I wanted to share my experience with the Heuberger Subaru service department. They have a nice waiting area, free coffee, and will pay for an Uber to take you home (and back) if your service is going to take too long to wait. The young man I worked with to address my car's problem is named Jean. He was so helpful! He was respectful, friendly, professional and kept me informed throughout the process. While everyone that works in this service department might also be great, I cannot speak to that. But Jean, in particular, was wonderful.

We recently had exceptional service from the team at Heuberger. Our car was in the shop and we had an unexpected hospital visit. This provided a big challenge for us as we needed the car but couldn t take the time to pick it up. Maclovia and team went above and beyond for find a way to get the car back to us. They all worked together to deliver fantastic service. We can t thank them enough.

Have had multiple bad interactions with this place. Most recently, dropped my car off for tire rotation and oil change and to have the tms sensor checked out. They took it upon themselves to perform a 60k mile maintenance on the vehicle which essentially is a multipoint inspection. This cost me $616 in services charges plus an additional $250+ in parts including $150 for spark plugs themselves (which were not broken) plus additional charges for taxes and shop supplies for a grand total of $941.15.My car not even at 60k miles yet. When I asked them why they did that and why it costs so much they said customer requested the service and it costs what it costs .They didn t even do basic things other places do like run it through the wash before returning it. It also took all day.

Very fast tempo drop-off location for work to be done on your vehicle. There are so many moving pieces and vehicles constantly coming in and being pushed to the mechanics' bay to be worked on. I needed three things to be worked on for my car. It took roughly 24 hours to receive my vehicle back. Plus side is that because I lived close enough to the shop I was ordered an Uber directly from Subaru. Once my vehicle was ready. I also was sent an Uber by Subaru to bring me back to the shop. The work that was done to my car was done pretty accurately. I wish they would have reset the oil change and tire rotation information in the vehicle's system, so it would start the internal tracker. But that's an easy fix on my side. The tire pressure on my tires was not set correctly though. Two days later my tire pressure warning came on. Easy fix on my side. The best part was the communication between myself and the tech that assisted me through the entire process. From informing how the process would work since it was the first time I went to this dealership. To keeping me updated on the work being conducted for my vehicle. He also reached out at a good time of the day to inform me that my vehicle wouldn't be ready until the following day. He gave me a fairly accurate time when I could pick up my car the next day. He was off maybe by 30 minutes. Which, is fine because I needed to pick up the car later in the day anyway. I highly recommend this shop.

Awesome dealership. I bought a used vehicle here. It passed inspection with flying colors and Heuberger gave me a 200000mi warranty. The service was incredible. It wasn't an 8-hour ordeal in the dealership. It was quick and easy. Andrew was kind and knowledgeable. Didn't push anything on us. Was super responsive from the day the vehicle was traded in till the day it was put in our hands. Full coffee bar with the sweetest woman working there.10/10 best car buying experience I've ever had. I've purchased 5 vehicles in the last 11 years. Hands down best experience.

My first experience with the service center was back in June when I dropped off my BRZ for the valve spring safety recall. During the service they discovered my radiator and valve cover gaskets we're leaking. But Alex, the awesome service writer I worked with, did her homework and found that they had actually replaced those parts a few years prior and the repairs were completely covered under warranty! I truly wasnt expecting such a level of honesty from a dealership. When I got the car back I checked over the engine myself (former Mitsu master tech) and found everything done by the book and all said parts were truly replaced with shiny new factory goodies.All was well until I noticed a massive dent in the driver side rear fender, which is a big deal on a BRZ... the car is like 95% fender! So I returned to the service center and met with Alex and her supervisor Brenard, who were both extremely apologetic and eager to correct the damage. There was absolutely no mud-slinging or blame games, they set an appointment with their body shop and a week later my BRZ's bubble butt looked brand new! Plus, my worn out, super squeaky front brakes had been replaced with more shiny goodies which is unbelievably good business. And all this VIP treatment coming from a company that has received $ZERO from me.My only gripe is the grief I kept getting with the rental car girls. I was even told at one point that they didnt offer rental cars... after I had Alex go flex on them they were cool, but I still feel like they shouldn't be so hesitant about it to begin with.However, that doesnt take anything away from the exceptional level of service i received here. Thanks again Alex and Bernard!

