Somebody swiped my car in a parking lot. They were able to get it looking WAY better in just a few minutes. Before and after below. Gave me some tips on how to finish the rest (since he was so busy, he wouldn't be able to get me in for a while)

A few months ago I had a crash on Gold Camp road. I reached out to this group for a good body shop that wasn't caliber collision and was not in bed with the insurance company. You guys recommended Karle Coachwork.Honestly repairs were just shy of four weeks. This is 50% less than any body shop I've dealt with. This car has had the unfortunate habit of attracting people to hitting it. I have done repairs with Calibre Collision and it was a complete joke.Karle Coachwork repaired my car timely. They matched the paint which many shops said was hard/not possible. The repairs are the same place as a previous repair and they are 100% better repairs. I really cannot find much to complain about. Everything is repaired and when I go to grab it it is also sturdy. I highly recommend these guys. You can let the insurance companies scare you about how they will only cover 30 days and then it's out-of-pocket if its not their shop. It was worth the repair and the risk.

I have put off writing a review for this business for quite some time. I have used them three separate times. The first time, I had to return to get my hood adjusted right, the gap wasn't right. They over sprayed paint to tires that was impossible to get off. The work was done fairly well, and I did not want to complain. The second time I had work done the front and passenger side door on another vehicle. On the way to Missouri, on the highway the door was unbelievably loud. Come to find out they did not put the door rubber trim back on. It made for a loud trip. Through a few carwashes, I noticed the paint did not match where they painted the front and passenger side. I again kept this to myself. The third time, I specifically went over two issues with my car. One was the rear taillight had surface scratches about the size of a quarter dollar, and my exhaust tip one of two, was broke from the accident. I told them I love my car and I am very detail oriented. Please buff the scratch or replace the taillight. I also said I didn't want a new exhaust tip on one side and the old one on the other. I went to pick up the car and my two issues were not resolved. They put a new tip on and didn't buff out the taillight. I brought it to their attention and the guy said, do you want me to go buff it? I said no I will do it. It should have been done right the first time. They should have called, and I would have purchased another exhaust tip. I believe this place used to be detail oriented and cared a whole lot more. In my opinion, this place has lost its value and is no longer the place it used to be.

John and the team at Karle are incredible! My vehicle was hit twice within 6 months and Karle was there to fix and repair it quickly each time. Even handling my rental car for me when I picked up my vehicle. Very easy and communicated through the entire process. I was recommended by a local Toyota dealer, to go to this business for a issue (scratch/paint) on my vehicle. I conversed with Chris, about my issue. He took a look at it, took it into his shop and my vehicle came back out, and the area looked liked nothing ever happened to it. I truthfully recommended this business for paint repairs. Any questions, call and talk with Chris, let him see your vehicle and I'm sure you'll be very happy with the outcome.Service: Body & Trim

I took my car here after an accident. I was referred by Mike from Japanese Auto Specialist. Karle Coachwork did such a great job. Debbie and Laurie were so helpful from start to finish. Chris made sure to keep me informed about the progress throughout the process.I would definitely recommend this company!

My husband and I own and operate a paintless dent repair shop in town. Occasionally we get cars with hail damage that need a conventional body shop repair. We have probably sent a dozen cars to John Karle in the last year. Each time, the repair and paintwork have been beautiful. We have tried a few other shops in town and they did not have as clean of a repair. We expect a high level of quality from any outside vendor we use. I have to be able to warranty their work to my customer. I have always been pleased with the cars we have had repaired at Karle Coachwork. They do phenomenal work!!

Moderate damage to my Subaru after someone backed into it. Professional quote from karle coachworks with a completion time of a few weeks. Did not get car for nearly five weeks. Once received they failed to put on bumper cover and caused me to wait 2 plus hours. Once car is home I realize dirty hand prints all over headliner, door bumpers put on incorrect, steering wheel not centered after alignment, rear door will not open from inside. Karle did correct the issue but I had to Drop the car of for a full day. Poor quality control and poor customer service. I will not state the price of the repair as it was insurance work but seems extremely overpriced. Only reason for 2 stars is the paint and body work appear professional and they corrected the issues. We got rear ended by a drunk driver and were recommended to go through Karle for the repairs. Just picked up our vehicle today and I am very pleased. The car feels like it did before the wreck.The staff went above and beyond during their time working on our car. Very pleased with the overall experience.

My Subaru was severely damaged by a hail storm last year requiring over $10,000 worth of repairs, which included replacing the roof and other portions of the car, PDR, windshield replacement, etc. I took my Subaru to Karle Coachwork and I am glad I did. If you want a shop that will take their time to produce great results, this is the shop to go to! Unlike most people who want their car back ASAP, I told them to keep the car as long as they needed to make it look like new, and when I picked up the car it literally looked brand new! I even parked it next it next to a newer version of my car (same color and all), and my car looks better! Just goes to show that if you want something done right, take it to someone who will take their time to do it right the first time!

