55 days and didn't complete what I asked and 0 call backs after promising to 4 or 5 times. They also managed to break my powered mirror by somehow ripping the mirror from the electronics. When I brought the car in, I specifically asked for 3 things. 1: install lower dashboard. 2: rotate tires as specified. 3: drop transmission to change real main seal and so I could inspect the clutch and clutch fork. Instead of the rotation, they tried sell me new tires, citing "unsafe tread". We walked out there together and saw the tread was clearly above wear lines. Please note, my car has about 1.5� of negative camber on it, so the inside and outside of the tires wear independently, thus the special rotation I asked for. For some reason, they were diagnosing my clutch hydrolics and it sounded like trying to install new parts. I didn't ask for that. I already knew something was up with the clutch fork (and told them about it) not the hydrolics and I needed a new rear main seal anyway. So, I simply wanted the transmission dropped to so I could see what's going on. I have done this myself in the past and it's less than a 4hr job on jack stands with hand tools, not sure why it was too much for them to handle. Over the 55 days, I called in every week to ask for an update usually hearing some excuse about some difficulty or during the first month they hadn't started on it yet. At that point I had enough, so I came in and asked them to stop work and I'll take it home where I'll do it myself. To their credit, they did install the lower dashboard and were polite when talking with me. Overall I was very dissatisfied and won't be a returning customer. If they'd like to call back for once and reimburse for a junkyard mirror I'll be happy to update my review.

Using my wife's account to speak on the great experience that I had with Import Auto Technicians! I worked mostly with Jesse, and she did a great job in communicating throughout the entire process and keeping me informed about what needed to be done and why. Gena was also very helpful and Glen, the technician, also did a wonderful job! I m thankful to have found a trustworthy shop that really cares about its clients. Jessie and the team have demonstrated again and again that they will do everything they can to help and are fair in what they charge for the work. They have earned all of my auto maintenance and repair business!

I decided to take my car to this shop nearly 40 miles away since there is not a trusted import shop near me. I scheduled an appointment for a 4 wheel alignment that they said they would be able complete, but when I arrived the tech said they didn't have the software to calibrate systems correctly. I was also initially quoted $600 for rear brake replacement over the phone only to get an estimate on paper for over $1000. Receptionist was very nice, but didn't seem to have adequate knowledge when discussing my vehicle. Would have been more helpful to verify quotes and scope of work before I drove to appointment for nothing.

Never had service done here, but I called for information on service. The person I spoke with was very upfront and honest. They did not do any service for me because it would have taken way too long because of backlogged issues, but they would have saved me money if I didn't need my car back right away.

Import Auto Technicians was great to work with. The 4wd wouldn't engage on my Tacoma and Import Auto diagnosed and fixed the problem in the same afternoon at a much lower cost than other shops I got diagnostic quotes from. By far the best experience I ve ever had with a car shop! Gena at the front desk was knowledgeable and kind. I don t know much about cars and she made sure I understood everything that was wrong with my car before I left. I ll definitely be going back!

I've been taking my vehicles here for years. Over the years I've taken my vehicles to other places and it's just not the same. The last few times I've gone to Import I've been very satisfied which has solidified the fact I won't go anywhere else anymore. If you want quality work I highly recommend Import! Their prices are competitive, you get what you pay for and I've never had to take any vehicles back twice. This shop didn t tell me any real things about what was wrong with my ML400, instead they charged me $360 for a diagnostics which took two days. They told me that I need my car to be totaled. The problem was with the trunk not closing all the way and it allowed rain to get inside. They said I need Body Control Module to be replaced, also a parking sensor, also that the car fool of mold! And water! So it is not worth it to repair and better sell it as fast as I can. I just bought the Mercedes last year and of course I was sad and when I came home many things they told me didn t line up. I am an engineer and I started digging into the problems. First by making a lab test for mold and there was NO MOLD detected. I also removed a lining inside my car and didn t find any water. Then I brought the car to another mechanic and vuela $240 and 30 minutes and the car was fixed! No need expensive body modules replaced or anything. It seems this shop didn t even ran a scanner which can detect codes in all modules in the car. One replacement module costs1,220 without labor and they sent me to the dealer to replace it without even testing it. They said it took them 6 hours to diagnose the car !!! For the other shop it took 30 minutes to diagnose and repair the car! The problem was in a little motor which opens the trunk, not in modules or wiring. This shop just played a guessing game with no real service. They thought I am a blonde average American girl, but in fact I am a Ukrainian engineer and I do have brains.I do not recommend this place to anyone, I took time to write this review that other people didn t waste their time when they are in need of Mercedes repair.Service: Electrical repair

I take all my vehicles to Steve and have always received great service. He does everything possible to get parts at a reasonable price and communicates what service is recommended before performing the work. An honest and high integrity shop - which is hard to find these days! I am especially grateful as I am a woman who owns four vehicles, and while I probably know a little more about cars than an average female, I am impressed by the straightforward communication and the quality work done by Steve and all the employees at Import Auto.

