The general manager was excellent! Washed my windows, explained all of the procedures and recommendations- and he was verbally checking that the tech did every little thing he was supposed to do on the oil change. I was super impressed and will be going there from now on for my oil changes. I didn't even have to get out of my car!

I had a great experience here. The customer service was fantastic. The manager took care of us but I can t seem to remember his name. The whole process took less than 20 min and the team kept me informed and asked before they started on anything. Would definitely come back

This is my second visit to the downtown Colorado Springs Jiffy Lube. I have gotten great service on both visits. Their employees are courteous and thorough, testing all my lights before they begin the oil change. I love that I don t have to make an appt and can just show up when it s convenient for my schedule.

I love this Jiffy Lube so much. Everybody that works there is honest, quick, and cool. Yesterday I tripped and almost busted my butt and the kid working with me didn t make me feel bad at all about it, we laughed together and had a great time. The atmosphere is so different from other car shops because I m not going in or leaving feeling anxious or like I m getting ripped off. Thank you to the whole crew for helping me with my car !

Lyle was the manager for this location and as a first time customer he treated me as if I was family. He cleaned my cabin air filter free of cost and discounted my entire oil service but gave me a complete full service at no additional cost. It was super fast! Best oil change and service I ve ever had! 5 stars all the way!

Lyle and his staff were great! They provide great service in a timely manner, at an affordable cost. The team kept in constant communication with me letting me know what services I ultimately did need and didn t after getting underneath my vehicle, ultimately saving me from wasting my money on services I didn t need at the time. In addition, went out of their way to look into some questions I had mechanically with my vehicle and provided great feedback and recommendations at no cost, was just trying to help out. 10 of 10 recommend anybody to see this team for any services you may need. I ll be back for sure!! Thanks team

You can tell there is a strong sense of comradery amongst the staff, and it helps to make for a fun and efficient experience. They work hard, and they work well. I ll definitely be coming back.

Even though there are crew was shorthanded they managed to pull off my oil change in a very short time complete professionalism. I also came just before closing and because my tire pressure light was not right and the warning light to come up for the oil change. They were willing to perform the oil change even though it made them stay later.. . The manager was kind enough to replace some cap that looked worn out somewhere in my engine at no charge to me, parsley I think because he felt bad for me because the cost was more than what I thought it was going to be He even honored my military discount to top it off they directed me to the closest gas station before it closed as I was out of town and didn t know my way around and would. Have run out of fuel ! Obviously, too dedicated, and very efficient employees at A location I wouldn t have expected it !!

Best customer service from an auto shop I ve ever experienced. They were very thorough and considerate about my cars needs. I will never take my car to another shop! Just came in for an oil change earlier than my appointment time with the intention of leaving my car and coming back, however the manager Kyle and his staff were able to take my car right away and still guarantee I could get to work on time! Super timely and personable I would definitely come back again!

Austin and Rico did an oil change for me. The two of them did wonderful. While Austin was keeping me informed about pricing etc... Rico was awesome for showing me a few things about my engine while waiting on a part. Thank you guys! I will definitely be back

I recently had my oil change done at Jiffy Lube, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Lyle, the manager, was incredibly professional and friendly throughout the entire process. He made sure to explain everything and answered all my questions with a smile. The whole experience was top-notch, and I left feeling confident that my car was in great hands. Nina the floor manager was polite and inviting. The technician that conducted the oil change was fast and efficient. I had my oil changed and fluids topped off in under 30 minutes.

This is my second time receiving service at this location and I am 100% satisfied. All employees were professional, prompt, and informative in the work they were doing on my vehicle. Great customer service and I felt welcomed in the space. Looking forward to next year's oil change.

Nina, Kelsey, Isaiah and Lyle were rad. Super professional and way cooler than they needed to be about me starting my car when I wasn t supposed to and spilling oil into Isaiah s *literal* mouth (fml). Overall fun, friendly, efficient and not pushy.

I have only great things to say about the Jiffy Lube on Nevada, Colorado Springs. The Manager Lyle was extremely helpful and went above and beyond because I have a bad hip(hard to walk), He had one of the other wonderful employees bring my car around to me to save me from having to walk. Great service team!! Thank you!

Came in during my lunch break from work and was in and out fast. The store manager and one of the associates did an awesome job, didn t pressure an upsell, and had me out of there before I knew it. Will be back in 4000-5000 miles.

Positive vibez & Jolly oil changes ONLY ! ;-) Dropping my car off at Jiffy Lube was like hitting an unexpected Maroon 5 concert haha One of the guys was singing She Will Be Loved as he swapped out my oil. They took a good care of my lil car. I am very grateful. From now on I will only go to this Jiffy.
