Been here three times for service and I like to recognize excellence when I see it.Roberto and Phil (service advisors) are friendly, helpful, efficient, and have taken great care of me every time I have been here. They remember the little details about their clients - at my most recent appointment, I was asked how my recent interview went (which somehow, they remembered).Highest recommendation and will continue coming here for service as long as these two work here.

I just bought a Lexus IS 500 F Sport from Tom Smith at Lexus of Colorado Springs. Tom was amazing and patient as I test drove a couple vehicles and finally found the perfect one for me. He even went above and beyond and got the exact car with the colors I wanted from another dealer and delivered it. I couldn t be any happier.Thank you so much Tom!!

We had a great experience yesterday March 5th at Lexus. Angel Velasquez was very transparent throughout the whole process of our purchase & made the entire process very easy for us. Mickey Fitzpatrick taught us all the new things that our new car had to offer. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, Lexus of Colorado Springs was a great experience & will definitely be back in the future.

Definitely ask for Emily if/when you go to this dealership. She was awesome! This was one of the best experiences I ve ever had a car dealership and that s saying a lot. They weren t pushy and they were very accommodating to the many questions I had. I highly recommend them!

Great service department. My Service Advisor Phil Quinn was very professional, kept me informed and had my car done on time. The mechanic was the one who knew how to use the remote start. My 2013 takes 4 presses of the lock button (not 3), holding on the fourth press, until the light flash, then let go. My thanks to the mechanic. I used the shuttle service so I could work at home rather than wait for it. Thank you!

I got there a few minutes early and I was greeted right away. Roberto was very personable and professional. We had a change of plans and Lexus was quick to accommodate us. Service was fast and the price was reasonable. I do enjoy receiving a loaner vehicle, because you can experience the lasted upgrades. I have a 2017 Lexus and I WAS PUT IN A 2023 Lexus. The features have definitely changed. Roberto needs a promotion.

We had a great experience servicing our ES350 at Lexus of Colorado Springs. Roberto was outstanding and kept us well informed on what needed to be done as well as saving us money by determining one needed repair was covered under warranty. We were also provided a loaner new Lexus for the week the car was in the shop awaiting parts. Great job!

I can t say enough about the excellent service I receive through this dealership. Purchased my ES 350 back in October of 2016 from this dealership and been taking my car here for all its services ever since. Their service advisors are all excellent but my go to is Mr. Billy Bailey. He is just awesome!

I have always had the best service at Lexus of Colorado Springs. They always have a loaner car ready for me. It is so quick and easy to drop off my car. Philip was my service manager this time, and he made everything amazing. I actually have had a few loaner vehicles with Lexus of Colorado Springs, but this time they gave me a brand new RX500 Hybird. Fell in love with this vehicle and plan on trading my Lexus in for the same kind of car. The one thing I have to say is everyone is so polite, and respectful. Really appreciate the care and service they bring.

Body used BMW X5 at the end of June 2023 fast forward to mid January 2024. The engine seized. Tried to have my warranty company cover it but they couldn t because there was a tune on the vehicle. This was never disclosed with me that the vehicle had a tune in my warranty claim got denied, and, now I need to replace an engine. Tried contacting the dealer they said there s nothing they can do even though they were the ones that sold me a vehicle and did not disclose that. There was a tune on it if I would ve known there was a vehicle I would ve never purchased it .

Billy, was outstanding, listened to my concerns and had my car analyzed and despite the bad news ( $3500.00 ) damage that was done by a quick oil change company, took great care to explain the damage and hooked me up with a free rental car and made sure I was comfortable with what was going to take place. Great service!

Lexus of Colorado Springs is the best! Jamison is a great communicator and they never leave you hanging like some of the other dealerships. You know who I m talking about lol. They have a great system to show you the repairs needed on your car and you get the best loaner cars while your car is being fixed so it makes getting your car fixed way more convenient and you don t have to miss out on life to get major or minor repairs done! Thank you Lexus!

Buying the car was easy, as to be expected.Getting the title paperwork and taxes transfered out of state was a nightmare.The process took four months after Lexus sent the title and the check for the taxes paid to the wrong place. Lexus was non responsive to phone calls over the course of weeks.It would be nice to feel like Lexus cares about their customers after a car is purchased.

Today was a good day with my visit to get a new car/trade. Mr. Abe; Sales Representative was fast and knowledgeable on the products. He also handled my transition with care and concern in helping me make a wise decision. Also the Service department was on point like bow and arrow equipment. Lexus of Colorado is a relationship place. I love the Team. Go see ABE SGRUGGS. He will have your back!

While our initial interactions with the staff at Lexus of Co Springs was pleasant, the follow up customer service has been non-existent. We purchased a vehicle for our daughter, sight unseen, from this dealership. As I mentioned our sales experience was great, the people were accommodating, even delivering our car to us, and purchasing from afar was easy. The issues were, and still continue to be, after the initial sale. We were supposed to get a second key, still don't have that second key. The sales person was working on this since we took ownership almost 6 months ago. Additionally, it wasn't noted in the description, that the spare tire and jack were not included with the car. Which is something we have never encountered before, every car we have owned, and currently own have a spare tire and jack. Nonetheless, when our daughter ran over something in a construction zone and it popped her tire, the car and she, was literally stranded! I addressed this with 2 of the sales professionals there and they said they would work on getting us a spare tire and jack, and would be back to me within a couple of days. This was months ago without any response. I have now contacted the sales team numerous times without reply. Our family has purchased many of our cars sight unseen and the "non disclosed" items that this dealership hides behind seems to be dishonest, in my pinion. They told us because we didn't ask those certain questions and the sale was based on "as is" they are under no obligation to disclose what is fully included or excluded. My hope is that this review sheds some light on their level of customer service, after they close a deal. Really disappointing.

Our salesman Tayler took care of the entire transaction fast and efficiently!! Couldn t have been a better experience, he did a walk around in depth video prior to purchase as we were out of state. Would definitely recommend a buying experience with this dealership!

They sold me an unsafe vehicle. Badly needed brakes shock absorbers and many other mechanical defects. The general manager fixed the brakes and put a new set of tires on the car so I appreciate her honesty and integrity very much. However the her staff needs some work.
