Walmart quoted me a 3HOUR wait. Here I got in wicked fast and when they brought up additional services my car was due for they didn t push me to get them done they just recommended and even checked if my car actually NEEDED the services yet. I didn t need them done yet so they recommended I wait and we re up front that they recommend going to the dealership to get them done because they weren t too familiar with the car I have and don t want to mess it up. Which I appreciate the honesty.

Having my oil changed at Jiffy Lube was a most welcome experience. My time from arrival to servicing was less than 10 minutes. The staff identified themselves and were very professional, accommodating and genuinely courteous. They performed the service above expectations by not only changing the oil, but checking the tire pressure, all fluid levels, cleaning the windows and even offered to vacuum the inside. They provided education on types of oil and additives and there were no hidden costs. They answered all of my questions and when noticing they check engine light was present, they performed an electronic check to ascertain the problem. I will continue to use their services and highly recommend them.

I came in and worked with Nicholas. Extremely professional service, walk me through everything going on with my vehicle, very easy to understand. Told me what s important and what I can wait on. I was extremely impressed by Jiffy Lube on Constitution and Powers. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they were able to get me in right away. The service was great!

They were very friendly and polite, but they broke my air intake hose when checking the engine air filter, I had checked it that morning. I only went in because the drain cap on my oil tank was stuck. They recommended one over priced service after another that my car didn't need because I do them myself. I won't be going back.

This is a good place to go for a quick oil change. However, they will ask if you want additional services. You need to be aware of prior maintenance on your car, or you can purchase a service you do not need.

They were quick and friendly. I don t have the easiest car to deal with. It s lowered, it s swapped, my engine isn t in their system cause it s only in Japan and they still knocked it out the park. Having a bigger radiator, different engine, different trans haha they handled it all it was enjoyable to watch good job guys

Kyle was 100% on point with customer service. I had brought my truck in because my high pressure hose line was busted. Kyle not only worked with me over a few days to find the part, he was helpful in finding the correct part after some trial and error. Kyle you re the man! Thanks again for the help.

Best oil change experience of my life time. I had a tight time constraint and the crew serviced my car in no time at all. The crew are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and didn't try to up sale me. Definitely go here for quick, accurate service. Great job all around!

They let you sit in your car.. which is awesome. They give you the manufactures recommended maintenance schedule which I think is nice. Oil, oil filter, cabin and air filter plus all the other things they check in 15 minutes. Good customer service too. All around great experience.

Macendy, Kaylin and Steve were absolutely incredible! Talk about fast service done with kindness and clear communication. They didn t waste any time and did a great job showing me what was done and making sure all of my caps were properly closed and I was road ready. They made this experience so wonderful and truly a great start to my day. They really care about what they do and made sure that my vehicle was road ready.

Kaylin , Renee , Kyle were incredible! Like wow ! They were very personable and made getting an oil change feel as if I'd visited a 5 star restaurant. They are very honest and do not suggest maintenance on your vehicle that isn't needed. The waiting area was warm , cozy and had hot coffee as well. Great service!

Brought my father-in-law's vehicle in for a oil change, not knowing any past history of this vehicle, and the people at Jiffy Lube were wonderful to explain the different services they could do for me. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and I definitely will return for future maintenance and service.

This location has an employee that likes to offer things my car doesn't need. It's just the one, tall white guy with a mop of a haircut, that does this. Everyone else is great.First it's the usual stuff like a cabin air filter or wipers, which is normal and doesn't bother me. Then he's showing me "dirty differential fluid", when I had them replace it a month before he brought it up at the suggested mileage. Then, I had the money at the time and knew it was coming up. He showed me a palate of stock fluid, ranging from clean to dirty, and he told me he checked mine and it was the dirty one. No way he checked. I told him I just replaced it and he mumbled something I couldn't make out, looked embarrassed, and changed the topic. He was obviously going off the milage/maintenance schedule, but didn't check the fluid, or my records (I had it replaced at this location, and watched them do it).This last time, the same guy is telling me my rotors have grooves (they don't) and my pads are gone (they aren't). I humor him and he tells me they're the "cheapest game in town" at 450 per axle. I know I can do it myself for 150 "per axle". I told him as much and he went back to mumbling. No way I'm paying 1k for pads and rotors.This last bit has really turned me off to the place. Dude either thinks I look like a moron or he treats everyone this way. I'll either just change my own oil for now on or find somewhere else to go to. Maybe that's his attitude? Would have to be stupid to not do it myself?

Went in for an oil change and replacement of a brake light and turn signal. They upsold me on a full synthetic oil due to the 105000 miles on my truck. They then came in to their lobby and told me that they couldn t change the brake light because they didn t know how long it would take but that the turn signal was ok. I said ok no worries I will find another shop to swap out the brake light because they made it sound like a horribly difficult job they couldn t do. They wrap up and ask me to pull the truck out and I do and I m actually happy with the service I have received. Get to the first light where I am to use the turn signal and now it s flashing fast and I have an error message on my dash that was not there when I pull in to get the work done. It s saying something along the lines of rear turn signal disabled. I take it back and they now tell me that they didn t touch any of my lights because they were unsure how long each would take. I drive down the block to the auto zone and find out that each of the assemblies are only held together by 2 screws. I pulled the light to replace the turn signal and they had broke the harness and snipped one of the wires more than likely accidentally but the fact that they lied about it and then were hostile when I came back, I will never use jiffy lube again. I will tell all of my people not to use jiffy lube as well. I understand that mistakes happen and things get broken but the fact that I was lied to in my face twice and then greeted my second time back to ask about the turn signal with hostility is as unprofessional as I can imagine. I m in the trades and this is the worst service I can imagine getting. Beyond disappointing

Staff were friendly. Offered services and just didn t perform them. Explained what was done and showed the look of the oil after the oil change. Was helpful during checking out with complications on my end. I definitely will go back.

The staff were very helpful, patient, kind, and ready to go! They were able to do the requested service but went above and beyond by asking questions and making sure I was all set for any issues or concerns with my car.

They unplugged the air intake valve causing my engine to repeatedly die nearly killing me after driving away! I even went back to ask what happened after it died in their parking lot and they told me it was the spark plugs! $200 later and 2 different mechanics, it was the air intake valve shutting off the engine. If you go in for a simple oil change, your mechanics should not touch anything else on the vehicle. I don't care if it's protocol. Your employees almost got me killed!

Thank you staff for being nice to my wife and I. Friendly and very approachable staff is helpful. Especially in these times of social strife. Your customer service was personable and honest. Please don't stop because you get some jerk that is having a bad day and takes it out on harding working people. See again soon, God Bless!!
