I simply can t say enough great things about Brandon and Kleemann USA. His up front honesty, knowledge of the C5 chassis/powertrain and professionalism are just a few of the reasons he s as good as he is. Brandon took in our new to us 2002 Audi C5 2.7T Allroad 6MT and completed an extremely thorough post purchase inspection. When we were done, and he sent the list of everything we should do I gave him the green light to go full speed ahead.This car is a 6MT vs a CVT, so unlike some others that would simply push it of a cliff, we wanted to save it and fully enjoy it for the next 3-5 years as a daily driver and fun mountain car. As the work progressed on the original list, Brandon would come upon additional items that we wound be getting a better look at, we would discuss in depth their availability and then move forward to replace. When he was finally finished, we fixed a very extensive list of items that were simply ignored by the previous two owners. Some of them were preventative others were absolutely needed.Example: the alternator was the original unit with an 45/01 manufacturer date from Bosch. Because of its placement in the engine bay, we decided to go ahead and replace it while we had the nose off the car. Had he not been paying attention to the various parts on the motor while the front clip was off, it could have caused a double effort not to long down the road.The Allroad is now home after spending about a month with Brandon. This was due to a variety of parts that we ordered as we went through the car and found faults or decided to refresh items that were original to the car. We even waited on a set of EGT sensors from France!In the end, I would never have considered another shop or person to trust with my car. To date, he has worked on five of our six vehicles (21 Audi RS6 Avant, 16 Audi Q3, 12 VW Golf R, 02 Audi Allroad and 83 VW GTI). From maintenance to modification he s done it all.If you own and want to properly maintain your European vehicle. Don t take to any place else, call and talk with Brandon @ Kleemann USA first. I promise you that you will wish you had when the other place doesn t fix it right the first time.

Nice clean shop, took my c63 in for a service today for some preventative maintenance. My vehicle was in the bay as soon as I arrived. Brandon and Cory went to work and finished in a timely manner. Updated me on the status of the service and kept it real on what was not needed to be done based on their inspection. Hard to find now a days. They have a nice dog too

Brandon at Kleemann USA has always done excellent work on my 2008 Sprinter 3500. And there's been a lot of work to do! I'm from Mississippi, but I'm through Colorado once or twice a year, and I always bring it to Kleemann for repairs. Brandon was the only person who could figure out some major problems I was having back in 2020 (the van was in the shop for 42 days!) when I had to get a stripped transmission replaced due to a domino effect of issues from a third party cruise control that the people I bought it from had scabbed on. The Mercedes Dealership had given me a long list of solutions amounting to 10K worth of repairs, none of which ended up having been the actual problem. Meanwhile, Brandon at Kleemann solved it. I also appreciate the effort he makes to clearly explain exactly what's going on and what's being done about it. He knows his stuff, is great to work with, and has even saved me money by suggesting which repairs I could likely take care of myself at home.Definitely recommend. Brandon is a rare craftsman who is exceptionally knowledgeable, detailed, pragmatic, ethical and dependable. I am very selective with who I trust with my cars and I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop, especially if you have a high end or exotic German car.Prices are also very reasonable, and he has all top of the line equipment including the advanced dealer software suite. I do not know where to even begin on the exceptional service, transparency, and professionalism of Brandon and his staff. I brought my Jetta here for the first time for an oil change / tire rotation and to resolve an issue with its mechanical e-brake. Not only was I invited into the back and showed EXACTLY what was wrong and the plan of attack, but Brandon willingly stayed over 3 hours past the shop s close time (on a Friday!) to ensure that my car was completed to his satisfaction due to a mishap on the delivery from the parts store.I didn t mind waiting during that time (there s a real good brewery across the street!), and I will be coming back to Kleemann for all of my car related needs for as long as I m in Colorado!BTW, Hunter S Thompson fans are more than welcome!

Kleeman USA is by far the best and greatest European mechanic, local to Colorado Springs that I have ever worked with. Brandon is a stellar guy with an expert knowledge in Mercedes Benz and others like Audi and VW. He is bar none the best over all of the other wannabe mechanics in town. This shop is by far the cleanest and most organized I have ever seen. The staff are very welcoming and hospitable to their customers too. I highly recommend Kleeman USA without any hesitation and trust Brandon implicitly!!!

