If you are on the fence on where to get your car worked on, here is your best bet. I was able to get in for a diagnosis and my car repaired all in the same day. They are very straight forward and honest guys helping the community. Definitely will be a regular customer from now on.

First off no words to explain (Brad) I called in a pinch not knowing what to do as me and my fianc� just got into town from Florida and the very low temperatures here in Colorado had me scared about my antifreeze for the vehicle and I wanted to do a coolant flush and reset, he assured me he d love to take a look at my vehicle and when I asked the very important question of can you get it looked at today he replied and said give me one second .. then he said of course I can squeeze you in my schedule. Coming from a plumbing trade professional I already knew this man was dedicated and wanted anyone and everyone s business. I brought my vehicle in later on and he was right off the bat super friendly and right to the point of what he was going to do. He ran a pressure test and did a few more diagnostics and let me know that he wasn t going to do a coolant flush as he didn t deem it necessary to be done and said he topped me off and I was ready to hit the Colorado roads and guess what.. AT NO CHARGE he gladly took an hour out of his day to insure me my fianc�e and our 6month old daughter would be safe on the roads. Again coming from another trade professional I d highly recommend this man he s very honest and wants nothing more than an honest dollar. If you or anyone ever needs any work done please give BRAD at JM auto a shout and I m sure you d feel the same way.

We use J and M Repair for all our 4Runner repairs. Hourly rate is lower than previous shops we have used. Bradley is always upfront and friendly.

Incredible service. They were so fast and kind. We were in town and had a battery terminal issue. I gave them a call and explained that we were in town for vacation and only had the one vehicle and really didn t want to leave the car all day. They had me come right in and took care of the issue.The owner, Brad, was super kind and the price was excellent!!! Totally satisfied and would recommend them whole-heartedly to anyone with an emergency issue in town on vacay. These are the types of businesses that we should support. They are honest, skilled and kind.

I've been taking my vehicles to JM Auto for over 30 years. Honesty and quality work have been the hallmarks of JM Auto throughout my experience. I recommend them whenever anyone asks me about a local mechanic.

I recently had the transmission on my car go out and as you can imagine that is a stressful time. I was at aspen auto clinic and didn't feel like they were being honest with the work needed and transparent with costs. I came here off the recommendation of a close friend and Brad took great care of me and my family car. He got the parts and work done for a fraction of the price and felt very trustworthy and like I was taken care of. If you're looking to have work done on your car you can stop now. I wont be going anywhere else in the future for my cars needs but JM Auto Repair

These guys were able to take care of my brakes on short notice while I waited before I took off for a road trip. As a former mechanic, I was able to peek into the shop too while they were working and I was totally satisfied with the way they treated me and my car

You discover how sincere your mechanic really is when things don't go as planned. Brad took on a repair job on my old Jeep but it was just too old and the job grew as his team dug in. We talked and worked out a solution which will keep me coming back to JM Auto.

Cannot recommend these guys more highly. Repaired collision to steering linkage and ball joints, struts etc. under the car.Fair pricing and honest dealings. Amazing in this day and age!!!Highly recommended.

I've worked with and known Brad in the car biz for a long time. So happy to see him venture out on his own. Sending all my family there too. Fixed a weird issue on my Mom's car and she couldn't be happier. This is a shop and owner you can trust. Avoid the dealerships

After making our way through several "typical" mechanics we FINALLY found JM Auto Repair! The owner, Jacob, is a straight shooter with a good sense of humor. When another shop (cough-Aspen Auto Clinic-cough) quoted $1,180 for a remanufactured alternator, Jacob and his team did it for less than $500 (and in half the time)! *jaw drop* The other place also quoted $64 PER spark plug...JM Auto Repair has them for 1/3 the price, but Jacob was honest and said my spark plugs were fine.His place looks like a mechanic's shop should look - it's not like one of those places that charge an arm and a leg to afford a nice waiting room with coffee and snacks. Easily one of the best shops I have ever had the pleasure of using! Jacob is as nice a man as I have ever encountered; he's friendly, happy, and very easy to work with. He fixed my Jeep quickly and at a very reasonable price. He even drove to my office to pick up the old parts I found in the street where my Jeep broke down! He did everything he could to keep the price reasonable for me. He is one in a million: an honest, fair, and trustworthy mechanic and an absolutely fantastic man! It's hard to find a truly exceptional mechanic: if you need one, Jacob is your guy! I highly recommend J M Auto Repair.

I can t say enough good things about this business. We were traveling from another state when our brakes went out and this company was only a mile and a half away. They were able to get us in quickly, fix the problem, and we re so kind and considerate through the entire process. The gentleman also gave us a ride to a restaurant so that our grandkids could eat. Extremely good shop. Jacob is very enthusiastic, helpful and honest. I had the powersteering pump replaced on my car and they did a great job with very competitive pricing. Jacob even drove me to class in his personal truck while they replaced the pump. I highly recommend this shop!

I worked with Jacob the whole time and got the serpentine belt, timing belt, and water pump replace. It has been it has been seven month since the repairs and the car is still running like a dime. Very nice people to deal with and fair pricing.

I took in my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee to get the car checked out for any service needs before purchasing the vehicle. Jeremy checked the Jeep and created a list of services that needed to be provided and some he felt could wait for later. I told him to fix everything because my daughter would be using it to commute to College. So for $1900 they said they did everything. We arrived to pick up the car and my daughter got ready to test drive it with Jeremy and the check engine light comes on! He said we could take it and bring it back later. We told him to keep it until it was fixed since I had paid for it. We left it there the entire week got a call saying it was ready and we returned and it still had issues and they needed to keep it longer. Now when they call again they tell us they ve done all the can and I may need to take it to the dealership for them to check it out because they don t know what else to do. We get the car back and we end up replacing the battery. The check engine light comes on and the car won t start, there was an auto shop around the corner who told us the alternator was gone. I called Mr JACOB and told him I felt like I have been ripped of but he says no one can figure out everything. We went to check out the 4 wheel drive before school and winter gets here and a light comes on saying 4 wheel drive system needs to be serviced but he tells me they checked it at his shop and it was fine! I will drive to Texas and back before I take any of my current or future vehicles to this unreliable shop!!!!!!

Jacob's a good honest mechanic. He did a good job and charged a fair price to replace my timing belt, water pump and serpentine. He even showed me the old parts and I learned there was a leak in my water pump I wasn't aware of. Further he's about as local as you get and has been in this shop since 1991.

Jacob replaced my water pump and timing belt on my Hyundai Santa Fe within the time and money agreed upon. Excellent service at a great price.He also does work on diesels!

I dropped off my GMC Yukon for repairs and received prompt, attentive service at very reasonable cost! It is not easy to find a trustworthy car mechanic shop. I found one in JM Auto Repair. I will definitely come back!
