Warning: If you re not a car person, brace yourself for a bumpy ride. My wife took our car in for an oil change on 3/29. The shop, however, decided to play mechanic roulette. They sold her on a brake flush and fill, as well as a coolant flush and fill. Now, here s the kicker: the manufacturer s recommended service intervals for these actions are 90K and 45K miles, respectively. Our vehicle? A mere 30K miles on the odometer. Completely unnecessary!This shops tactics? Dishonest. If you value your sanity (and your wallet), steer clear!

I tried giving Jiffy Lube a chance with my Jeep. I went there on 10/19/23 at 9:55 a.m. for just an oil change nothing else. Had me come out and look at fluids, stated that my brake fluid was "very bad and recommended changing it if wanted to. I wasn t gonna pay that much for it but I don t know if the last owner has done anything to it or the dealership. So I got it done paid, and drove away, my turbo was making some wear noise of air. I knew that sound when I bought my jeep ,I know my vehicle turbo sound. So not even 7 minutes, I stopped so I popped the hood to check my intake box, the cable for my turbo was broken. I turn around quickly because I know that wasn t broken when I brought it in and I m not paying out of my pocket for what someone broke without even telling me.I Talked to the blonde guy whats going on why I m mad ,showed him, confronted him. He called the boss and someone gonna call me tomorrow or I call them to make sure they will get it taken care of by ordering the intake.My first and last time at this location and other jiffy lube 0 out of 10. I would rather do the work myself. They need to be an adult if they break something by accident they need to let the customer know before the customer drives their car and something bad happens to them or the vehicle.

Super chill, helpful folks at this shop! They were able to help me at the drop of a hat. I even stopped in a few hours later to check on a new noise, and they didn't seem bothered in the least to check it over and fix it.

Went in for an oil change for my truck. Super friendly staff. Minimal wait time and no pressure to buy extra services. Just so appreciate them taking time to do a great job. Also gave me $30 off for AAA membership!

Got serviced right away, greeted by friendly staff member. Their recommendation were fair and professional, not pushy salesmen. Over all great and fast experience I ll definitely be back and i do recommend getting your oil change here. Thank you!

Unfortunately this go-around wasn t a great experience. Shortly after we picked up the car my grandson called to tell me his oil light was on. I told him to not drive the car (he was at his girlfriends house) and to check the oil. He said the dipstick didn t register any oil. When I went to pick him up I confirmed it had no oil. I waited til the next day and called, spoke with a manager. He was very helpful and offered to come by and check it out or send someone else or call a tow truck. One of his servicemen stopped by, checked the oil level and there was none. He added approximately 2-ish quarts of oil and it still didn t register on the dipstick. He crawled under to check for cracks and there were none. He brought a few wrenches and I believe tightened the drain plug and the oil filter?? He suggested perhaps driving it to the shop being it was only a few miles aways, but after me further thinking my about it I didn t want to chance it and opted to take the manager up on having the vehicle towed. Once they finished working on it I received a call. I believe something to do with the oil filter because apparently they had to replace it again. They test drove the car and said it didn t leak. We have yet to drive the car, it is parked in the garage, but tomorrow my grandson will be taking it to school. I will let you know how everything goes, if there are any other issues with no to low oil. Hopefully the car will be A-OK!Service: Oil change

I had received an email from Jiffy Lube for 35 dollars off. When I went in it was for a FL location so I went to the Colorado site, entered my info and was give a coupon for 15 dollars off. The 15 dollar coupon did not work. It was very frustrating.

Called to ask some basic questions about an oil change. The guy didn't seem too interested in answering my questions or getting my business. To me, that says a lot about the customer service I would expect at this location, so I will not be getting my car serviced here. Customer service to potential customers is important to me when I consider where to give my business.

I'm so disappointed. I've used this shop for a while now but this last time I went in for a simple oil change but was told I needed a coolant fluid flush ($170) and new brake pads (which mine are brand new btw). I didn't allow them to do any work other than the oil change. I took it to my trusted mechanic this morning, and there is literally NOTHING wrong with my coolant or my brand new brakes.Shame shame. Now I'm out time from work and the money it cost me to rent a car for the day.I will never use this location again, and honestly, I feel like they owe me a reimbursement.

Outstanding Service! I came in for a leak behind the Skid plate. They got it off, cleaned out and found and replaced a bad gasket on my oil filter. Oil and washer fluid topped off! Fantastic group! Enjoy the drinks!

For the most part it s what you d expect from an oils change place. Limit knowledge on all things fill in the vehicle . When they clean the windows, they don t care about the dirty water running down your car. It s more expensive than other oil places I ve been to. But they re the only fast oil change place open on Sundays.

Would of been nice for them to inform customers of the cost for additional services they claim need to be done, instead you take in for an oil change and walk out with a $500 dollar bill that your husband could had done for $150 or less! This place is awesome. The guys all know what they are doing, and won t kill you on prices. I had a bad issue with my radiator and was in a bad position. They definitely took care of me. Mike, in particular is the best. If you have issues with your vehicle ask for Mike. I will definitely be coming back here.

I stopped in to have the pressure in the tires of my car adjusted. I couldn't remember the last time the oil was changed so I had them change the oil as well. The crew was very polite and courteous. I mentioned I was on my way to work and this was an unexpected delay in my day. The crew worked quickly and efficiently and had me on the road within 30 minutes.
