Terrible customer service. Here are the facts.- It took nearly two weeks of calling daily to speak to someone to make a service appointment.- We resorted to scheduling an appointment online- We brought in our car on a Friday morning. We were asked to leave our car at the shop over the weekend for diagnostics.- We were told that by the end of Monday, diagnostics would be complete.- Monday comes. No one calls us to give any updates. Not one call!- We call Land Rover first thing Tuesday morning and we were informed that they haven t even started running diagnostics!!!!!!!- We called back Tuesday around 330pm to get an update, since we hadn t heard anything since the morning, and apparently they needed to keep the car for another 24-48 hours!!!Listen, my husband and I are very understanding people. If this Land Rover team at COS had just been giving us updates or an accurate timeline of how long they needed our car this review would not be here. The fact that no one ever updated us or seem to make our car a priority is infuriating. We could ve just kept our car for the weekend! My husband and I both work and have children and we had to coordinate with one car. Since they needed another 24-48 hrs wasn t that the point of leaving it at the shop all weekend??When we went to pick up the car the lady who had been helping us called my husband by the wrong name. Even though she had talked to my husband on the phone multiple times. Laughable!There is no customer service here.

Trebor was an amazing help, he wasn t pushy at all, and sat us down, went over exactly what we were looking for and what was within our budget. As we were looking over the vehicles we displayed. In-depth knowledge of the features, specs and information on each make and model so we were able to compare what we were getting between each different model and year of vehicle. I couldn t recommend a better place to shop for a top of the line vehicle. Their prices are great and their sales staff is even better!

Trebor was great on the day my husband and I went to buy our car. He was personable and friendly. A couple weeks later we called him back to try and buy an additional vehicle and could not get a call back. I called a few weeks after that because the check engine light came on in my vehicle and talked with Trebor. He told me he would call back to check and see if the light was still on, and I got no call back again. The follow through at Land Rover has been really disappointing.EDIT: There was a miscommunication with telephone numbers. I have talked to Trebor and things are all resolved! Whew!

I went in to look at a Velar, but immediately felt uncomfortable bc the vibe was really weird. Ray, who is actually the manager, is super creepy. Instead of the warm, welcoming experience I expected, I felt like I was entering a slimy used car dealership. I initially had a few questions & after talking about specs a little, I wanted to come back the next day after talking to my husband. But Ray was pretty much harassing me, making me feel like I couldn t leave, and then he followed me out the door! We never returned.I definitely don t recommend this dealership as long as that creepy manager is there.

I wouldn t look for another range, rover anywhere else, the entire crew was very honest and upfront. They made everything super easy. Tyler was the best experience I ve had buying a car.

You should expect nothing less than the absolute best from this dealership. From the always friendly receptionist, to our incredible salesman Kevin, and the sales manger who I cannot remember the name of. But everyone has just been amazing. Nothing but loyal, honest, kind people who will get you into the car of your dreams. Even when the car was in for quick service, I was kept informed the entire time and they even delivered my car. I am absolutely in love with my brand new defender, mostly due to the massive red bow :) A million times over, thank you Kevin!

Recently purchased a Discovery 5 from them. Working with Tyler made the entire experience just as smooth and hassle free as you could want. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and paid close attention to all of our wants and concerns. This is our second rover and we wouldn't go anywhere else to get one. When everything was done he even signed us up for a off road trip with the dealership which was a lot of fun. I can definitely recommend working with Tyler and taking your rover on one of the mountain trips as well, you won't regret it!

I have had the privilege to work with Christine, the best sales person I ve ever come a crossed here at Red Noland Land Rover. I recently purchased a Toyota 4Runner from them. The moment I started working with her she was never pushy like all the previous sales people I ve worked with in the past, and she was able to break down the different packages of the Toyota 4Runner options, and get the one that was the right fit for my needs. She was able to show me the features of the new Toyota 4Runner as I had previously owned a Camry before. She knew exactly what she was doing every step of the way, and was honest the entire process and really made my experience of buying a car great. I usually stay away from dealerships because of bad experiences, but I will definitely come back to this one if I decide I want something different in the future. If you are looking for a Toyota, or any kind of pre owned vehicle, Christine is your person and the entire staff at this place. I m glad people like Christine still exist in today s world because they are really hard to find nowadays.

I had the pleasure of tagging along with my sister last Saturday to purchase her Range Rover Lupe was out sales guy and he did an amazing job. Very educated, informed, professional and went out his way to make sure we had an amazing experience would highly recommend working with him. On the other hand out experience with Heather in finance I believe wasn t so pleasant she was extremely rude she didn t let me stand in her office with my sister so I could hear what she was trying to sell her kicked me out and wanted me to sit away from her office as if I wasn t welcomed . Made it seem like we were a nusance. Again lupe was great.

