My car had a tough day and needed an alignment....my mechanic told me that Jack's is the BEST!!! And they are awesome! I would trust them not only with my car but also I would trust them to be fair and honest with my mother and daughter's car also. Good guys and in higg demand so be prepared and make an appt.

Just took our third car to Jack s Alignment.First two were for alignment third was for repair due to sliding on ice. One of the kids hitting the curb damaging front wheel and some steering components.Pat and the team checked out damage provided estimate very affordable and ready to go the next day! These guys do it right first time every time. Absolutely best referral ever! Thank you Pat and team!

Always great service, and the only place I trust with my Mustang (and the only one that didn't stammer when I mentioned caster/camber plates and custom specs I wanted to use). Most recently, I had them do my F150. A bad pitman arm and idler precluded the alignment on my first visit, and I was invited in to see the worn parts. I replaced the idler myself and had Jack's do the pitman arm. When picked up, the alignment was dead on. No unnecessary work was recommended, nothing was overlooked, and I was able to stay and wait if I wanted. No idea what other reviewers are referring to on those points. Recommended.

We have taken our vehicles to Jack's for alignment for as long as I can remember. They always do a great job. They are fair and friendly. Great customer service. They offer a 5% discount when you pay with cash.

I had new tires put on my truck and the next day I took it to Jack's Alignment for a front end alignment. Supposedly a front end alignment was performed but I discovered with my next tire rotation (4,000 miles) that my new tires were cupping. My ball joints and tie rods were bad and needed to be replaced. It was not noted at the time of alignment. How can a front end alignment be performed with bad ball joints and tie rods. I would have gladly had both replaced if I had known they were bad.

I recently recommended Jack's alignment to my son because he had work done elsewhere and after paying $3,000 had a scary wobble in his suspension. I will not post the name of the so-called experts that did the prior work on the west side of Colorado Springs but my previous employer had used Jack's alignment service for years and always had great work. Now my son had gone there and said these people were friendly and helpful got him in right away because it was almost an emergency and was treated well and very fairly priced. Thank you so much folks for probably saving my son's life.Rick Tolfa

Had my Dodge Ram in for an alignment. It was pulling left and the steering column was about 10 degrees to the right. It's perfect now!serviceeverything was aligned

Best alignment shop in town if you ask me. Pat is a great guy that's been doing alignments for a long time. Wouldn't take the classics anywhere else. No fear of a joy ride happening here. Great group of guys that are no nonsense and professional.

I had two other alignment shops diagnose the problem and align the vehicle five times both places to up their hands and said there was nothing they could do. Jack's diagnose the problem within 15 minutes and fixed it

Only guys in Colorado Springs I trust with my alignments. I have been working on automobiles my whole life. I am ASE Certified and can tell you Jack's knows what they are doing. They are using newer Hunter alignment equipment. They are not out to gouge thier customers. I recommend you call for an appointment as they are usually always busy. Totally worth waiting. I have had some quickie alignments before and they have never been right. Do it once, do it right, go to Jack's.

It's a relief to find a place that will adjust camber, caster and toe. Most others only adjust toe. Good to see there are still shops that do the job right.

They did an alignment on my Maserati. It was quick and extremely affordable especially compared to what the dealer would charge. I was referred to them and I'm glad I used their services. I would definitely recommend them.

Screws non mechanical women.Given estimate for over $3000.00.Went to brake plus with estimate of $1200+. There were parts that didn t even need replaced that were on Jacks estimate. Been a customer for over 20 years. Don t know how many times I ve been taken advantage of before.Hit the road Jack!Service: Wheel alignment

Came here first time few months ago and service was excellent as we waited outside no problem, now after needing their service again this guy tells me I have to leave my home/rv van with him and leave his property. This is sketchy and weird after explaining that I can't go anywhere he gets rude and tells me it's the only way he will look at it to fix. Not sure if he planning to rob my home or lie about service either way you lost a customer and any recommendations from Big O as you are bad for business and just sketchy.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I have had to fire a few alignment shops over the years as a shop owner. The alignment can be "in the green" spec wise and still have a pull. These guys know there trade well so I rarely have issues. We appreciate what they do for us!

Pat evaluated the work I needed done and explained why it would not be possible at this time at Jack's Alignment. He referred me to a tire shop that would be able to help (they did).

Best place in town to get alignment. Been using them for 15+ years. The techs there have been doing it for 30+ years at that shop. Can't beat that experience. They get it right, everytime.

Jack's was great. $82.50 out the door for all 4 tires to get aligned for my sedan. They are no longer taking appointments due to COVID. It's first come first served. My wait time was just less than 2hrs as they were pretty busy. Nice people. Great service.They take a lunch break at 11:30 to close down for a little while. :-)Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

No frills alignment service. Received very friendly service. I replaced my lower control arms and used aftermarket cam bolts on my 2002 Toyota Tundra. Jack's knew exactly what what I did and how to properly align my truck. No appointments-you need to drop off your vehicle when they open. Took about 4 hours from drop-off to pick up. Have recommended this shop to friends and family.Service: Wheel alignment

I bought a used car recently that s alignment was way off. I found this place and took my car in, the day I came they were a bit backed up and running behind but apologized and were very sweet about it. They finished up fast and I was good to go! I noticed throughout the next couple weeks it felt like my car may have been pulling a bit still. I called them up and the lady at the front desk was so sweet when I explained to her my concern. She got me an appointment asap at the earliest most convenient time for me. When I brought it back in, the gentleman who had looked at my car previously also looked at it again and was very thorough, he test drove it and even printed out a copy of the alignment measurements upon my request. He gave me his honest opinion that the alignment was close to perfect so the issue lies elsewhere. They didn t charge me anything for the second visit! The people who work here are very professional and respectful and the prices are very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone! I appreciate their great honest service.

Jacks was awesome. They let me drop my car off at 1:30 when i got off of work. They called me by 3:00 to come pick it up. Service was quick, cheaper than anywhere else, AND informed me of parts of my suspension that i might wanna replace in the near future. Ill never take my car anywhere else.
