Mr. Tim New is a true professional, and I consider him the best in the business regarding drivetrain work. He has assisted me with parts sales, the fabrication of driveshafts, and the assembly of third members for over 17 years with the highest degree of integrity. Mr. New makes the entire process hassle and stress-free from start to finish. He has always given me sound advice on the best way to go forward on all my projects, whether it s a driveline, a third member, or a complete rear-end differential housing assembly or service. Mr. New always responds to my questions promptly in person or through phone calls/voicemails and always provides a quick turnaround time on products and services. Lastly, I have been 100% satisfied with his work and plan to continue using his services for life; I would highly recommend Mr. New to anyone in need of driveline/drivetrain work or advice.

I had an awesome experience with Tim down at ITP. All the guys down there are great, but Tim went above and beyond and has a great eye for detail. Communication was wonderful, not only did he work with me on my budget, Tim made sure we were on the same page every step of the way.I had broken the driveshaft on my '08 Duramax, and from the time I brought it in, it only took them 3 days to; order the parts, weld everything up and get it back to me. They've made a customer for life and I will definitely be returningIt's hard to find someone to work on your vehicle that's trustworthy, communicates well, works hard and gets the job done right, but you'll find all of that and more at Inland Truck!

Tim New balanced a two-piece drive shaft out of a long bed Tundra. The work was superb, beyond excellent. Both shafts needed to be straightened. Some of the u-joint clips were not seated correctly. Two zerks needed to be replaced. Balance is perfect and no vibration. And Tim demonstrated Superior customer service by giving me a call the next day to ask about the condition of the drive shaft.

The guys at inland truck part and service sure are good at what they do in a very timely matter. I I'm here to tell you there support and knowledge are a blessing when your down or stumped them guys take pride in making sure you get your problem resolved in a fast and professional order. Absolutely amazing service!! We rented an rv and the mirror fell off while we were driving. Showed up here and they did not have the pet but were able to make another mirror work and a very timely fashion so we could get back on the road to our destination. Adam and his crew are absolutely amazing!! Thank you so much!!

Came in for smoking braked due to a bad slack adjust Then the (Manager) Adam R got me in instantly. Started to looked over my truck found a few needed to be done repairs and gave me a Amazing price. Got my truck rolling better than BEFOREalso HE stay well beyond closing time to personally finish my truck which helped me make my delivery for on timeGreat envoirmentGreat mechanicsHighly reccomend

These guys are absolute legends. I've been having problems with a driveshaft for years. I've taken it to a couple of driveshaft places for a rebalance and had given up on it after the last place said it was junk. The thing was never balanced good so I always took it off (front driveshaft) on long drives so I didn't have bad vibrations. I went to these guys to ask if they could make me a custom shaft using CV joints on both ends instead of regular u-joints. I was ready to drop some serious money to get a driveshaft made, but Tim insisted on letting him try to balance it. I really didn't want to waste his time, but he was confident he could at least find out what was wrong with it. To my surprise, he not only figured out what was wrong with it, but managed to balance it! I can't say thank you enough to Tim and Inland Truck Parts. These guys will absolutely take care of you and their honestly/integrity shines throughout all the other reviews. I'm hoping I wont need a driveshaft made any time soon, but if I do, I am absolutely coming back here.

On our first long RV vacation, the truck broke down in Texas, then Utah. $2,500, a new compressor and 3 days across the desert with no air conditioning later, we found Inland.. Scott, you are a kind and honest person! Everything right about this place and so far I ve found nothing wrong! Ive been in a few times and each time ive always been treated great either by Scott and staff in the shop of by the parts guys! This place is a ways away from my shop but it s worth the trip! No lying, cheating money hungry grabbing P.O.S. Here, just genuine honest people who tell it like it is and treat you like a human and with respect ! I ll be back and I ll recommend you to anyone in need!

Called and talked to Jr. In the service dept.Toldbhim about my problem.He said he might be able to look at it late today if not 1st thing in the morning.I came over early and checked in and Jr the service manager fixed it and charged me the axcutual time it took and fixed it right away.Thank you very much for Jr's prompt and friendly service.

Tim at DTI took my driveshaft, replaced the U joints, balanced and painted it in under two hours on a Friday morning. He took into consideration that the shaft belonged to my daily driver and made sure I was taken care of asap. My truck drives like new again and I can't be happier with Tim and his shop.

Honest and thorough repairs. Adam, the service manager does great work and takes pride in doing things the right way. Took my 2014 International Prostar to Inland on 3 different occasions and every time received great service and work.One of the trips was to install a dump valve for a split axle trailer. Another place quoted me 4 times as much and made it sound like it was near impossible. Adam not only did an amazing job installing it, but saved me a lot of money and sent me pictures as he was completing it to ensure it's exactly how I wanted it.

I used Drive Train Industries for a flywheel resurface. They completed the work the same day -- within a couple hours, actually; removed and reinstalled the pressure plate alignment dowels at no additional cost; and charged me less than than my original quote because the job took less time than they predicted. That combo is deserving of a perfect score.