I would like to commend and THANK Karle Coachwork for their amazing work. John Karle is a very dedicated man, he strives on great customer service, making sure the job exceeds his own standards, VERY fair pricing, loaner car options- a wonderful shop. I have a very special BMW M5 that had been hit with close to $15k worth of hail damage, John and his team did an amazing job and actually looks better than when off the factory floor. They did a complete color change on my car and its so superb...I'm ready to show it off in a car show! I highly recommend them- honesty, integrity, wonderful paint and craftsmanship and bottom lie, nice people that make you feel welcome and appreciate of you coming to them. I drove from Castle Rock just to come to this shop- it's worth anyone in the front range making the trip here- superb super superb! I want to personally thank Lori, John, and their employees for all their extremely hard work to get my vehicle done after the awful July 2016 hail storm. We had some speed bumps with the insurance company and also the leasing company to release the check for payment, but they remained patient and diligent in the entire process. They were very informative on the progress of the vehicle. They were extremely considerable once they found out someone hit my motorcycle, offering a rental and willing to pay for it out of their pocket. This business was a pleasure working with and my Jeep looks amazing. Again, couldn't be more satisfied and was pleasure doing business with this company.

Great staff that took care of us and our car! We had to get some dings out of the side of the car before selling it, and we also had them detail it while we were there. Amazing job... we sold the car in just a few days and the buyers commented about how good of shape it was in. Would definitely return there with our cars in the future!

I would highly recommend Karle Coachwork. Took my Toyota 4 Runner in and had a very positive experience from the estimate through the completion of the body work. We have had work done on our Honda Civic in the past and was pleased with that job as well. Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. My car looked brand new after the repair done at Karle Coachwork. Staff communicated well and got me in my car as quickly as possible. Highly recommend this shop as the best in Colorado Springs.

When I called them to schedule an appointment, they told me they were busy, so we scheduled for a month in the future, when they assured me, they would be able to get right on it, and it would only take them 2-3 weeks to complete the repairs.OK, sounds good right? I took the car in on the scheduled day, thinking all would be well.6 weeks later, I still did not have my car. They had excuse after excuse as to why it wasn't their fault. Bottom line - they told me 2-3 weeks, and it took nearly 7 weeks to get my car back. 7 weeks.So how was the quality? Well, the paint looked great. But when I got home, I couldn't pop the trunk or open the fuel door. After some adjusting, I was able to get the trunk working again. But the fuel door was missing a spring.I also noticed that there was a lot of noise coming in through the windshield. I took a closer look and realized that they had installed the windshield incorrectly!So I took the car back in, and had them fix the fuel door. Then I had to take the car in on another day to have them re-install the windshield.So here I am, about 8 weeks out, and finally my car is completed.If you don't mind being without your car for 2 months, and don't mind being flat-out lied to about how long it's going to take, and then have to take it back in several times afterwards to get all their mistakes fixed, then by all means take your car to Karle Coachworks.

What an amazing company! Truly the "Home of the Invisible Repair". We had the misfortune of driving on the highway when the hood of of our 63 Volkswagen Notchback came up. This car was all original and Karle Coachwork took it in and made it like it never even happened.They were able to match the paint perfectly and you would never know anything happened. They have since worked on several projects for us. Some for fun and some not so fun. I will refer Karle Coachwork to anyone in need of good service, friendly staff, and quality craftsmanship.April

Absolutely top notch customer service and bodywork. They fixed my Porsche on the exact time schedule they said they would and kept me informed of any issues. John was extremely professional and also really just a really nice guy. I would highly recommend Karle Coachwork.

I choose coachworks after seeing they work on Toyota I had hit a sign and smashed in the front. This. Was on April 4 2017. I just got my truck back from repairs...August 10!!!! Also in May they gave me the price it was going to cost. When I called for final bill it was 1700. More than what they told me. I complained and they did lower price but still 800. more than what I had been told. Four months of dealing with this.... would not recommend.

Unfortunately with 5 drivers and 5 cars in the family I know their phone number by heart. I've used them for years. They are very responsive, honest and do high quality work. Repairs are always on time or early and reasonable. If it is an insurance issue they take care of the whole thing. Easy, Easy, Easy. I can't recommend them enough.

Gabe does a fine job managing the many facets of an auto body repair shop; Karle has done very good work on several of our family's repair jobs. While there will always be delays, Lori does a good job keeping you in the loop. Thank you for your attention to 'detail."

Karle Coachwork is the place you don t want to go (because who wants an accident right?) but you will be so glad you choose them once the work is complete. They do EXCELLENT work; our car came back looking better than it did before the accident credit (much credit) to their detail guy. Thanks Ann