I've owned four Sprinters over the years and have worked with multiple repair shops. I travel a lot and was on a recent trip to Colorado Springs and started having some issues with my Mercedes Sprinter. I was alone on an island and Brandon came to my rescue. Well, the proverbial island in this scenario happens to be Wichita, KS, with a suspect transmission in a 2012 Sprinter 2500. I certainly felt out at sea when I reached out across state lines.Not only was Brandon able to talk me through a few scenarios over the phone to put my mind at ease (the first two evaluations I had sought out had suggested a full transmission replacement!), he was also able to fit me in the next day for a long overdue transmission service. So, you guessed it, I made the eight hour drive to Kleemann USA in Colorado Springs.The next day, Brandon met me with the delightful candor I m sure he greets most customers. His formidable knowledge and expertise were reinforced in the first few moments of our in-person exchange and, after a review of the procedures and estimated cost, I handed over the keys with glee.Predictably, in a few hours, I received the call from Brandon that my vehicle was ready. He even stayed after hours so that he could insure that I would be back on the road ASAP.Furthermore, Brandon has turned into an invaluable resource re: my Sprinter and general maintenance.I M SO GLAD I BROUGHT MY 2012 M-B SPRINTER TO BRANDON AT KLEEMANN!If you re considering Kleemann for your auto service needs...don t hesitate to reach out!

We had a fantastic experience with Kleemann, thanks to Brandon, Lacie and Cory. After completing their work, our year 2003 Porsche Carrera 996 ran better than any time that we've owned it (5+ years). They know the workings of a Carrera from A to Z, and kept us informed through the entire diagnosis and repair. I contacted Kleeman USA because I was told they were familiar with sprinters. That turned out to be an understatement, Brandon is a sprinter guru. He was able to diagnose several unrelated problems in literally minutes. Repairs were prompt and at a very fair price. We have a 2005 Dodge Sprinter and weren t from town and LET ME TELL YOU, Brandon is the most communicative, helpful auto repair person I ve ever dealt with. I wish I could rate him higher.We had to have our van towed from Vail to Colorado Springs (where we were staying), and I m so thankful I chose this shop. From my initial conversation, Brandon filled me in with his knowledge level of old sprinters (he owns one!), got us in at a timely manner, got parts shipped at the speed of light for us and even had time to check out some other action items we ve been meaning to get to.Every step of the way, Brandon called both me and my partner and emailed as well if we didn t not connect over the phone. Brandon even checked in a week later with us too. We feel like we can give Brandon a call at any time for advice. What a godsend!

Although I didn't get any work done with Kleemann, Brandon took my call and gave me priceless advice about buying a used Sprinter van. I can tell he has a lot of experience and knows his stuff! His customer service (and just general kindness) is a breath of fresh air. I will definitely head his way - if I can just find the right van!

My wife and I were recently on the hunt to purchase a vehicle and the assistance we received from Brandon and his crew at Kleemann USA was simply exceptional in every way! I would also like to publicly thank Brandon for all of his efforts in going above and beyond in ways that most other shops wouldn t. The level of communication that Brandon provides on any project/job is on point! Brandon and his crew even helped us properly load an inoperable vehicle on a trailer for transport!! They have the knowledge to get things done and the shop is meticulously clean and organized to a level that is on par, or better than, any German dealerships work area that I ve seen. Should you need anything as simple as a pre-purchase inspection to full rebuild I can not recommend Kleemann USA enough.

I have a 2017 Sprinter 144 high roof 4x4 and occasionally need things serviced. In the past I have driven to Littleton to get service at the MB dealer which is a bit of a hassle living in Colorado Springs.I found Brandon through a Sprinter group on FB and needless to say I am stoked that he is local which makes it easy for drop off and pick up (I was able to ride my bike to get it!)He knows a lot about my vehicle and helped educate me on what was wrong with it making sure only to do the necessary work required but leaving nothing missed.They have quite possibly the best customer service I ve ever experienced. When I picked up my vehicle he even showed me the old part that was replaced. No one has ever showed me a replaced part they ve just fixed it and hoped I believed them.They were so good about letting me know the status of my service. All of this really helped build trust and gain a customer and I m here to spread the stoke about the work they do! Thanks guys!!!

