I was sent over by another store because they didn t have a specific size tool for my car, when I got there they were expecting me because the other store called ahead and let them know I was coming as well as see if the tool they needed was available at this location! This all occurred after 5pm as well! When I arrived, the mechanics took care of my car right away and I was only waiting for 20 minutes. Super convenient and painless. This will be my main store I visit for oil changes.

Literally in and out in 10 minutes. The staff were thorough, communicated well throughout the service, and not pushy. I'm just glad I had a good coupon, as I'm sure there are other less expensive oil changes around.

WHAT A RIPOFF!! $195.00 for an oil change. They literally had the car for ten minutes. They come in with this huge pike of debris on the cabin filter with was replaced 3000 miles ago. I believe they made it more dirty to sell us one. They charged $50 for the cabin filter. Then said they topped off coolant for another $10. Yet there s no coolant leak. It was completely flushed last summer. RIPOFF RIPOFF RIPOFF. DON T EVER GO TO JIFFY LUBE!!!

The employees were friendly, and my oil change took about 20 minutes on a Saturday. I couldn't find that option anywhere else in the city. However, they did not do all the tune-up services that they charged me for. The waiting area is messy and unwelcoming. They didn't ask me what kind of oil I would like. Instead, they gave me the most expensive. As a woman going by myself, I felt very taken advantage of. I will not be going back.

Great place to get your oil changed! The crew was professional, courteous, and explained everything in detail. They vacuumed out my car and cleaned my windows, too! Mike, the manager, and Terrence, the customer service attendant, made me feel welcome and safe as a single woman getting my car serviced. The price was reasonable and I was in and out in a jiffy ! This is my new go-to place! Give them a try!

I first arrived without my purse. Upon my return, there was no reference to my error. The oil change was fast and the new oil was completely clean. The Jiffy Lube personnel went out of their way to tell me of all the services they provide for free between oil changes. I experienced people who were concerned with providing the best service possible.

It's rare these days to get such good service with such a courteous attitude. The service was fast and friendly. They gave me good information about my vehicle needs, but I didn't feel they tried to sell me unnecessary services. That makes me trust them going forward. Excellent manager and staff.

So happy I chose this location. From warm welcome to extremely skilled and knowledgeable staff, everything about going here was worth it. Chad, the sales manager was also extremely helpful. I will definitely make this my go to spot.

Nice guys...Fixed my windshiper wiper fluid quick and fast. I thought it was broken but seems when I brought the car and had battery issues. The dealership knock loose or disconnected the line to the windshield wiper. The guy connected it back and did not charge me. I also feel like they are honest.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I today took advantage of their oil-top-off deal for customers between regular oil changes; super simple! Bays were full so the friendly gentleman just walked out to my car with the oil, filled it and checked it, and I was in my way in no time, no trouble, and no cost. I'll keep coming back!

These guys are awesome. Their Manager, Miss Tory, she runs a tight ship!! I have been their patron for over a year and some. They seriously do a great job, and if they can't fix it, they will recommend an reputable place for you to take your vehicle. Service was quick and staff was polite. Did hear an f-bomb drop while I was in the waiting room, though. Also, my engine plate came unscrewed and was dragging under my car three days after service.

Came here for a quick oil/filter change and the crew was on top of it all. They inspected just about everything and pointed out a couple of things that needed attention. They checked and topped off the fluids and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes.

Good customer service and explanation of needed services. They showed me the rear differential cap that showed it needed to be serviced and confirmed fluid fill levels and new oil dip stick.

From introduction to completion the care and customer service was impeccable. I was greeted with one of the technicians who informed me that they were having system issues, however he was forthcoming and then the manager assisted and the service was still prompt. The two other technicians did a great job of doing the inspection and the recommendations were not hassling and made sense. They even gave referral to get certain work done that would come up as an issue later. Compared to the other shops I have been to this was the best oil change I have had and I will continue to be a long standing customer. The whole crew deserves recognition!- ZealousRamone
