I've been to a lot of mechanics over the years. I've never had one that was this focused on delivering the best customer service possible.They took a look at my husband's vehicle and said it would be ready the next day, then we got the call that it was actually ready the same afternoon.They only did what we asked and even helped us save a bit of money.The location is good, there is tons of parking, the lobby has a couple of seating areas with TV's and even a small area for children to play.They had candy out!The technician put a note in the vehicle when he was done telling us who he is and a bit about himself.I will be telling all of my friends in town to just use them.

Outstanding hospitality and service! What a wonderful experience! This place was welcoming from the start: as I walked in the door, they immediately greeted me and said they d be right with me; they offered a free shuttle ride to everyone who was dropping off a vehicle; they had a comfortable waiting room where my kids played with magnetic toys on a metal board; and they had free coffee and drinks while waiting. The TV was also appropriate for kids, showing a channel with funny and loving animals videos. Last, they told me I did NOT need extra maintenance I thought I might need and suggested it was safe I wait until my next service appointment for additional preventative maintenance to get the most out of my money. I ll be back.

These guys are the best! Great service at fair prices. I never have to worry that I am getting ripped off. They even offer shuttle service to my work and back, so it is very convenient to take my Honda CRV in for regular maintenance. You can t go wrong with Honest Accurate! Highly recommend them!

Had a leak on my 2010 Camaro, they were able to detect it and fix the issue. VERY satisfied with the results, would HIGHLY recommend these folks for ANY issues you may have with your vehicle!! They took EXTRA care of my vehicle while they had it for a few days, kept me advised of the progress as well. Galen did the work, thank you sir! Brayson handled the paperwork and he kept me informed. Thank you all VERY much!!

This shop took exceptional care of my mom when we brought in my dad s truck for a much overdue servicing. They live up to their name with honesty, integrity, and kindness. Work that was done was absolutely superb. Clint was the technician and was amazing and the service manager Heath answered all questions and explained everything clearly. Couldn t recommend them enough!!!

I wanted to extend my appreciation and praise for the assistance and care for my car. I am sorry this is delayed, because the staff was ALL amazingly kind and professional. I just dropped in to see if they could change a headlight for me. I was in town helping with my parents and had to return home the next day. They listened and understood, they also were patient as I had my two dogs with me. Brayson was very helpful. They made sure my car would be ok for the 1600 mile drive home. I will use them again and I will recommend them to all my family and friends I still have in town.

I looked for a mechanic in the area and my first source was Google reviews. Honest Accurate has the highest reviews but what really caught my attention was the sincerity and consistency of the responses from the business to the customers.I called Austin to set an appointment and the service he provided was very professional. I brought the car in and was greeted by Heath, he then went over the notes from the appointment. Heath was very cordial and professional. Just before I was about to leave, I was offered a ride home that is provided to customers. Excellent service. Within 48hs I received a call from Heath letting me know that my car was ready to be picked up. I was given a report with the work that was performed, photos, etc.Jonathan, the technician that worked on my car, left a nice note in my car. Jonathan, thank you so much mate I highly recommend Honest Accurate.

Great experience. No problems getting a reservation, didn't have to wait long for a shuttle to take me home and pick me up when the car was ready. My car needed an oil change, brake fluid and rear differential fluid change. I was expecting a pretty hefty bill for that but with the Car care subscription plan it ended up being about $200 less than I expected. All in all very satisfied.

Brayson and the guys did an amazing job not only figuring out and fix my transmission, but also taking on my after market warranty company, and making sure they covered my repairs. (In my experience most after market warranty companies are really good at finding any little thing to keep from having to pay for repairs.) They took care of everything and made sure that my cars running in tip top shape! Only shop I take my vehicles to in the springs!

Had front ball joints replaced on my E 350 van. Great job and finished in one day. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Offered to give me a ride but I didn't need one.

This place is the best! They are all courteous and professional. I have been taking my 2009 Hybrid Camry here for 3 years and they have never tried to sell me a service I didn t need. I appreciate the transparency with the prices upfront. They also offer free transportation to and from your home. I highly recommend this place.

I took my Infiniti to Honest Accurate Auto for the first time after strictly having my car serviced by the dealer for the past several years. Honest Accurate Auto was a wonderful experience! This was an unexpected, urgent repair and I couldn't be without my car for too long. Dylan did a great job repairing my car...the work was completed timely, as promised, and the customer service was top notch! I wouldn't hesitate to use this shop again, and I highly recommend them for your auto servicing needs!

This was my second time taking a vehicle to this shop. This time, someone cut my gas line in an attempt to steal gas. They were empathetic to the situation and explained what would need to be done in detail. I was given regular updates throughout the process. As an added bonus they were able to get me in and out in a timely manner at a fair price. Truly appreciate the folks at Honest Accurate Auto.

