Had me in and out, reasonable prices. Great customer service. Highly recommend for all MILITARY PERSONNEL unfamiliar with the area. Great dude, even better service. Will definitely be coming back for the next 3 years I m here. Don t waste your money at the big places that take 2 hours to get you in.

I brought my tires in an hour before they closed and was still able to be fit in to switch them out, & they were super fast. I also paid less than I was quoted which meant a lot to me as I m a new mom strapped for money this season. I ll be coming here for all my future tire needs and suggest you do too!

1st time taking my business to J's. I called all over town looking for a couple of replacement tires for my volvo s60r which are kind of rare. Not only did Jay have the tire's I was looking for, but he came outside to greet me and took care of my issues himself since it looked like the rest of his employees were busy at that time. (You gotta admire an owner of a company who doesn't mind getting his hands dirty.) Anyway, he had my old flat tire off the rim and the new one installed in record time and gave me an even better deal than what he quoted me over the phone. That's the type of customer service that will keep a place open and thriving for years to come. Thanks Jay and your crew.

Worst experience I have ever experienced! I call to confirm my tires we agree on a price for two faulkin tires. I drive 30 minutes to the shop to then wait hour in a half just for them to try and rip me off.. He started putting cheap tires on and I asked if they were the ones we agreed on the OWNER J said no these are the tires that are appropriate for that price we agreed on. I asked to speak with him in his office and he said he made a mistake and is not going to honor that. Had an attitude the entire time and told me he is going to put my old tires on and go on or charge me double per tire then we agreed on!DO NOT COME HERE! I have sent over 10 people here but deeply regret it! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!!If I was able to leave zero stars I would.

After calling 5 tire shops, these guys had a set of 4 in my size which were hard to find. In and out service. They may be a small shop, but the service was big. Highly recommended.

Was recommended by a friend a while ago and after coming here a few times they have definitely exceeded my expectations! Always greeted almost instantly and have even been given bottles of water while waiting! Super fast and friendly with a great quality selection of used tires and they do brakes too! 10/10 recommend for anyone in CO Springs

Super nice guys! I called and they told me they get people in on a first-come first-serve basis but I could make an appointment if I liked. I went ahead and did so and headed on over today to drop my car off for tomorrow s appointment. They were able to change my tires right there on the spot! I got to wait in my car while they put them on so I scrolled IG for twenty mins and boom! I chose used tires because it s a beater that I won t have for much longer but there s still so much tread left on them. Super impressed with the quality of service and attentiveness these gentlemen provided me today. I can t say enough good things. If you re looking for a fair price for used tires go see them, you ll come away happy.

Fantastic experience!Unfortunately I curbed my tire to the point or compromising my side wall right before a towing our camper on a camping trip. J s had me in and out within about 30 minutes. They gave me a couple different options for tires so I could choose the best option. Very reasonably priced.Incredibly pleased with this shop and will be coming here for anything tire related in the future.

I come here every time I have a tire problem wether it's to get plugged or just to simply get a quick used tire to get me back on the road! They are always helpful especially when I am low on funds. Thanks crew keep up the good work!

Man this place was quick! I didn't even finish smoking a whole cigarette before they replaced all 4 tires. The price was comparable to any other shop in town. For the ease of service, I would definitely recommend this shop.

Had been running around town with a doughnut trying to find someone to help me with my flat. After multiple failed attempts and being told, I'd have to wait multiple days by 3 different companies. I was able to get it patched here in only a few minutes.

This is the best used tire shop that I know, I used to go to other places, but this place is the best. They are fast. And good on price, they're usually not too busy and they usually gets you in and out in about 20 minutes most of the other tires shops I seem to wait at least half an hour to an hour. Sometimes 2 hours so in my opinion this place is the best place for used tires

I have been using J's tire service for many years. Be for a new tire or a used one, I have always gotten excellent service. Price and service has always been great. Keep doing what you doing guys .

I would leave a zero star if I could. Just letting the community or the city or the state of Colorado know that this is a very bad place to buy a used tire. My husband paid $45 for a used tire that barely has any tread on it. I trusted them I thought that they were a reputable tire place to get good used tires. They are not. The first time I went to them I bought two used tires for 30 bucks and then tread was okay. I will not be back with them anymore they are scam. A better place to buy your used is the Tire Guy. Don't go to Jay's tires they are rip off.

Best tire place in town. Quick, efficient, and they'll have you in and out in less than 30 minutes. Plus you can't beat the prices, every used tire I've bought looked brand new.
