Excellent service from both the Administrative staff as well as the Technical team. I initially ordered an s800-in-a-box but once the transmission was at Jacks decided to upgrade my order to include the 18plate clutches and a forged gear set. They handled my request perfectly and I received exactly what I requested. I swapped the new transmission into my car last weekend and now have about 200 miles on it - So far it performs as expected. 5-stars due to parts quality and description of the items.My only dislike was delivery.I paid $56.30 for a 2-day USPS delivery but instead my package was sent via UPS ground and it took a week to arrive.I contacted Jack's customer service and they stated that USPS don't ship fluids via air, so they send my package UPS ground. This need to be stated on the web site, so customers are informed.Other than that - Love my parts!

My 2016 Ford Focus ST has never shifted better! The team at Jack's Transmissions was able to handle shipping, offer additional services and parts the transmission needed upon opening it up, and kept me informed through every step of the process, having multiple contacts through sales, service, and business mangers. Emails were responded to within a reasonable time frame; at no point did I feel like I was "chasing down" someone to get answers from them.*Nearly Two Year Update* No issues! Car shifts fantastically well through all the gears and hold power well (as it should form the factory).

Always have a great experience with Jack's. We always bring our r35 to Jack's for trans work. Great job they have done for us everytime. Jack's go above and beyond for us. Very grateful and will always go to them for trans work. Great communication as well. Thanks Jack's transmission.

I was struggling trying to find a good local shop to replace my SST on my 2012 Evo X. It was very obvious that the SST is no ordinary transmission. Most shops declined to work on it. The dumb shops tried and created more mechanical damage than original. You know who you are....Fortunately I was smart enough to send my transmission Jacks. They understand the local shop frustration I was dealing with. Not to mention nearly 3 months of vehicle downtime I had to deal with.To make a long story short; Jacks ended up saving me a lot more time and money by providing me with a 500HP transmission off the shelf. Matthew, John and Brady were very good to deal with. I really appreciate you going out of your way to help. I am certain that you will experience continued success at Jacks....... Jacks Transmissions along with Angela Beilfuss saved my Mitsubishi Ralliart with a Twin Clutch SST OEM Transmission Rebuild! Before taking my Ralliart to Jacks Transmissions I had the constant Transmission Service Required Light on from Code P1875. With this constant light being on I was unable to pass emissions in my State of Pennsylvania. I tried every transmission shop around me in the Suburbs of Philadelphia, but no shop would touch my Twin Clutch SST Transmission. The Mitsubishi Dealership even admitted they are not trained to take apart this type of transmission and would only replace the entire transmission for a ridiculous amount of $18,500. No way on Earth was I spending that amount of money. I then found Jacks Transmissions on an Evo Forum with great reviews and highly recommended. Angela, the Customer Service Associate, was amazing she had prompt detailed email responses and was a pleasure to speak with on the phone for the entire process. With me living in the suburbs of Philadelphia she coordinated my car's Transport Shipping to and from Colorado making sending my car more than halfway across the US a breeze. Once I got my car back from Jacks Transmissions from the Twin Clutch SST OEM Transmission Rebuild and SST Damper Rebuild services, my transmission was just like brand new and the Transmission Service Required Light was gone! They back their work with a free transmission warranty. Jacks Transmissions did outstanding work on my Twin Clutch SST Transmission for a fraction of the price! Angela coordinated and kept me informed the entire time. I 1,000 times recommend getting your transmission done here. Even if you just have questions or want a price quote, they bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect with my Transmission Rebuild, Car Transport, and Customer Service. I usually don't leave reviews often but Jacks Transmissions and Angela are the best and deserve all the recognition for bringing my Ralliart back to Life!!!Services: Transmission, Electrical, Transmission repair

This is a great shop with very helpful and friendly staff! High end place for high end cars, specialized in Mitsubishi and Nissan sports cars and their transmissions. I am the proud owner of a 2010 Lancer Ralliart which they have revitalized the transmission of and put a new clutch pack into, I am very pleased with their service and it was an honor to work with them!

Worth every penny!The customer service is great, and the man Jack is a transmission guru! They rebuilt the SST transmission, for my 2014 Lancer Ralliart, with a few upgrades such as: billet shift forks, big air cooler, and a S-Sport TCU tune to make it bulletproof. As long as you listen to Jack, you'll be in great hands. The man performes extensive testing on the hardware and software for the SST, and continues to make new discoveries. I never asked, but I assume he does this for all of the transmissions he specializes in. After the conversation I had with him, it is clear to me that he knows more about the SST than most known shops out there, who do similar work. As he explained, most of the common knowledge out there across the internet, is unfortunately outdated misinformation. This shop has the edge on others because of Jack's wealth of knowledge, that most people do not have for these cars. If you want what's best for your transmission, like I do, then it is very important you consult this shop. As far as my research is concerned, this is the best shop in the game. 10/10 would recommend their services to ANYBODY in need.Service: Transmission repair