I got a call from your crew. Just checking in on how the 4Runner is running. I literally can t say enough, it s driving like it s better than brand new. I didn t realize how badly and needed some work and alignment and whatever other magic you did, was. Seriously.My 2016 4Runner is ridding and running like it did when I drove it off the lot with 2 miles on it, now with 100k and it is the primary vehicle for my girls (4 years & 8 months) and that piece of mind is priceless. From the shuttle, the communication and the HONESTY, you really really are running a top notch business. Are you the cheapest, no. The best things never are but I will make sure to use you for any other automotive needs I have and will recommend you far and wide. I am literally really impressed! Thank you!

The name says it. I have been coming here for many years and they are always Honest and Accurate. Something very rare now days.Today I had a scheduled appointment but didn t realize it was at the other location. The East location went out of their way to accommodate and got my oil change done very quickly while waiting.Thank you to Ted, Heath, Paul and the rest of the Honest Accurate team.

This was my first time using Honest Accurate and it was great. Everyone was really friendly and the diagnostics were good. I don t feel like I was being overcharged or recommended services I didn t need. The complementary ride to and from work was such a plus!

Honest will be our new place. We own a Lexus RX 350 and was taking the vehicle to Lexus to be worked on and they consistently dropped the ball. We feel Honest is great, affordable, and gives us great service! They've earned loyal customers!

Honest Accurate Auto went above and beyond with repairs. Chloe at customer service was responsive with call backs and updates. Paul, supervisor, was extremely helpful and fixed minor repairs on bumper and wheel lock plate even though this was not on the repair request list. This business truly understands how to treat their customers right. If looking for a place to take your next vehicle for repairs and live on East side of C. Springs, definitely call this place first.

The incredibly kind people who work here gave me super comprehensive diagnostics and provided great service. I needed my clutch hose and slave cylinder replaced and they did everything immaculately and on the same day as the diagnostics. Overall wonderful people to work with and the best results I've gotten anywhere.

This team is great! They were able to fit me in due to weather cancellations and get my car fixed super quickly to enable me to take a road trip. They have amazing customer service. Highly recommend

Unbelievable! From our first contact to paying for our repair, the staff here is courteous, informative and knowledgeable. This could be the place I've been looking for since we moved here 20 years ago. We're very excited to call this shop our go to car repair place.

I was extremely happy with the service I received on my Lexus RX450HL. Very professional, very thorough and reasonably priced. My husband and I highly recommend putting your vehicles in the competent hands of this repair shop. High end service for high end cars. We won't go anywhere else. Tysm! Merry Christmas

Always great service! They ve saved us so much money by monitoring an expensive fix that the dealer wanted to do right away. Turns out, it still is working properly and they ve been checking it for 4 years now. Thank you for honesty and for great service!

Ill start by saying I really dislike giving local small businesses anything but a 5 star review as I know how important online ratings can be. With that said, I'm not exactly happy about what happened to me. I purchased a new vehicle and took it in for a preinspection and the car came back with some very minor issues but nothing serious. Few days later I pull the dipstick and notice an EXTREME amount of sludge/debris on the dipstick from top to bottom. I then flip the oil cap and see theres also caked on sludge. That gets me thinking that the previous owner probably did not keep up with oil changes or maintenance. It has me a little worried but the car was just inspected so I dismiss it. I take it back to get a valve adjustment and they pull the vavle cover to see the worse sludge build up that anyone has ever seen. They claim there was no way of knowing for sure how bad it would be without pulling the vavle cover. However, even someone like myself without a ton of experience with cars could tell there were signs of possible sludge build up from just looking at the dip stick. All they needed to do was inform me at preinspection was that there was sludge on the dip stick and thats a pretty bad sign and to be sure, we would need to pull the cover to check. Now in their response, they'll probably try to tell you theres no way of knowing by looking at a dipstick(which i agree) but there sure are some huge indicators. All i wanted was a little warning. Instead they took the inspection cost and the labor to pull the vavle cover and basically told me to kick bricks. On a side note, the staff here is incredibly friendly and overall probably really good people. I want to believe the person doing the preinspection probably just didnt take a good look at the dipstick and it was missed. This shop probably is a great shop based on the other reviews, but I personally cant trust them again. I'd never intentionally try to hurt a small business with a petty 1 star review so I'll just tell others to give them a shot but my experience wasn't stellar. Wish this shop the best of luck and I hope my experience was a one off.

Had to have my transmission replaced. Their name says it all. Honest, accurate, and informative throughout the entire process. Chloe was great to work with. For me, an absolute no-brainer alternative to the dealerships.

I had an appointment for a car pre-inspection. From the front desk to the driver it was a great experience today! Brayson was super helpful in answering my questions on extended warranties for my new used car, gave me recommendations and which ones to avoid and provided helpful information for my visit to the dealership tomorrow to close the deal. He offered to review my extended warranty that I plan to get from Endurance. He even remembered our phone conversation from last week. The driver, Eric was very friendly and greeted me at the door when I returned! Great customer service, friendly, honest folks! We need more businesses like this! Thank you Eric & Brayson for making my day!!! Appreciate your time and expertise!!