By FAR the WORST experience we have had with any shop or even business for that matter. They did a job that a 5 year old would do. I don't mean to sound unrealistic but I'm just saying it for what it is. Oil was low when we got the car. Various vaccum lines were either unplugged or cut. Check engine light. Car wouldn't even start when they gave me the keys. Missing bolts and screws. Etc. Etc. I can go on and on and not to mention, they had the car for 6 months and then tried to charge us a extra thousand dollars. I truly cant explain in just words how bad the service was from this place. From the front desk all the way back to the technicians who shouldn't even be technicians. This place may have been good before. But after the new management and new team came in. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody!!Service: Engine repair

Fantastic shop. I recommend every euro car I meet to head to this shop. There's a reason they're so busy! Expert technicians that are honest and work hard every day a week. Service advisors are friendly and communicate very well so you know what's going on every step of the way. Fantastic crew I couldn't be any happier.

Made an appointment just short of 2 weeks ago for a transmission service. Took it in on time today, and asked if I could also get my fuel filter replaced. I brought the new filter. They said yes. That was 10am. When I made the appointment the guy at the counter said it should take an hour to an hour and a half. I waited until 3pm to check on the car to see if it was finished. They tell me they're behind and that I could come get the car, or leave it over the weekend and they'd get to it first thing Monday morning. They offered a discount but didn't say how much. I just now picked up the car and i'll schedule with some one else. They could have let me know earlier, and not wasted my whole day off. Not professional at all.

I really can't say enough about these guys. Not only was their estimate fair and clearly itemized, when they finished the work the final price was less than the estimate! The work was completed faster than expected, and our Volvo is like a whole new car. I'm completely blown away by the honesty and quality of service.

Made an appointment to bring my car in for a wheel balance. i explained I got new tires and rims shipped to me and I installed them. They were way out of balance and I took them to a tire place for balancing. Although better, there was still some vibration. IAT checked things out and felt it was still just a tire balance issue. I asked them to do it and I was told it would be done "first thing this morning." Went to pick it up at 1pm and it wasn't ready. Very disappointed and I just took the car.

I ve had my BMW in there twice. Each time has been a wonderful experience with Steve. They are honest and let you know what exactly what is going on. I never felt I was being ripped off by Import Auto, unlike a different Import shop that serviced the same vehicle. Import Auto provides transportation to your home, so you don t have to wait, and will pick you up when the vehicle is ready, again, unlike the other Import shop.Import Auto Technicians will also be the main service provider for my Lexus.

Import Auto did a great job working on our Jeep. They figured out what was wrong with the heater fan and got it fixed it in a timely manner so My son could make it back to school. I also got four new tires at a fair price. The price was similar to the other tire stores but they were also able to do the alignment so I did not have to take it to another store. An honest garage that knows how to keep their customers. If anything is ever less than stellar service your time and cost will be compensated. The owner is friendly and had always been my first point of contact. He's very understanding of conditions affecting his five star bottomline, which he does not compromise. Since changing management, Import Auto Technicians always seems overwhelmed and overbooked. They ve had to keep rescheduling me; they no longer offer loaner vehicles; and they want to keep my car indefinitely for every little thing. Yeah import auto technicians are really great. I usually have a really great stuff of people. And if you have a Mini Cooper the really awesome for that too. My mom has one and she's had two had some work done and some of it was actually other things like how long was it from an accident and they said I might want to call your insurance about it. Because they realize that somebody had bumped into her. Plus another one was something that was covered under warranty for a recall.

Years ago under the original owner this shop was amazing. great customer service, accurate repairs, they washed and vacuumed my BMW when i would bring it in. Ali would even let me talk to the mechanic who was working on my car. The last year or so has not been a good one with this shop. I could go into further details but it would be a waste of breath. If you need work done on your European car do not bring it here. all of the good guys they had working here left when the original owner died.

Lost the OEM engine cover from my car and acted as if it was never there. Wanted to charge me $4,000 for a repair they ended up charging my insurance company $2,000 for. Pay attention to pricing and your cars parts. They were so polite and knowledgeable, so it was really surprising.

I took my Twin Turbo AMG S550 4 matic Mercedes ( I only mention this so you know I'm very particular where I take this kind of car)to Steve and after using the Mercedes dealership for years and feeling like they were telling me they're fixing things that don't need it, I decided to try this shop since they had such high reviews and I am very glad that I did. Many of the things that the Mercedes dealership told me was wrong with my car did not need to be repaired, Import Auto Technicians are honest, fast,efficient and as an added bonus they clean your car for you. I will be recommending them!!

Bought a car. They said they'd fill up the tank before I left since I was overpaying for it. I asked about the underinflated tires but, according to the sales guy "I know this car and it drives better that way". Had to buy new tires in under a month. Then they got annoyed that I was frustrated that they didnt follow through on the promise of a tank of gas the day I bought it. Ok cheap car, bad service.

I love this company! They fixed an electrical problem in our Volvo last Fall--they are very affordable and trustworthy (no up-selling). Mike reset my airbag sensor at no charge a few weeks ago! I will be bringing these guys all of my business in the future!

Awesome customer service. We were just driving through on a late Friday and had problems, they stayed late to diagnose, order the parts from Denver and then came in special on a Saturday to get us up and going. Fantastic place. Plus they cleaned the car. Wow