Jacks is essentially the only place to get your hands on a lot of OEM Ford Focus ST/RS transmission repair parts and that is NOT a bad thing! I ordered an OEM 3rd gear from Jacks, along with axel shaft seals, and a couple of snap rings - everything came well packaged and the parts are of great quality. They are very quick, both in response to inquiries and in packing & shipping out orders. I would highly recommend using Jacks Transmissions!Service: Transmission

I don't leave many reviews, but Jacks has been so good to me that I felt obligated to leave a note here;I have been consistently impresed with Jacks impecible communication.It doesnt matter what the issue is, if you send them an email, you will get a REAL response that day, probably within the hour.-Troubleshooting issues with my transmission;-Finding the RIGHT replacement parts for my transmission-Technical guidance as I rebuild my transmission-Expedited shipping when I absolutely need it next dayI even use them to order Subarau dealer parts now, because I KNOW if there is any kind of issue I can send them an email and I will get a response in minutes (within business hours).Jacks provides a level of service that is very hard to find, you wont be dissapointed.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission repair

Took my SST in for repair due to an issue with even gear engagement. I opted for a full rebuild with OEM clutch packs. Great communication & fast turnaround. I dropped the car off on a Monday and picked it up the following Monday. No hassle, no stress, they just got it done. I'll always take my SST + DSM stuff to Jack's.

Last year I grenaded my trans. I had Jacks Transmissions remove the trans. And fully Build a completely new one, and install that trans. With this there is supposed to be a 14 month warranty. The only thing reused was the diff that they said they went through and inspected and was in perfect working condition. Fast forward 3k miles later and I m getting a loud crack and pop from my transmission. I replaced both axels and checked every bushing and bracket. I found an axle mounting bracket that was left loose from the install. Leaving this bracket loose caused the axles to have wobble inside the transmission. After contacting jacks and telling them about the problem with the transmission cracking and that I had explored all other possibilities they told me that they will not warranty it because they THINK it is the diff. And they did not supply the diff. Mind you they inspected and said it was good to use and we don t even know for sure that s the problem. The refused to be helpful. To do any sort of tear warranty tear down to explore what the problem could be or even do a transmission inspection even though the noise is clearly coming from the transmission that they built. Then they tried to sell me a new diff for 500 dollars over market value and told me the would install it from anywhere from $700 to $1900 dollars depending if I pull the trans myself or not. I ve got to say, in modern times it is hard to find a company who can do anything right, get things processed in a timely fashion, and most definitely won t find one who can be personal or informative. Jack s transmissions has totally proven those statements to be false! I have yet to deal with anyone recently with the prompt shipping/processing these guys and gals provide, along with their customer service with any questions. They personally reached out to me to inform me of a product that was back in stock and it literally made my day. Any questions I had, be it a stock inquiry or a technical question regarding my troubles, they were super quick to reply with great info. I have since bought multiple things from them and will continue to use Jack s! Best online buying experience I ve had in years BY FAR!

3 times separate occasions Ordered GR6 transmission parts, sent my driveshaft to and from Jacks for repairs. I m from Canada and they make the experience seem less. Great email and phone communication and constant free advice and directions from the techs. They I get UPS shipment details within a few hours or so of making my payment. Huge selection of used stuff. Definitely the team to take your GT-R transmission related needs to!Service: Transmission

I had my Evo X MR transmission repair by Jack Transmissions, they were great from point of contact to the finish and transportation of my car. They were very accommodating, answered all of my questions before, during and after the repair. My transmission is now working again and it feels great driving my car after it was siting on my drive way for almost 2 months. My Evo X SST had succumb to the well known shift fork issue and needed to be replaced. Was originally quoted $26000 from Mitsubishi to replace the transmission with a new one (with the same problems). I reached out to a couple different companies and Jack s was the first one to not only reach back out to me around the holidays, but express concern about my issue. Angela was was a pleasure to work with when setting up my quote! I had my issue settled in a matter of days and within 2 1/2 weeks timeframe, my Evo was up and running again. I didn t do a direct exchange but for a rebuilt SST and then shipped my core after the new one was received.Not only was my SST replaced but it was upgraded from OEM to eliminate the issues the OEM SST suffers from the diff splines, damper, and valve body was completely serviced.When I got my car back before Christmas, it was like driving a brand new car! No issues at present, and my only regret was not upgrading the clutches while they were doing the complete rebuild. They also gave me back 90% of the cost of the core exchange when they got my broken SST.Service: Transmission repair

Bought transmission parts for my Ford Focus ST one two occasions. Not only did they ship it the same day but delivery was fast, they were very helpful and informative, and they have great prices! I will only be using jacks transmissions from now on! So do yourself a favor and only shop here!

In this plethora of madness that is today with finding parts these folks were instrumental in getting what I needed. After waiting 6 weeks for a local to me speed shop to locate transmission parts for a focus st build I decided to try to find my own parts. Reached out to Jacks and Angela answered the phone and she found what I needed in their inventory and got my order going with expedited shipping. Very responsive, very knowledgeable. Would work with them again, my only regret is not reaching out to them sooner. Thank you so much for the help!
