehicle off, it worked fine. My vehicle is a 2021 and the employee obviously is not capable of working on newer model vehicles. My vehicle was there just over a week. I called for a status and later the same day I received a call back stating my vehicle was miraculously ready. Shame on them. Very tacky & unprofessional.Service: Body & Trim

My car was in the shop for 6 weeks and still came out incomplete. Body lines dont line line up on my liftgate, plastic protective cover under my bumper wasn't attached and came flying off on i25. I have a blown tweeter in my dash from the technician blasting my sound system. I have a keyless entry malfunction from a proximity sensor not reconnected. At one point they lost my emblems for the car and had to order new...i found them in my glove box... I wont be back that's for sure.Service: Body & Trim

So apparently my battery died while the car was in their shop and they jump started it but when I went to pick up my car from the shop they did not tell me that the battery is dead it had only enough power in it to get me home and then it died again at home and so I had go tow it to a mechanic shop for a replacement. Very disappointed I would not trust them to work on my car again. This picture is from my dashcam when they were trying to do a jump start.

I never leave bad reviews. But I would not recommend this Maaco. I had body damage from a car accident, I went in to get a quote on November 28, and was quoted 7k by a man named Nathaniel, and was told December 23 the work would be completed. I didn t have collision on my insurance policy so I was self paying for all of the repairs. December 26th the owner of the shop Jeff calls me and says they just did the initial break down on the car, and told me that the price for the repairs is going up to 12k because they didn t include the air bag repair in the initial estimate and they found some hidden body damage in a wheel well. I asked multiple times why the airbag repairs weren t included in the initial estimate, and the owner Jeff reports that I brought in an estimate from another company and they were basing there estimate on that. I never brought in a competitors estimate. The airbags were dangling from the side panel when I brought the car in for the estimate, and these repairs were not included in the estimate. I just picked my car up today, it is February 2nd, well over a month after the initial time estimated for the repairs and the 5k additional I was expected to pay out of pocket. I had a very poor experience with MAACO, the owner Jeff and the estimator Nathaniel were very deceptive. Do not recommend this shop.Update 2/9/23. After a few days driving the car. I realize the passenger seat belt is not functional. So the job was not complete. My car will need to go back to this shop, so it can be repaired correctly.The reply to my google review from the owner saying to call the shop to support you in resolving this issue is a joke. He knows the issue. His ethics are the issue, he has done nothing to make the situation better like taking ownership for his mistakes that cost me thousands of dollars out of pocket. I never would have used this company if I had known there were going to be so many issues.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This Maaco is amazing, the one on garden of the gods is horrible, the garden of the gods one tried to rip me off and make bogus charges, so I came to the maaco by the citadel mall and they walked me through the whole process and every expense, they were super nice and I got my entire car painted and I m genuinely impressed, also the paint job I went with was the urethane with integrated clear coatService: Painting

Had a chip on my hood. Was a small job, but everyone was nice about it. Appreciated that the process was explained to me in a thorough and professional manner before I handed over the keys. I worked with Nathaniel and Judy to get my truck painted. They were great! Very friendly and honest. I did all of the prep and body work on the truck before dropping it off (I am not a professional). When I dropped it off they identified the areas and made sure I was aware you would see it through the new paint. I was ok with that. They did an amazing job painting the vehicle. What I like about this business is the personal attention that I received. Every one was so professional and caring. I was so impressed by the quality of work that was done to my vehicle. It looked like it did when I purchased it off the showroom floor 24 years ago. I looked inside my vehicle and it was vacuum and cleaned. I was not expecting that. I would and I have recommended Maaco to my son and my friends and family. I want to personally thank Jeff for being patient with me and explaining everything in detail. I want to also thank everyone that took part in painting and repairing my vehicle.In closing I received a great price that didn't break my bank. I'm a very satisfied customer.

I ve now taken both of my trucks to this Maaco location and have had nothing but great experiences! I have to take the time to point out how helpful Judy was. She answered my initial phone call and answered all of my questions. When I got there she went out to my truck, discussed options with me, explained each option in detail, and gave me estimates for each one. While my trucks were being worked on, she would give me accurate and up to date progress updates and she closed out the transaction with me at the end of our final inspection.The quality was good, the price was great, and the customer service was excellent!

Unfortunately this experience was below what I initially expected. Communication was minimal. I was told that I would be called with updates, and I repeatedly had to initiate this. When I got my car back after the repairs, there was damage (scratches) on my windows. Also, what I asked them to repair was not even completed.

I was very impressed with this Maaco shop. They painted our bumper last year while we were in town visiting family, as we had an unfortunate run-in with a deer. The day after getting the bumper installed, we traveled back to Ohio where we lived at the time.A few weeks later, the paint started to peel quite badly. Because we were in Ohio, there was little we could do. We knew we were moving back to Colorado in the fall, so we decided to wait until we moved to see if they could do anything about the bumper.I took it in last Wednesday (almost 1 year later from the original job!) and the technician, Judy, and owner, Jeff, both came out to look. They immediately responded with a sincere apology and said they would absolutely fix it at no cost. They got me in right away and it was done 2 days later. I picked it up today and it looks beautiful. They did a wonderful job and even painted an extra part that had been added later and was slightly off-colored (again on their own dollar).Yes, I know the job was not done right the first time. But I don t ever expect perfection out of people or businesses. We re human. For whatever reason, someone made a mistake.But what I LOVE about this situation is how they handled it! They didn t make me feel like I was an inconvenience. They didn t question why it had been a year or if it was actually their fault. They didn t explain anything away. They simply made it right. They treated me with respect and sincerely apologized for the situation. I will definitely take any other body work to them in the future. Thank you, Jeff and Judy, for excellent customer service!

I messed up the paint on my back corner panel on my jeep taking off the adhesive from a window sticker. The adhesive messed up my paint. I couldn't get it off. I took it to maaco and they made it look like new. I will definitely continue doing business with this particular maaco in Colorado Springs Co on Chelton Circle. Nicest people to work with.

In the past year I have had three vehicles into this Maaco for paint and body work and am quite pleased with the overall work and professionalism of this shop. The primary amount of work was performed on my 1979 Ford Ranchero. Judy and team worked with me throughout the entire process, with a genuine focus on the delivery of a good product. The body and paint job were very good and priced quite fairly for the amount of work that needed to be done. There were a few minor repairs and touch ups that needed to be made and I always found Chelton Maaco to be most accommodating to my requests. I can fully recommend them to you as they are honest, fair and will give you a good final product.

If you don't value quality, the by all means use this place. We had our vehicle completely repainted with body work. Asked them to leave all the badges off the vehicle when done as we are putting new badges on ourselves. Not only did they put the badges back on, but they put one of the badges in the wrong location. Now I have to go back again to have them remove the badges. Also noticed a few locations where they did body work that were not sanded properly and the paint is flawed. We also told them to remove the vent visors and throw them away since we have new ones to put on. Rather than throw them away, they just threw them in the back of our vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Jeff and his team did an outstanding job with my project vehicle. I had a hood upgrade to a 95 Mustang GT. Him and his team swapped hoods, matched the paint, and detailed it flawlessly. This is the 2nd time I have take my vehicles to his shop and both times I am completely satisfied. Very professional and really know their craft. Thanks again to you and your team Jeff!Dave