Great experience today! Made an appointment online, and they were able to get me in sooner. Justin was my advisor, the guy was knowledgeable and cool as the breeze. Great communication. Came in a few bucks under budget too. Nice waiting area-

This was my first time buying a car and Kevin did an awesome job. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew the answers to all my questions. He has even gone the extra mile and answered all my questions I've had after buying my car. Heather was also super cool and made the dreaded financial part not bad at all. Thom was super kind and patient when he took myself and some other customers on an off road trip. In summary: this location has the dream team. I am so disappointed! I just moved here from Dallas. I have owed three different Land Rovers and the sales and service in Dallas was top notch! I was always treated like royalty from every department there. Unfortunately this Colorado Springs dealership is quite the opposite. I can t speak to the sales department, but the service department here is so bad, that there is no way in hell I would purchase a vehicle from this dealership. First of all, they don t do loner cars while your vehicle is being serviced. I currently have a $130K V8 Defender and a $74K Velar and that doesn t even deserve a loner car while in service?!?! Second, I purchased the wheel and tire warranty from Land Rover. They don t honor that at this dealership. Third, I purchased the windshield replacement warranty from Land Rover. Surprise surprise, they don t honor that here either. I now live in a city where I can t get the best vehicles I have ever owned serviced. What a disappointment! Keep these things in mind when considering buying a vehicle here.

Tyler and Mark were amazing and helped me navigate connecting my incontrol app. I didn t even buy my Range Rover through them but they treated me as a valued customer and I appreciated their time and effort. Excellent interactions with all staff as they are professional and friendly. I highly recommended this dealership.As far as my vehicle/Land Rover Discovery, it is impressive ride, drive, handling, equipment.I have owned many vehicles in the luxury category and I am thoroughly impressed with my Land Rover!

I was looking for a particular Rover for a while, and found it at Land Rover Colorado Springs. Tyler Courtney was my salesperson. He was on point, communication was crisp (and entertaining). I had to fly to the dealership to check out the car, and it was spotless, polished. Transaction paperwork was easy.

I should have looked at the reviews for this dealership before I even bothered to try to test drive a vehicle here. They seem to be deceptive with other buyers as well. I set up a time to test drive, Carrie called me and I tried to call her twice to confirm. I did speak with Elijah and told him I was coming in that evening to test drive. I did finally speak to Carrie only to find out that someone came to test drive before me. She told me she would keep me posted and then said that I should come in just in case they didn't purchase the vehicle. I told her exactly what I wanted as I wanted to let her know I was not interested in another vehicle just that particular one. I was not coming in to make another buyer feel uncomfortable either as I don't think that is a good business practice. As I was waiting to hear back from them I did receive a call from Josh and he told me that if the current interested buyers did not buy the vehicle they would hold it for me for 24 hours!! He was the only one that gave me that information!!! I would have done that in the first place. I then got a call from Justin who was kind and I felt like he understood and was not going to try to sell me another vehicle but did tell me that no matter what vehicle I purchased I needed to think about the extra warranty. The next morning I received an email from Carrie telling me she was sorry that the vehicle was sold but sure enough had sent me other pictures of similar vehicles that I might be interested in. A few days later I received a text from Justin showing me another vehicle in the color I wanted but was much higher in price. It was beyond belief that after everything they were still trying to sell me something I did not want.

Even though I didn t buy my Land Rover Discovery Sport through them, everyone I dealt with was super helpful! I shopped around for a good extended warranty and went with theirs, which was both the most comprehensive and least expensive. Heather in finance, who helped with the warranty, was great!

I located a Defender on LR of CS website. I spoke with Carrie. I asked if "this" Defender was on the lot, I was across town, it is raining, and if it is not on the lot I don't want to waste a trip. She said it was there. I printed the Defender description. When I arrived I was handed off to some salesman. He asked what Defender I was interested in . I handed him the Description. He pulls up a more expensive Defender and a different color. I told him the one on the description was black. He said no, it was this color. I then asked if the sell price was 76K as depicted on the description and I was told "no" it was 80K. I showed him the description with the price from their website TODAY and he said he would have to get someone to check on that. Bottom line? The defended I wanted along with the printed description was no where on the lot. I expressed my frustration at having been mislead and the Manager's response? "Technology Huh?". As he continued to say how sorry he was, he offered to "make it up to me". He offered to call a Denver Dealership. He offered to put my name on a Defender coming in August. My take? A marketing ploy to get you there so you are at the mercy of their high pitched sale tactics and what is SOOOOO irritating is the fact Carrie said it was on the lot. Either a lie or a Tech mishap but it felt dirty all the same.

If you base everything of service this dealership is a 5 star! I bought my 2nd land rover from this dealership based on how wonderful the service department treated me. So service can t be beat sales NEVER buy from here!!! I bought a certified used Velar that has spent more time in the shop then in my garage, service goes above and beyond trying to make it right! Sales pretty much get the sucks to be you attitude..

This was the best experience we have ever had when purchasing a car. We inquired about a used car online and were contacted within 15 minutes. They had pulled the car up for us before we even arrived. Even parked in their service center because it started to rain. We were in and out of there within an hour. They even were able to get me a lower interest rate than what I had been pre-approved for. The whole staff was professional, respectful, and courteous. I have absolutely no buyer's remorse and have never felt better about such a big purchase/investment. I will definitely be back when it is time to purchase another vehicle. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.
