I took my work truck in for an oil change and the service was exceptional. They started working on my vehicle right away, everyone was kind and very professional. I've never been to a Jiffy Lube before but now I'm a customer for life. Shout out to Marcos and Mikey for their work ethic and professionalism.

Amazing! Best oil change ever. They were extremely nice and professional. They showed me everything before and after they did it. I stayed in my car the whole time. It took 20ish minutes. Definitely recommend!

Everyone there was very kind and attentive. I got in and out quickly with absolutely no trouble. They all seem to work together to get the job done as quickly and professionally as possible, also with no pressure to get more services than you had intended on your visit.It s clear that everyone there has great integrity! I will definitely be back the next time I need an oil change or another issue. Thank you

Wonderful and efficent serviceMike and Marcos really took care of me and made sure I was well informed about my vehicle the whole time.Took care of my tires, windshield and fluids extremly fast! This is an extremly well versed team and made my service just great!P.S! To the person down below who was working on my oil filter, I know it was on their good when my friend put it back and changed my oil last! So sorry if it was difficult to remove and I appreciate you Overall I will definitely be returningwith my business, thanks everyone!

Amazing I came in with my baby and everyone was so friendly and awesome!! Not only did they let me stay in my car the entire time but they cleaned my windows for my own safety. 10/10 recommend

First time here at this location, staff were very friendly and professional. Turn around was pretty quick. I wish I had known sooner before I PCS, I would have been coming here all the time for my oil changes. Highly recommend.

I ve been dreading getting my oil changed. It s always such a hassle. It takes an hour maybe two and they always try to get you to buy a new air filter even if you don t need one. To my surprise, I was told my air filter was good and didn t yet need a replacement. I appreciated the honesty and how thorough the technicians were. I will definitely recommend and be a repeat customer. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Great customer service. You guys were awesome!And when the time comes I will be happy to purchase a new air filter from you guys. :) Thank you!

Good friendly considerate people who changed my oil, brake fluid, and topped off my coolant. I highly recommend you give them a visit next time you need an oil change or to change any of the other fluids in your car. They work fast, cheap, and hard. Don't pass them up.

Great customer service. Was in and out within 30 mins. They explained everything and made suggestions but did not push extras like usual jiffy lubes. The staff was the most knowledgeable of any experience I've had. This is the best jiffy lube I've been to and I've lived all over Colorado.

Mike was extremely helpful and professional. The service was incredibly fast and the process of safety checks and work review at the end was something most shops never do. I am a fan now and will choose this Jiffy Lube for all my service in the future.

Best service I have ever received at a Joffy Lube! Aubrey & Mike were very professional and friendly! Had a synthetic blend oil change and they checked all other fluids and checked all tores. Was there less than 30 minutes as a walk-in. Will be back to this location

My experience with Jiffy Lube was great. They took the time to explain to me everything that we're doing to my vehicle and to let me know that everything was okay. They answered the very few questions I did have. The staff was excellent. They worked great as a team.. From the manager, I think his name was Mike all the way to the other employees, Terence, Addison, and Rick are the ones that I remember. My wife and I were very pleased. I went to the location on Fillmore and Nevada in Colorado Springs, Colorado.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

These guys were great. The words that come to mind are knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and fast. The whole process happened so quickly that I barely had enough time to thumb through a magazine. I also appreciated that the place was clean, including the restrooms. I count all that as part of the whole professional experience. Good job!

I asked for "base, regular cheap oil", and was given high-mileage. Ended up having to pay an additional $30 for the oil change. Service was good quality, but be VERY specific and double check which oil they're giving you.

Oh my gosh, I would rate 1000 stats if I could. First of all, the extra services they provided, it was absolutely worth it. They checked my tire pressure, cleaned my windows, and vacuumed my car. Mike, Addison, Terrence, and Harley were the absolute bomb though. They were kind and funny and let me just chat with them while they worked on my car. They were joking with each other and laughing and made me feel just so welcomed in their space. I can't sing their praises enough and if I could give them each a $50 I would. You guys were amazing and I hope everything keeps looking up for you. Thank you so much.

I have been here several times and the service has always been excellent. I believe the recommendations to go with the oil change have been needed. It is hard to tell if you are being taken advantage of when you bring your car in to be serviced. I do not believe that to be the case here.

Stopped by before dinner on a Friday evening. They weren t too busy and I pulled right in. We stayed in the car and were out in a jiffy. Very professional crew. No hard sells, no upsells (it was synthetic already) no annoying condescending mechanic talk and they were very helpful. I was really grateful and glad because the trip down from Denver was very last minute and time sensitive so I didn t have time to get it done before I headed down. After I got done with business I was lucky to find this shop before they closed.Great experience.