Very nice dealership. I get my 2010 Subaru serviced here, and they have a free coffee bar, nice waiting area, and provide free Uber rides home when they have long service waits times.

Horribly disorganized and borderline incompetent. Paid them $500 to replace my spark plugs before we went on a road trip. Engine started misfiring on the interstate, made it back into town by the grace of god before breaking down, turns out they didn t fully torque them and it still feels like they re misfiring even after they fixed their mistake. The service advisor I spoke to on the phone when we broke down failed to mention they work with certain tow companies for faster reimbursement. Was told they have to cut a check and to come back the next day. Just wasted my time and gas to be told nobody has any clue about the check. Don t squander your time or money coming here unless you want to pull your hair out.

The service crew took good care of the used car I bought before driving it from the dealership: they washed it, changed oil, cleaned up the engine, made the tires and wheels shiny, and among others.

Incredibly frustrated. I left the vehicle under the care of the dealership to fix a mirror. When I picked up the vehicle, there was a dent on the front passenger side fender. They took pictures and said it was there before, but I know it wasn't. After the manager, Cole, called me, I asked did the footage cover everywhere the vehicle was, and his reply was, "No, but I asked my manager that we should add additional cameras to cover other areas."Service: Electrical repair

Great service! Ryan was very professional. He gave me an estimate of repairs and a timeline but also made sure to inform me of potential problems with ordering parts. It was finished a day earlier than expected and my total was right at the estimate I was given. Two thumbs up!

Everyone here was helpful, knowledgeable and kind to ensure I understood all that was going on with my Legacy. My car ended up having recalls on it and they were incredibly helpful in making sure I had a rental while the recalls and other issues were taken care of. Ryan was attentive and I trust them 100%. No one was pushy, just straight facts.

Just want to give a shout out to Ryan Young, Service Advisor at Heuberger. Took car in for scheduled recall repair, and I was in and out within the hour. Ryan could not have been nicer, telling me exactly what to expect, and what what done.

Very nice people working there, but the check-in system is chaotic. I had no idea where I was suppose to park, and what I was supposed to do when I got there. Had an appointment but that didn't seem to matter. Again, everyone was really nice and I got checked in about 10 minutes after appointment time so not a big deal. Just friendly feedback if anyone with the ability to change the check-in system is reading this.

I purchased my 2019 Forester Sport Subaru from Heuberger Subaru Colorado Springs in November 2018. They have been taking care of me for 4 years! I purchased the life time oil change package... totally worth it. Service is great. Their diagnostic pricing is a bit high, $170.99... luckily I haven't needed to have much extra services done with my vehicle that fell outside of the warranty.

Service is a well oiled machine! Very organized and efficient. Waited for service appointment to be completed inside at their free coffee bar where they had tables and outlets for your electronics along with a nice water feature with a bit of a waterfall and a koi pond. It was very soothing. Very pleasant experience.

Made an appointment and they still didn't look at my car for over two hours. Then, because the service took so long, I wasn't able to get my car before close and they were I flexible about getting it after hours. So now I don't have my car for the weekend and have to find time during the week to get a ride to get it. Stupid that this simple service was made so difficult.

In and out really fast. I was ready to spend more time there. Coffee is good too and I hope they never opt to go with Starbucks.Seating area could benefit from more power outlets beside just the taller stool table.

Great service, as always! A small 'trim' piece near my windshield had come loose & looked ready to fly off. I dropped by unannounced, & a tech had it back on in minutes. ALWAYS get Great service here.

For reasons not worth mentioning, I was almost sure I had tire sensor prob. They checked it out and aired up my tires in minutes, and that seems to have fixed it. No charge. Nice people.

Express oil change service, NOT express. Got in at 1100am and told about 1.5 hour wait. I left at 2pm! Express is matter of interpretation: they take your car right away but a long wait thereafter. Additional stars, nevertheless, for nice staff and car care.

First time at Heuberger, great experience. My tech Ryan explained everything and got the car back very quickly. Maybe too quickly, I was enjoying the koi pond and complimentary coffee bar!

We stopped by to have our car checked, however we were unable to receive the service we needed due to a limited staff on Saturday. The person we spoke to was very helpful and we will come back during the week.