What a team they have at Kleemann USA. Brandon and Cory's work is amazing, so much knowledge in those guys. Lacie the Office Manager is a sweetheart, they treat you with so much respect. I took my Mercedes SLK 320 with no start issues and in no time, they got it all figured it out. I'll visit them again in the future, for sure.

I have been bringing my cars to Kleeman for several years now. Brandon has always kept my Mercedes up to its TOP PERFORMANCE. I have never had a break down and the price has always been absolutely HONEST and REASONABLE . I get excited when friends ask me for a mechanic referral; I love sending them to the folks at Kleeman so they can experience the same EXCELLENT SERVICE and the COMFORT of knowing their car is well taken care of.Brandon even took the time to help me choose my next Mercedes wagon and check it over before I purchased it after my last was totalled in an accident. I couldn't be happier!

Brandon and Lacie are both such kind and respectful people. Brandon diagnosed my Jetta and helped me find a GTI to replace it. Brandon is passionate about helping people learn about cars, as opposed to just telling them what do to. I will be taking my car to Kleemann for years to come!

They helped me multiple times by explaining stuff in detail to me and also looking over my whole car for me while they were installing stuff and found issues that I was able to get resolved promptly. Highly recommend for any Mercedes enthusiast, way better mechanics then the dealership and I have used both.

I would trust my Mercedes Benz only to this team. They showed the upmost honesty right away, my first ever concern was dealt with in a manner that anyone would only dream of. Thank you especially Cory Umemoto! He educated me rather then just selling me a product that i first came for asking. I will be looking forward to doing business with this company for many years to come.

They flashed my ecu and totally transformed my 55 swap for the better! I couldn't be happier with the support and service I received, especially from Cory. Shipped it out on Monday and it was back in the car Wednesday morning. Highly recommended!!

The folks at Kleemann USA are the best at what they do! We bought our son a used 2000 Audi TT for his first car. We live in a small town in Kansas, so if you don't drive a Ford, Chevy, or Dodge, getting your car worked on is no easy task. I know Brandon Grantham through a mutual acquaintance and decided to make the trip from Kansas to Colorado to have the car worked on. I have zero regrets about that decision. Brandon was honest about what needed to be done and, best of all, didn't treat me like I was an idiot. I know they have a lot of expertise in tuning high-end cars, but they did not balk one bit about the simple things that we needed to have fixed (coolant leaks, A/C compressor replacement, installing a new windshield washer fluid tank, etc.) He went above and beyond and even helped us source new rims for the car. We truly feel that our son has a safe car to drive now because of Brandon & Kleemann USA. If anything needs to be done to this car in the future, they will be the ones to work on it!

Kleeman!!! Brendan is the best!! He is very knowledgeable about what he does. As well he should be. I made the mistake of going somewhere else and he cleaned up the mess in a very timely manner. I will no longer take my car to anyone but this man!!! He is very fair priced and doesn't use cheap "Oem aftermarket" parts. He uses only the best parts for your car!! Thanks Brendan!!!

Spent weeks researching an ECU tune for my 2015 SL550 with 7771 miles. After reading almost every thread on every tuning sub forum on all 3 major Mercedes-Benz forums, I decided to call a really good friend who lives in Esslingen Germany, outside Stuttgart. He owns 7 or 8 highly modified high performance Mercedes-Benz cars. He told me only to use either Kleemann or Brabus. After one phone call to Kleemann I knew who I was going to use. Cory was absolutely the most knowledgeable, polite and courteous person I spoke with on this quest. He answered all my questions, even the ones I had asked about 3 times before. The tune to the SL550 is noticeable in acceleration and throttle response.---BUT---the most amazing, extremely noticeable difference is in the smoothness and lack of running vibration from the engine. It used to be that you could tell when the car was running. Now, the engine is quieter, breathing easier from the Kleemann air filters and is much more refined. I cannot explain how awesome Cory and Kleemann were ! I never expected such a dramatic improvement in the overall engine dynamics of my car.

Great guys over here. Came down to get my GLA45 tuned from Castle Rock. I was really happy with the results. I've since traded that vehicle and will be having them tune my 2015 E63 in the next few months. Can't wait!

Fantastic place for ECM tuning! Great service and great stuff with a lot of knowledge. It was well worse the almost one hour drive from Denver. I could not be happier with the result on my 2014 E550. I will visit them again in the future!Highly recommended!!!!
